I must admit I was somewhat skeptical.. I'm someone who has ALWAYS purchased parts separately and made my own gaming builds. I've been very sick the past year unable to build my own and needed to upgrade badly from my sad GTX 1060 system. In all honesty if one were to buy the parts from this gaming build to put together themselves with motherboard, cpu, gpu,ram, case, hard drives, rgb fans and power supply the price would come in just under $1250. So realistically you would save around $200 to build yourself, and to most that's a very respectable fee for a pre-built gaming rig of this quality. While if I could change one thing it would be the motherboard supporting higher frequency ram of at least 3200hz the build has very few flaws and I cannot recommend this machine enough for gamers who want a reliable buttery smooth experience for nearly all modern pc and vr games (OMG Beat Saber maxed out is godlike) on ultra settings in 4k. The only way I could see someone getting a better quality machine for this price ( besides waiting for it to get back to $1199 sale price which I regret but am in no way put off by the extra cost after experiencing the performance. I would buy again in a heartbeat) Would be to go the AMD route for the cpu and the rtx 5700xt for the graphics card, which is very compatible to the 2070 super. Going this route would save one around $400 building themselves vs this system. But to many the extra cost for a dependable pre build gaming rig vs building themselves is totally worth it. This Gaming PC looks spectacular. Runs great and is a really good price for the specs that you get with it. I personally wish it had slightly better RAM and a nicer Motherboard, but everything else works great. Perfect for playing most games as well as streaming, especially with the graphics card. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because open initial start-up I had to go into the back panel and plug in the LED lights for the fans, not a problem for me cause I’ve worked with computers before and was able to diagnose the problem; however some people would think it is defective if this wasn’t working.

I've been using the PC for a couple of months before I wrote a review and have come away extremely satisfied. The PC is very well built with quality components. I installed an extra hard drive before I booted it up for the first time and when I did I noticed one of the LED fans wasn't lighting up. The customer service was quick and accurate. It turns out I pulled out the LED plug when I was installing the hard drive and was walked through the fix with ease. The performance is great also. I connected it to a 4K monitor and play at 4K resolution at high or ultra settings on the latest games, and all this without much more than a hum from the PC.

i bought my very first gaming desktop from bestbuy, being an ibuypower. so far i am really happy! it runs any games i could want at ultra settings at 1440p and i still get 100+ fps! i do wish the graphics card had some fans and that the ram sticks were rgb but even with the card not having fans it doesnt run hot at all, and rgb is just looks! would 100% recommend

So happy with this purchase. I have always been apprehensive about buying a prebuilt PC. But after way too much research and gathering the pricing for the individual parts I had planned for my next gaming rig, I found this prebuilt already had everything I was looking for, and only for $100-$150 more. I decided I would happily pay that much for the convenience of having this PC ready to go right out of the box and not having to wait for all of the individual parts to arrive and then put together myself. This PC is a beast and handles Rainbow Six: Siege on Ultra settings AND live-streaming on Twitch. The SSD helps keep my games loading quick, as well as PC boot up in only a few seconds. The three fans at the front and one fan in the back are ideally placed for efficient airflow and keeps the PC running cool during hours-long gaming sessions. The RGB’s are a nice touch and are not over-the-top, in my opinion. Only thing I would say is that you’ll probably want to upgrade the RAM from 16 to 32 as soon as you can. But that’s a simple enough fix and not necessary right out of the gate. Overall, very happy I was able to find this PC and the price point is very reasonable compared to building your own PC.

Very happy with this PC. Runs cool and and is fast. Comes with a 2nd tier card but is more than most games need on the market right. I run everything on ultra with no hiccups and games look very good. Love that I can changed the colors of the fans. Considered building but for the price and the fact that I get a 500 card with the system, this is a no brainer.

i bought this gaming pc it runs everything on max i love it everything about it does what i need it to do and more ibuypower and best buy thank you and yeah i had good help when buying this pc guy at best buy that helped me was really cool and chill so everything went smooth once i got it home set it all up booted up like a beast only thing i had to do for led lights on some of fans was plug a small cord in its easy to do i love this pc i recommend it to anyone looking for good pc for gaming

PC runs well, have been able to run Destiny 2, FFXIV, and games like them just fine. Quiet, fans work well. Aesthetically it looks great in my office. Easily accessible so if you wanted to remove/replace/upgrade hardware it’s very simple. My only complaint is that the SSD only holds about half a TB but that can be upgraded. Overall a great purchase if you have the cash to spend.

I was really indecisive while looking for a good quality computer, but I believe that I made a good purchase buying this computer. The RGB is nice and it adds a good look to the computer. This being said make sure that all of your RGB fans are connected to the motherboard when you open it up. Honestly if you are thinking of buying this computer just do it. You're getting what you pay for and these people are one of the best in the pre-built game.

The computer works great! It is fast and quiet. Plenty of space on the drive for all your stuff. It was easy to setup and use. The only issue we had was with the mouse that came with it. We had to try different USB ports before it would work. However I still give the computer 5 stars!

I produce television promos that use high end graphics and require a fast PC for rendering! My choice was this gaming pc. The specs were perfect and components top notch!. I added 16 gig more ram and this machine really cooks! Great price and great service from Best Buy!!

I really love this desktop. I've never had a gaming PC before and did lots of research. iBuyPower has been on the top of my list and when I saw this one, I had to have it. I was concerned reading the reviews that there would be a problem setting it up, but there were no issues. All the wires were connected and it booted up without a problem. Its blazing fast with everything and my games look wonderful. Its also my home office computer, which has really come in handy for the coronavirus pandemic. I wanted to use desktop for a while before I provided a review. There have been no issues and I'm really happy with this purchase. The membrane keyboard and mouse that came with it were "just okay" though, and I expected that when picking the purchase. The keyboard was fine for gaming and everyday use. The mouse was too sensitive and jittery for gaming. I bought an LG mechanical keyboard and a razor gaming mouse. I'd recommend this desktop and iBuyPower, especially if its on sale, which is what I did.

My old gaming PC burned out. Looked at part swapping and this computer was basically the same price as rebuilding. So I updated an old machine to this new beast and I love it. Now I can resume gaming and working from home.

i got the bb972 gaming PC about a mouth ago and have had no problems with it. In fact i love it. the boot up is is about 5 sec and I am ready to go. the RGB light are cool. the fans in the system only make noise certain games that need more power and even them it is not loud what so ever. i do a lot of video editing also the main reason i got the PC and it powers through the editing with out fail.

Previously I've purchased customized gaming pc's from Alienware, within the last 18 months I've purchased a CyberPower PC, again, from BestBuy, a customized desktop from Digital Storm for one son and had another built for my second son by a friend using top of the line parts I "hand picked". All of them other than the Alienware (which eventually wasn't worth upgrading any more) are running well though two are probably due for a graphics card upgrades. Truthfully this iBUYPOWER rig appears on par with all of the above. It arrived promptly and well packed and unpacked easily. Started up and has run smoothly and quietly since I've. Nothing loose and everything in its proper place. Started up, loaded my programs without issue and has run smoothly and quietly since. Admittedly it's early but so far I am very pleased with my purchase.

1. Super quick PC with everything you will need for serious gaming! 2. Can play all AAA titles on full ultra graphics at 1080p with no problem. 3. Doesn't cost more than building it yourself and saves you all of the hassle. 4. 10/10 would recommend to friends

I am really happy with this PC so far. My gaming is all at 1080p due to an older monitor, so I am not sure how it performs at 4k, but with my setup games like Sea of Thieves, Microsoft Flight Simulator, and No Man's Sky run beautifully at ultra settings. I have not used the included mouse and keyboard, so I have no opinion on the quality of those. Pros: - High performance at 1080p for all games I've thrown at it so far - Shockingly quiet. At first I thought that the fans might not be working, but I can clearly see them silently whirring away in the transparent case. - Case lighting is easy to turn off if you prefer not to use it Cons: - I had a minor issue where Windows activation was not working properly (it couldn't find the product key), however 5 minutes with iBUYPOWER's tech support completely resolved the problem.

I have only had the machine for a few days but everything has been great. It's fast, powerful, and easy to set up. Plays most games on ultra high settings with insanely smooth refresh rates. Get it now while it is still on sale this is a steal.

I wanted a great pre-made gaming desktop and THIS is it. Easy set up, beautiful design, runs silently, just over all powerful desktop. I highly recommend for something easy to get going and that will last you a LONG long time!

I recently went to Best Buy and bought a Cyberpower PC with a Ryzen GPU and I was highly disappointed. It kept freezing and powering off. It just couldnt handle the needs of COD:Warzone. I returned it and decided on the iBUYPOWER - Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i7-9700F. I have to say I am glad I made this decision. It handles everything for Warzone with no problems. No dropped frames, lagging, no freezing or powering off. I wanted at least the Nvidia 2080 but they were sold out at the time and I have no patience to wait. I will upgrade the GPU soon and add a little more ram but I honestly cant make any real complaints. (wouldnt mind a little more RGB, but I can do that as well). So far this has been the best purchase of 2020 for me.
