When the pc arrived I was shocked by the health of the box. There were several punctures. Only one display port worked from the beginning and neither hdmi port worked. I used it just over a month and now windows has an error code 43 for the graphic card. I've tried uninstall and reinstall of the card, made sure the drivers and bios etc. were up to date. Also the graphic card presses against and releases the memory sticks.

Initially, i bought a pre built from Best Buy. iBUYPOWER - Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i7-9700F - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER - 1TB HDD + 480GB SSD - Black, but I had to send it back because the GPU had come out of the slot during shipping. When I booted it on a fan war broken and making a horrible noise. Also the RGB fans did nor work. I also had an issue logging in, because it was only booting from BIOS, and I had to do some weird thing to make Windows work on it. I ended up sending it back and purchased the upgraded one. iBUYPOWER - Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i7-9700F - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER - 1TB HDD + 480GB Solid State Drive - Black. This one has been better for sure, but not without issues. I had to open it up and re attach the RGB lights to make to make them work. It also needed a ton of updates. It came with a B365M DS3H WIFI Gigabyte Motherboard, which is okay I guess. Not sure if it is has the current BIOS update or not, but I think it is an older one. Games do run pretty well, but I think I am getting high CPU usage, and I think it is because of the motherboard. Anyway, it will run most games at 144 FPS or higher. This PC is good for the price, but I think I would build my own if I had to do it again.

I was super excited to get this, and I and I can say that I don't even remotely regret it. This computer is a beast. I can play max settings on any game with atleast 60 Frames Per Second, which is crazy to me as I was using an old machine before. One thing that might've turned someone off of the computer when they got it would be, a fan not lit up. But, there is most likely the simplest solution to fix it. All you have to do is slidd the back panel off and look for a square chip looking component that has 4 cords connected to it and make sure that all the cords are connected in all the way. But be very careful with them. Everything about this pc is great and a good beginner stream computer. I'd be happy to buy from IBuyPower again.

My old pc was on the fritz and this one was on sale. So I decided to buy instead of build this time around. There is little things I would have done different but overall this pc has been great. Cod MW runs without raytracing on at 140 fps @1080p. All my other games are 200 and above. Hard to ask for much more than that. CPU cooler, ram, GPU, and motherboard have no rgb so if you are wanting that I would build.

I was going to build a PC myself but there are a few reasons I went with this one. You can probably save $50 or maybe $100 if you do it yourself but there are drawbacks to doing that. If you don’t know what you’re doing, you probably won’t be able to optimize your build as well as ibuypower. They picked al of the parts to be very compatible. Another reason I went with this one is you don’t have to worry about putting everything together and setting up your RGB’s. You’ll receive this twice as fast as your parts and you can open the box and be completely setup in under an hour. But the biggest reason I chose this PC is Bestbuy’s warranty. You won’t find that anywhere if you build it yourself. If anything breaks on your build they will replace it for free (even free labor). They’ll also replace the original power supply for free. If anything major breaks in 3 years you’ll end up paying less for the warranty than you would’ve for the parts. So far this thing is a beast. Runs overwatch on ultra settings at 200 FPS. Warzone runs at 150 FPS. It’s run every Skyrim mod I’ve thrown at it perfectly. Basically this thing is a beast. The only issue you could run into for this build is if you are doing 4K gaming. I have a 144hz 1080p monitor and so far it runs everything on ultra settings at over 100 FPS

We bought a gaming computer for work/gaming. We unboxed it yesterday and it's fantastic! I love the lights and the mirror tempered glass. I also love how quiet it is! We didn't even hear it turn on. My dog sleeping 6 feet away was louder than this computer and she wasn't even snoring haha. Its super quick, and games look and play great. We played COD Warzone and it rendered well and wasn't laggy. I have yet to download the software I need to code, but I have little doubt it will work perfectly as the software is less strenuous than the games. The purchasing options were fantastic. We were able to pick and choose exactly what we wanted and there were no issues once we got it set up. I would definitely recommend considering this brand if you're in the market for an awesome new gaming desktop and the buying process through BestBuy was super easy (also 300 dollars cheaper than on the brand site). We ordered it online to pick up in store. It was a quick and painless process and would recommend going through BestBuy!

I decided to switch from console(ps4) to PC in order to be more competitive and level the playing field granted FN is now forced cross-platform. Now so far the only negative thing I have to say about the product (nevermind the in store experience was a nightmare and well yea nevermind) is that when you pull it out of box the instructions from the beginning could definitely be more detailed. What I mean is that you have to open the tempered glass case which of course being glass is not the easiest to work with but after all all that's needed to do is open it up and take out the protective foam. Now, I'm no computer expert and don't know if that "one cable" is supposed to be unplugged or if it's ok as is because I definitely saw a couple. The instructions say fasten any loosened cables and make sure all of the plugs are in all the way due to the possibility of movement during shipping or when actually removing that foam protector you might pull something. Long story short I could not get it to power on or send any display to monitor. I spent many hours online trying to learn where everything is and the correct setup with no success. So the next morning I brought it into the store and the kid basically unplugged/replugged everything one by one and the problem was that the manufacturer put the ram sticks in an apparent wrong way. The cable management was also very messy inside the case but w/es as long as it works is how i felt at this point. Now once working properly I've had no issues and like I've stated I use it to pay FN which is not a very demanding game however there is a huge difference. Im getting 240fps pretty much always and can see across the map no problem. Loving it thus far.

Pros: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER, Intel Core i7 9700F, and the case. Cons: the no-name 16GB DRAM, the motherboard GIGABYTE B365M DS3H WIFI LGA 1151 is old and cheap that supports DRAM only up to 2666 MHz. So far this PC has been good for my daily use. It's fast - salute to the RTX 2070 SUPER and Core i7 9700F, and overall it's been running smoothly, no issues during other software installation. The two no-name DRAM boards (total 16GB) have P/N: AU08GGB26CQYBGH. If I try to upgrade to 32GB, I'll probably have to discard the two original boards. The cheap motherboard has no support for the super fast NVMe M.2 SSD, so I'll have to upgrade the motherboard first in order to upgrade to NVMe SSD. The on-board SSD is Maxtor Z1 SSD 480GB, a so-so drive to keep for secondary. Overall the CPU and GPU are good ones to keep, and the case. The rest are below average, to be dumped in one or two years.

I made my last computer and it lasted me a little less than 4 years before I wanted to upgrade. To get these components individually it would cost way more than the 1200 I paid for this. It is incredibly fast. Beautiful and I have only had one technical hiccup related to the second m.2 slot on the mobo. I put in a second m.s in that slot and it wouldn't boot the main drive anymore. Checked BIOS and couldn't find a way to make it work, so I had to remove. I won't even take off for this because I have seen this happen in other computers and I think thats just how it is. This is a great, affordable machine and I truly don't think you will be disappointed. The 2070 Super alone would have cost a little less than half of the total cost of it, so it was a deal. Cannot recommend more. Great buy.

I was a bit skeptical about buying this pc, since I had not seen good reviews on the internet. After I thought about it a lot, I decided to buy it because it was in promotion. First, the shipping was a total hell. The box arrived in very bad condition, open and a some stuff was lose inside. It lacked parts such as installation CD’s and several extra cables that supposedly were included. Then, when I turned it on, I noticed that two LEDs on the front were not working, and so far they still don’t work (just what happened to the other people). Once everything was set up, I performed a few benchmarks test: great machine, for that price. Has a good amount of power, runs almost everything on max (60-120 FPS / 1080-4K), but if you want the “ray-tracing opción” the FPS drops a lot (as expected). I recommend it if you could get it for a good deal. And go for it to the store, UPS will destroy your pc.

This machine has the latest 8 core Coffee-Lake i7 and an RTX 2070, a great combination for both gaming and productivity. Can easily run games at 1440p even at 120hz. Cooling is more than sufficient to run without throttling . As for the price, I purchased it for a little less than what it would cost for me to build an equivalent system with new parts so overall it was a good deal. The system is also made with off-the-shelf parts which means it can be upraded easily down the line.

We ordered this computer for multi-purpose reasons. Mostly to be a great gaming computer but also to use as a family computer for Microsoft Office, pictures, music, searching internet, etc. It arrived on the day it was expected to. The packaging was protective enough, although the box was VERY dirty. It did arrive in the actual packing box so it's a good thing we brought it inside right away as you can clearly see what it is on the box. We unboxed it and the setup instructions were very simple. The only issue we found was that when insuring all internal cables were connected fully, we found one that wasn't connected and had a hard time figuring out where it was supposed to go. We even called my brother who is a computer expert and has built several himself and he wasn't sure either. We ended up figuring out that the cord had an attachment on the end of it that was supposed to be fastened to the motherboard I guess - meaning that there was a broken piece. Where that piece was supposed to attach onto 7 pins, the pins were crooked and warped so we couldn't attempt to try to re-attach it at that location. This was for a SATA connection for the SSD drive. There were 6 ports for these types of connections to choose from so we were able to just take the broken piece off the end of the fully intact cord and use one of the other ports above that was just a little bit more of a stretch. We were able to turn on and set up the computer afterwards. All lights, fans, and drives (hard-drive and SSD drive) appear to be working perfectly. We didn't call support for this YET as it was late at night - likely nobody would be available and also my husband was eager to test it out. As we have the Geek Squad 1-year protection, we may look into getting the broken port fixed once the COVID-19 has subsided enough to physically take it into the Best Buy store. My husband did try out a few games and was LOVING everything, saying how good the graphics, refresh rate, FPS, etc were. (We are coming from a PS4.) I will note that it did not come with a CD/DVD drive, which we were aware of before purchase, so we did purchase an LG external one that attaches via USB. I'm happy enough with this. It doesn't really affect my husband as his games are mostly digital, but I have a few on disc that I wanted to be able to play as well without having to re-purchase. The colors are really cool in the unit and we like the ability to adjust them to be a set color or rotating colors or even pulsing the colors (making them blink) - each at different speeds. I may consider one similar for myself so we can play together in the future, although I might wait to see if they put it on a Black Friday or Cyber Monday Sale. We would recommend to other people and gamers. We must say though, that we are glad to have chosen a computer with the added price and security of Geek Squad protection so that we can get any and all issues resolved with peace of mind. (If we encounter any other issues, I'll update my review. Depending on if and when we choose to get our broken port fixed, I'll try to update this review on my experience with that as well.)

For my first gaming PC I purchased this computer. The PC arrived extremely well packaged with foam protecting the graphics card inside. All RGB fans were plugged in correctly and working. The PC is very powerful and fast. I experience no lag while gaming online at high intensive graphic settings. The PC is also very quiet and does not get too hot during heavy usage. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a gaming PC.
