PROS: I bought this since it had most of the things I was looking for to replace my aging AMD A6 desktop. Not really a gamer per se, but wanted something fast. + Late generation (9th) i7--8 cores(!): Fast + SSD (nominal 480gb) for OS and apps: Fast boot + Largish HD (1tb) for everything else: Reasonably fast + Great GPU (nVidia GeForce 1660 SUPER with 6gb): Super fast--this has great reviews on benchmarking sites. + 16gb memory. Not the fastest (DDR4 2666 CAS of 19) I added another 16gb for $60 or so. Now I'm set. Just matched the type, speed and latency and worked fine. + Really easy to overclock using readily available software (MSI Afterburner). + Lots of cabinet fans--I was thinking of adding a liquid cooling system, but I don't think it's needed unless I really want to push the overclock. Also the entire top is mesh so good airflow. + Great price for the rig and Best Buy dropped it $100 just as I was considering it--that sealed the deal CONS: Not many: - I am running dual monitors (the 1660 will run up to four!) and was expecting the usual suspect HMDI, DVI, and VGA outputs. It has one HDMI and three DisplayPort, which my monitors don't have, so I had to go buy a DisplayPort-to-HDMI adapter. No big deal. It was my fault for not researching the video card. My punishment was having to use only one monitor (aaargh!) until the cable came. - I've had problems getting an M.2 SSD drive to work. It's been a little difficult dealing with iBuyPower tech support--they sent me a schematic of a different, though related mobo (I have not been able to find a manual specifically for the mobo AsRock 365M IB-R--I think it's a one-off for Best Buy), and rather confusing instructions. I think since iBuyPower OEMs for Best Buy, support is not top of mind for them. NEITHER PROS NOR CONS: o I saw a lot of people expressing problems with the keyboard, but I just used the bluetooth one I had. It's a flashy gaming keyboard with lights, but I didn't like the click-feel anyway. Ditto the mouse, though I use a trackball anyway. So I will donate the keyboard and mouse to a worthy teenager. o Speaking of lights, I didn't particularly want the ones in the cabinet, but since they're there I do quite like them Best Buy sold out of these shortly after I got mine, while I was waiting for delivery in fact. Not surprised--it is great value.

I enjoy using this product so far and am displaying this message with this new computer. It was very easy to take out of the package and took very little time to connect everything. It is running smoothly so far and I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.

I was a bit hesitant buying a prebuilt pc in the beginning but I am very happy I made the purchase. This pc is well worth the money and the specs are great for the price (especially if you don't have the time or knowledge to build your own pc). It was delivered in perfect condition with all the parts still attached, it was very easy to set up, and runs very smoothly/ is VERY quiet. I can run my code, play music, and still play League of Legends on 250 fps. The graphics card is also great and I am finally enjoying all that my video games had to offer

It had gotten to the point where I was no longer enjoying gaming since my former laptop stopped performing as it should. I had been eyeing this monster tower for several months but I’d always wait too long before it would sell out, so when I finally saw it back in stock I purchased without hesitation. It arrived within a week and was easy to set up. I was a bit concerned that it wasn’t internally packed with any sort of protection but everything looked to be okay. I’d owned an ibuypower years ago so I knew what to expect and haven’t been disappointed. My old iBP was physically appealing but it was a Toyota compared to this Tesla. This literally smelled like a new car out of the box. It’s beautifully constructed with a glass side and front panel displaying 4 LED spinning rainbow lights. It would have been nice to come with a remote to adjust colors but I’m not complaining. The mouse and keyboard were also backlit color changing rainbows instead of the generic red as advertised, so that was a nice surprise! My old laptop could pretty much only run the sims and overwatch, and cod modern warfare would often crash even though my specs met the requirements. On this pc, all games run perfectly on high so far while remaining virtually silent. The system powers on quickly and there isn’t any more than a 5 second wait before I’m able to log in and immediately start a game or open other apps. I’m not all that tech savvy but I know enough to realize the power and potential of this beautiful piece of machinery. I paired this with a 24” HP monitor and have a hard time stepping away. Overall extremely happy with this purchase and I look forward to a long gaming friendship!

I received computer this week. It came earlier than expected. Packaging was secure and protected computer. computer is blazing fast. I did a lot of research and found this to be the best PC for the money. Keyboard features nice. Only negative is keyboard clicks are loud compared to other monitors I've used. Computer speed and graphics are the best I've ever seen. setup is super simple. Computer doesn't come preinstalled with a bunch of stuff you don't want/need like I have seen on other computers. Would definitely recommend.

I got a good deal on this. The price is even cheaper than build custom ourselves. So far works great. I will be upgrading to RTX 30 series next year. Now the GTX is still sufficient of what I need.

Great gaming setup. Everything worked out of the box, no issue. I did open the case just to ensure no cables or components became unseated in transport. Well packaged. The keyboard and mouse are little low-end but they work very well and don't look too bad. The KB and mouse do have simple lighting effects and will look nice on your desk. I didn't like that the 480gb SSD was just held on by two screws on the top of the 1TB HDD sled but it didn't pose a problem, just looks odd. I ended up adding a dual SSD 3.5" mounting bracket to safely mount the SSD and leave an available mounting point for an additional expansion SSD to be installed at a later time. There is an extra SATA power cable available but no extra SATA data cable (you'll have to provide one if you decide to add an additional drive, this is normal). As for games, I haven't seen any issues running a variety of newer game titles. Graphics card seems to be keeping up with whatever I throw at it. I'm not a gaming expert so I'll skip speaking to framerates and benchmarks. For sure this is a great rig for anyone looking to get into PC gaming or wanting to get something more powerful than what they have without breaking the bank. Has all the beef where it needs to be and none of the bloat to bog it down. I will be adding 16gb of ram to bring it up to 32gb, not because it needs it to run games, but rather I would like to increase RAM space so that I'm not concerned about over taxing the 16gb when I have multiple apps and services going all at once. I think you won't be disappointed with this configuration and there is room to addon if needed. Mine came with the ASRock B365M IB-R motherboard just as an FYI.

This is my first gaming pc and I love it, however, one of my fans rgb broke down on the first day and I had to replace it. The customer service was prompt and easy to talk to, and I got the new fan within a week. It was easy to install and replace. I’ve been using Adobe Software with this computer and have had no problems, and the games are all smooth at 60 fps. Highly recommended for anyone’s first gaming computer.

I recieved this pc today and well I am very satisfied with my purchase. The Leds and the speed are perfect for what I wanted and the price was just right. I played multiple different games with this pc at this point and I am definetly impressed with how well it runs the games I want to play. iBuyPower products will be in my future from now on thats for sure.

This gaming PC is a great purchase. It was very easy to setup and install. One of the best things this purchase is the ease at which I can upgrade it. I'm looking at getting more RAM (up to 64 GB, DDR4). I play mostly FPS like Apex and Halo. So far, they've been running super smooth with great graphics! I will not be getting the new Xbox Series X because of this buy. Recommend to all!

I recently bought this computer but I don't know my brother's best buy info so I made an account so I can personally right this review! This computer is so amazing and I haven't had any issues so far :) I love it so much and I'm happy I was able to upgrade :D It runs Finalfantasy 14, League of Legends, Dead by Daylight, and Overwatch very smooth! Wow, I'm in love with my new gaming PC. It is super quiet, great graphics, and fps is insane! It's so incredible that my brother will be purchasing one as well! The only thing I noticed is that my second fan works, but the led lights don't turn on. I will be contacting technical support first thing on Monday! Everything else is amazing!

Initially I was planning on building my own computer, but with the rise of the pandemic those plans took an unexpected turn. The school semester crept up on me and before I knew it classes had already begun -- I needed a computer as soon as I could get one. Admittedly, I was apprehensive given the bad rap pre-built computers have. Yet, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. My Trace MR BB980 running with an Intel i7, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super, 16GB DDR4 Ram, a 480 Solid State, a 1 TB Hard Drive arrived in perfect condition and with great cord placement and nothing unplugged. My only qualm was that the computer arrived without internal foam packaging, but it appears that this didn't cause any issues as the external packaging was enough to keep everything protected. After reading several reviews about issues with the fans not being completely lit, I was weary and concerned I may encounter that problem but it should be a simple fix (just plug it back in!). The computer case is gorgeous and the RGB lighting is fully functional. I'll be using the computer for school and gaming. Thanks IBuyPower for a fantastic computer build at a steal of a price!

I recently purchased this PC after spending weeks of researching various desktop builds. I was quite impressed after stumbling across this build through Best Buy. It contains a lot of great hardware, which definitely gives you the best bang for your buck. The only minor issue I noticed was the RGB lights on the Ares M1 keyboard don't seem to turn on after several attempts and troubleshooting. However I plan to call technical support this week to verify the problem. Other than that this PC is incredible so far and it definitely lives up to it's description and hardware specifications. I primarily use it for running 3d CAD, SolidWorks and various other Engineering software's and so far it hasn't disappointed. It runs all of them flawlessly and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I will definitely be a future ibuypower customer and keep an eye out for future desktop builds offered through Best Buy.

I'd bought this pc primarily to use as a video editing/VFX machine, with the added benefit of being able to play some of the major AAA gaming titles at a quality that I was happy with. I'm not a hardcore PC gamer so I can't give a whole lot of technical information, but it ran the 2017 Battlefront 2 on high settings without problem, and was able to handle an effects heavy shot in After Effects with ease. Exporting from Premier Pro was also very quick. The one minor annoyance that I wish was made clear before hand, was that the left iBuyPower key on the included keyboard serves as the function key, and not the Windows key, with no way of changing it that I've been able to find. It's in no way a deal breaker, but on my laptop and previous desktops, I used the left Windows key quite often. I also got a blue screen on the second day that I had the system and when it rebooted, I got a message that there was no operating system detected. Somehow, the boot sequence was looking at the wrong drive for Windows 10, so had to go into the BIOS and reset it. Haven't had the issue since, but still not sure what caused it. If you just wanted thoughts on the system and its performance, then you can stop reading now, but I feel like I should give people a heads up that, at the time of writing, there are errors in the product listing in terms of what is and isn't available on this PC. The CPU, GPU, RAM quantity, and storage capacity of both drives are accurate, but there are a number of inaccuracies in the product listing. There are only 6 USB ports, not 8, and all of them are USB-A no USB-C ports, there are 3 DisplayPort connections opposed to 1, and Bluetooth is available on this computer despite the listing saying it isn't. I also wasn't able to find the expansion bays, but since I'm not entirely sure what they look like, it's entirely I was looking in the wrong place for the expansion bays.

Best buy went above and beyond here imo. They directed me to this PC as a great choice for my price range. I read the pretty good instructions that IBUYPOWER shipped with the computer to put it together. I was still really nervous reading them about potentially messing it up but then I noticed best buy had already put it together for me. The PC runs like a dream very happy with it. Computer, keyboard, and mouse it comes with all look pretty cool and glowy.

The computer arrived on time. This model offers great value for the price. The PC runs smooth and is super fast ,super quiet and beautiful. It comes with a glass side. The front cover has colorful RGB lights. I would definitely recommend this PC , very pleased. Super easy to install and set up

Was planning on getting a gaming computer, and the first thing that would pop in your head would most likely be Alienware right?But i asked a friend who know about computers and we looked at others pcs and when we arrived at this one, we were amazed at the strength and price of it compared to other towers with MUCH higher prices and sometimes were less powerful. It's really powerful, and really nice looking. would HIGHLY recommend this.

So I'm no PC expert, not by any means, so i went to Best Buy/ iBUYPOWER looking for gaming PCs that would accommodate my needs for my games. Not only did I find a system that operated how I needed it to for a fair price, but I also had no issues setting it up despite not being the most tech savvy individual. Would definitely comprehend to anyone trying to purchase a gaming PC, and even came with a keyboard and mouse!
