This machine is a nice lower level but affordable (kind of) gaming pc. Its quick and has a bit of RAM and HDD SDD space. It plays most games pretty flawlessly. Lots of pretty lights to mezmerize and impress you. Its also very quiet running. That being said..... the keyboard came with the esc key jammed down. Other keys, such as the enter key regularly stick as well. It just seems very cheap and poorly made. I contacted Ibuypower customer service immediately about the keyboard and went through the rma process. I was told they would send me a new keyboard and then I could return the defective one to them. Two weeks later, I'm still waiting for the new keyboard to come and no word from Ibuypower regarding the status. If it weren't for the poor quality keyboard and lack of follow up from customer service I would have rated this machine higher.

Computer is a monster and a pleasant view. I just set it up and im loving it so far. I haven't done anything on it yet and im giving it 4 stars because only 3 of the 4 fans rgb lights are working maybe I have to play with cables. and maybe it will come on. But so far im happy with what I have.

After pursuing a new Dell desktop where the order was delayed I decided to walk away from Dell and give IBUYPOWER a try. I replaced my XPS, which was problem stricken most of the years I've owned it, with this one. So far I could not be more pleased. It is very responsive executing commands fast. It is well built and it runs very quiet. I actually plan on using it more for business related tasks than gaming using multiple displays and with several heavier resource apps running at the same time. So far, it behaves very stable. The aesthetic qualities completely dominate my old XPS. It has great lighting, beautiful design, and a superior keypad and mouse. At this point, I fully recommend making the change to IBUYPOWER.

I finally changed from a laptop to a PC. The first impressions were very good, and after using it i still stand my opinion. Very fast, everything runs great and it was very easy to install.

On 01/16/2020 I purchased the HP-OMEN Gaming-Intel Core I7-9700 16GB Memory Nvidia Geforce RTX 2070 super -1tb hdd +512 gb ssd and was almost out the door until a best buy rep told me about the Ibuypower desktop. It's a cheaper price, a better build and it has a bunch of fans to deal with heating issues. With this desktop I now have all I need to do higher end video edit using premiere pro. I'll also use it for gaming every now and then. My only complaint was that there were two screws loose that had to be tightened. Other than this, no complaint. Make sure you purchase the bestbuy geeksquad insurance in case you get any faulty parts... I heard that it happens but rarely. All in all great computer.

Purchased this gaming system from Best Buy. The sales guy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Machine is fast as lightning and whisper quiet. Set up was a breeze. Highly recommended.

Great computer overall but comes with a random motherboard and ram memory, decided to return it and build something better instead and for the money if you dont wanna build one go for it

This is an excellent gaming computer. The graphics are great and the speed is wonderful. Works well with my VR equipment as well. I would highly recommend this product for gamers.

This is my first big upgrade from an older gaming laptop. This computer feels very high quality out of the box, and ran perfect for me. It’s too early to give a big in depth review, but I can say the fans are so quiet, and the RGB on this thing really brings a whole gaming setup together. Good job Ibuypower!

Purchased this system after doing extensive reviews of a number of new work stations. I was skeptical to say the least. It looked like a pretty toy when I first started to review it. I mad ethe decision to purchase the machine and I could not be more impressed. This thing is smooth, fast, and silent. From the first power up the response is impressive and in truth it is more that I could have hoped for. I was looking for an I9 system and settled for an I7. With the way this thing is built it is hard to tell the difference. If your thinking about a new desktop I can honestly say you will not be let down at all by what you get in an iBUYPOWER system.

I could not be happier with this pc. It is an absolute powerhouse. I have used it for playing newer games at max. settings, and doing 3D modeling/animation, without breaking a sweat. The tower does not take up that much room, and the fans are very quiet. The RGB lights are really cool to look at, and the tower seems to have good cable management. I thought there would be some negatives given the low price, considering the high specs, but I have not had any issues. I really like the mouse that comes with the computer, but the keyboard is not the best. I bought this for the tower and not the keyboard/mouse, so I can't justify giving anything less than 5 stars. Highly recommend this pc!

This system went well beyond my expectation. I did have an issue with one of the RGB fans lighting up. I reached out to their customer service and had it fix in under 5 min. Thank you iBuyPower!

I had considered a few different gaming desktops, but decided on this one for a combination of performance and price. So far, any game I've played works flawlessly on the highest settings. The glass case looks awesome, and it features lighting that can be changed or turned off to your taste. I haven't encountered any negatives yet. The only issue I had was that one of the fans wasn't lighting up out of the box, but that was easily fixed by connecting the wire. Other than that, absolutely no issues or disappointments. Even the keyboard it comes with is decent if you don't already have a gaming keyboard or don't have your heart set on something specific.

This is an extremely well made pre-assembled gaming PC for people who don't have the time or knowledge to build their own. The fact that it comes with an RTX 2070 Super is just icing on the cake as it allows you to take full advantage of ray tracing which while it may not be common in many games currently is going to be present in many upcoming titles. This will run just about any game on the market today at high settings and many at max settings. It also has room for upgrades in the future. I plan on adding another 16 GB of RAM down the road although frankly the 16 that it comes loaded with is enough for most purposes. Can't recommend enough.

Ordered it online game with in 2 days Fox was in good shape really easy to follow the instructions over all fantastic computer I only did 4 out of 5 stars because two of the light up fans run plugged and it took me a little bit of time to find where they head out of plug at

Have been using my new iBUYPOWER desktop for the past week and couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. The desktop itself came with i7-9700 intel processor and RTX 2070 Super graphics card, which was not only great value for the money, but it provides excellent quality graphics and runs nearly silent even when processing large volumes of activity. The original order I placed was inadvertently cancelled due to inventory, but the sales rep (Geo) from BestBuy, was extremely responsive and helped get a new desktop ordered and delivered to me ASAP. Definitely recommend both BestBuy and iBuyPower products to those looking at new desktops.

I was initially hesitant on the though of pre-built PC's for productivity and gaming, but, I've never been so happy to have been proven wrong! Its sleek, modern and well built, and more importantly well priced! I looked up how much each individual part costs and the price came only $150 shot of this PC's sale price, not to mention this one comes with peripherals which help[ to close the $150 gap, the only question left was, did I want to buy each part individually....risk putting it together myself... and take time partitioning drives, or....just drive to my local Best Buy and purchase the thing fully assembled. For me the choice was easy!

Good solid PC for people that wants to start streaming and gaming. I can’t believe i reached 500+ fps on all low settings in creative for fortnite! It was amazing and incredible.

The machine is great and it arrived on time. After a couple of days, we have been satisfied with its performance. Reaches above 100FPS on all games with max settings.

Purchased this a week ago and everything has been running as it should be. For anyone wondering if this rig upgrade-able it is but be warned if you are inclined to there are a few exceptions. I decided to upgrade the ram to 32gb but when deciding on the speed I choose 3200 vs 2666 which it came with, to my surprise the system still only recognized it as 2666. As I looked into it further I found out that the mother board only supported the max speed of 2666. So if anyone is deciding on upgrading the ram just save your money and get 2666. Also while gaming the cpu does get super hot! The original cpu cooler is pretty basic and definitely doesn't cool the i7 properly unless you crank the fans really high, which is pretty loud. I decided to upgrade to an aio instead which ran across the board around 15-20c* cooler. Side note the case does have enough room for a 2 fan radiator. I relocated the existing two front fans to the top and mounted the aio to the front. This computer does run everything flawlessly as it is. Games on max settings and multitask is a breeze. First time buying ibuypower and will definitely buy again. They included a keyboard and mouse but they are pretty trash but you probably do not care about that. In summary great pc but motherboard and cooler are the lacking areas. The case also looks great!!
