Great value... just got it but so far so good. Very fast and optics-wise.. very pleasing. Love the neon changing lights inside the glass covered tower. Mouse is a little bit sensitive will take some getting used to but I'm pleased.

The pc came in on time just like it said will. In the time I had its been running very smoothly. I'm using the pc wirelessly and its going perfect. The computer powers up so quickly and not much load time either when signing in. I would recommend to another person if they were thinking of buying.

Great computer! The mouse and the keyboard are rather hinky, and so I replaced those right away, or I would have rated it 5 stars! On the other hand, it's plenty fast, it has a 1tb hard drive, plus a 480GB Solid state drive. The lights inside are very cool. I'm using it to record with Pro-tools, so it's just what the doctor ordered! I'm very happy with it!

I bought a BB980 and I love this computer. The performance is outrageously good compared to the laptop I was using before. The computer itself looks really cool with the lights and the keyboard and mouse also have colorful LEDs that wave through it. I will be loving this machine for many years.

My first Gaming PC. Had it for a few months now. I love it. I've been running platforms like COD Modern Warfare on it without issues. Highly recommend for a budget computer starting out. Can always upgrade and swap parts. Power supply which is not listed in description lacks.

This computer is a great starting PC for an budding gamer or streamer, great specs and all round amazing PC. I found that the mouse and keyboard are a little poor, I'm having issues even writing this review as my space bar is a little iffy but other than that it is a very good computer.

This is an awesome gaming rig for the fact that this is pre-built ready to go. The only improvement I would recommend which I did add it a water cooler for the CPU as it gets hot when running MS Flight Simulator. This shipped fast and has hit all of the benchmarks I expected.

It is excellent, got it out of the package, no damage done and all wires connected, connected it to my monitor and it was up in running. It gets 1000fps in Minecraft 1.8.9 hypixel, and 240 fps on Roblox. This thing is a beast at gaming and I highly recommend getting it.

I bought this product primarily for the desktop but it was nice to get a keyboard and mouse thrown in. The computer is much more powerful than what I was using before. The keyboard is rather stiff and hard to type on. I also couldn't find anything online on how to adjust things on the keyboard such as changing the custom shortcut keys on the keyboard. For example, it has the Internet Explorer shortcut but I never use that browser. Since I can't change it, I'll never use that button. I think it would have been much nicer if the shortcut keys were icon-less and instead numbered and you can program what they do. The mouse is also rather stiff without a way to change what the buttons do. I kept pressing the different side and top buttons and they don't noticeably change anything. The clicking is very loud as well (then again, I've been using a silent wireless mouse for years now so I guess any clicking sounds will be loud)

Needed a quick replacement for my 12 year old custom built. Cost in comparison to what you get, this machine is a great value. Runs super quiet and loads of space for expansion. I am not a gamer, but needed a machine with power for video editing, graphic design, and photo editing.

I have had this computer since July 2020, and I have to say I'm very impressed. I can do all my work on here. I can game with comfort on high settings while maintaining high frame rates. If you're trying to get your first computer I recommend this one.

Purchased this for my son for virtual schooling as well as gaming and it works wonderfully! We did have to adjust the pins for the fans to all light up, but that’s just a side effect of shipping and it was simple enough. Very pleased with the quality and speed of this unit.

We purchased this unit to have a new computer for the household and so my son could start a youtube gaming channel. It plays the games he wants to display very well, but it will not do 4k gaming and some bigger titles will need to be throttled back when it comes to graphics.

When I first received this PC it would not boot up, and only if I hit F2 into Bios would it sometimes partially work. My first sign that it was defective was when I opened it up and found that the Graphics card was not installed and was only loose. I installed it into the slot and sometimes it would only partially work at times. I tried many ways to restore it to working order for several weeks without success. That showed that it wasn't tested before it was released. After many tries I put a new Video card and found that it finally worked. I found that it then worked exceptionally beyond my belief. I should have received a new card since the one I got was defective. I have had it for several weeks now and I am very happy with its performance. I also bought a Cyber Power PC that worked from the beginning, and it worked exceptionally, so I spent much time working with that before I began work on this PC. I also bought several Dell PCs, so I was busy getting them to work and modifying the Win 10 PCs to work apart from their slave system to Microsoft control. I expect that the Corona virus scam and the lack of qualified labor was a big factor in the problems, so the timing was probably a problem.

The tower had no packing material inside like described in the unpacking directions. The graphics card was loose at the bottom. No apparent damage. No screw to secure it to the bracket after I plugged it in the slot. I bought the system not to play games but to edit 4K video. It handle's the software's processing of video at an acceptable speed. Looks very cool.

I have had this computer about 3 weeks and have minimal complaints. I got it on a rush order after the HP Omen desktop failed me within a week (seriously, don’t buy that thing). This computer is lightning quick, handles all my schoolwork and coding with ease, and plays games like Destiny on ultra detail at 120ish fps (at 1080p). It looks like the graphics card would be relatively easy to swap out if I wanted to upgrade to 1440p or 4K. I also love the 480GB SSD, where so many in this price range default to a 256GB. Visually, I am very happy with the aesthetic of the design. The ballistic glass feels very high quality and gives this case a premium feel. The RGB fans can be as subtle or colorful as you like. Now for some drawbacks - the RAM is 2666MHz, where it should probably be at least 3000MHz for this price range in 2020. The motherboard will only support up to the stock frequency. Adding a stick or two will help (there are two expansion DIMM slots) but there are better optimized machines. I did not mind this because I’m a casual gamer. The main reason I am taking a star off to 4/5 is because they claim the internal components are protected on shipping with a foam insert. I and other reviewers have noted that this was not the case. Seriously, it’s a piece of foam - get it together iBuyPower! My computer came with an RGB fan light out (the fan itself still worked) and had to open her up and reconnect the light. Overall, it’s well worth the money in this price range and I would recommend the computer.

Gaming Desktop purchased from Bestbuy with great deal - it pacakged well with a keyboard and mouse from iBuyPower, personally I felt that mouse is well made (as getting it for free !!) but the keyboard is somewhat disappointed. It runs very quiet almost soundless and easy to set up, everything is working great just out of the box. It has two front USB ports and 6 more in the back. It's great pre-built option to buy.

Bought this PC because I needed to upgrade from my old one since I do a lot of gaming on it but it wasn't the best at running games and this one has been super great! Every game I have played on it runs perfectly and it's so nice having more space to store games.
