We just recieved it today. Right out of the box, after pulling out the stuffing, we noticed the graphics card wasn’t straight. When we touched it, it wasn’t secured in the left corner. Sure enough, when my husband picked it up, we heard something rattle inside. There was a loose screw inside somewhere. My husband and I had to fish it out. After fastening the screw and turning it on, the top, front-facing fan’s light didnt turn on. Now we’re waiting for Monday to contact costumer service. Or are we able to call Best Buy and have someone help?

Great price and outstanding quality. Comes with a gaming keyboard and mouse. Everything is perfect and beautiful.

Runs all games on ultra settings while in 4K with no lagging. I love mirrored tempered glass case. Great quality.

OH MY GOD! Never ever, EVER! Have I owned a gaming PC! This was my first ever buy and might I say I am NOT, disappointed at all! I absolutely love my new gaming desktop! I highly recommend this product by Ibuypower and I would definitely purchase again for my husband! It shipped so fast and was very convenient to pick up!

I've had this PC for about 9 months now and I have no complaints at all. This PC is much better than my former HP desktop, and for a pre-built, it works amazingly. I have had zero problems, you can customize your light styles, and for the price, it is so worth it.

I love the specs of this pc and when it was on sale for $1199 it was a great deal. However, I hope you are comfortable opening it and fixing a few problems. 1. Everyone has had the issue of the fan lights not working. This is an easy fix by opening the non-glass side of your case and making sure all the connections are properly secured to the circuit board. 2. This was really irritating! My memory stick wasn’t secured because apparently they put the graphics card in after they halfway inserted the ram and the bottom tab on the ram was still in the down position. The graphics card had wedged the ram tab and almost broke it. I had to very carefully pry it loose and it looks mangled but works for now. I hope I don’t have any issues with that memory card ...

this computer is really good and it runs every game i try to play on it at the highest settings. The RGB is really cool too and the computer does not make a single noise! I am very happy with my purchase!!!

This is my first gaming PC and I have to say that I am very impressed.I can say the fans are so quiet, and the RGB on this thing really brings a whole gaming setup together.I could not be happier with this pc.

Bought this for my daughters they been asking for a gaming computer it’s really cool looking and they love it paired with a 32” Samsung gaming monitor so far so good.

Came neatly packaged in an ibuypower box, just removed the insert, plugged everything in, and it powered right up with no issue.

I purchased this rig on 4/16/20 and received it on 4/25/20. As excited as I was installing the necessary components (monitor, mouse, keyboard), I knew I had to be as careful as possible. As I turned this on it showed me the GIGABYTE BIOS boot up (UEFI). I thought of just clicking the "save and exit" option on the last tab, and it would take me right back to the same screen (on pic), the same when I would pick the "exit without saving option" and that led me directly to the same screen as shown. I contacted best buy to see if they could help with solving this issue, but ultimately had me to just bring it curbside to issue an exchange. Next thing I knew I was notified that there were none in stock (obviously I wouldn't expect anything else because of how good of a deal this computer has). Is there a way that I can get any assurance that this won't happen again since I'm currently waiting on the same computer? I don't know what the problem is and I haven't necessarily gotten any feedback as to WHAT the issue was. I already had it returned and awaiting on the same computer to be delivered to my home. I would wish to find some kind of feedback as to what's wrong and see if there's a solution to it, or at least get confirmation that the same issue won't happen again with this other new computer coming in.

The first couple weeks of using this computer it would have gotten 4 or 5 stars. But after then issues started... games had trouble loading and rendering over and over. Started looking into this further. Basically the RAM is running much lower than expected and can not be overclocked with the Gigabyte B365M DS3H motherboard that it came with. They claim on the specs that you will get 3000mhz speed from the RAM. The board they have in there is a max 2600mhz. (Screens shot attached of claim) If I want to enjoy my gaming experience I am going to have to upgrade the motherboard and potentially the RAM on a computer I spent over $1500 for. Not ideal... Would love for IBuyPower to fix this motherboard issue. If not, I won’t be purchasing another one of their products.

I would recommend this desktop for gaming. You can change the colors

The PC is great, but the center RGB fan light is not working. I am currently contacting iBUYPOWER to see if I can resolve this issue, but I have already downloaded a few items and have synced my products to this PC, so I hope I will not have to return just for the fan light.

Its very nice, quiet, and looks great, my son loved it.
