Pros
1st off if you got this PC for Black Friday it was a great deal. If you did a self build of the PC with the cheapest parts out there it would of cost $1400-$1500 to build it yourself. This is still a nice PC at $1499 but if you're like me wait for it to go on sale again.
It was time to do a up grade from my PC self build from 10 years a go. This PC has yet to disappoint me. It boots up fast and plays games flawlessly. The case does a good job at hiding cables so looks nice and clean.
Cons
1st: Looks like its a common problem "from other reviews" of cords coming undone. On my 1st boot up one of the front fans weren't lighting up. I followed the cord from the fan to find that it was unplugged. For people that aren't tech savvy this will be a issue.
2nd: The RGB on the fans and motherboard "and the additonal 2x8g ram i added" can be used with the Aura program that came preinstalled. The RGB for the videocard that came with my PC can not and I have to use a 2nd program from MSI to adjust it. The iBuypower keyboard is manual and took some searching on how to adjust the RGB to match the PC. The mouse you have no control over and it is on whatever setting it came with. RGB is aesthetics and nothing to do with performance of the PC but I feel like they should of done a little more and made everything sync here or what was the point of it?
3rd: You really don't know what PC parts you are buying till you look at the one you got. This is a company that buys parts and puts them together and sells them to the people. Your are only buying specifications and not the brand names of the hardware in it. Personally I think it should be a new model number for different brand name setups even though it has the same specifications. Reason being is I saw in a review that it came with fiber optical out for audio and the motherboard I have does not. I had to buy an additional part for my setup.
Other thoughts:
My PC came with the following.
Mobo:
https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/TUF-B365M-PLUS-GAMING/
other than the lack of audio output options I really like this mobo.
you are able to put up to 8 drives in this with 6xsata and 2x M.2 slots, the case can only mount 4 drives fyi. I added and Raid 0 2x500gig Samsung ssd to the sata ports before I new what M.2 were. I plan on adding 2 ssds to the M.2 ports later.
CPU: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/193738/intel-core-i7-9700f-processor-12m-cache-up-to-4-70-ghz.html
This is still a good CPU and the price difference with higher versions isn't worth the pricing to me for the performance differences.
Videocard:
https://us.msi.com/Graphics-card/GeForce-RTX-2070-SUPER-ARMOR-OC
Other than the RGB on this videocard, This version is the reason I
bought this iBuypower from BestBuy.
Ram:
https://consumer.apacer.com/eng/content.php?sn=947
The ram that came with mine is at the last spot of the ordering information.
This is where it gets interesting. The 2x8gigs of ddr4 2666 Apacer that came with mine I can't seem to buy anywhere. I ended up buying 2x8gig Team force RGB ram and seems to work just fine in the mix for a total of 32gigs of ram.
SSD:
Apacer AS330 PANTHER 2.5" 480GB
https://consumer.apacer.com/eng/upload/download/20170413141254_banner_.pdf
This is also interesting as I can't find this ssd for sell anywhere either. I'm guessing with the ram and ssd iBuypower bought excess product from this company to put into their PCs.
HDD:
Seagate BarraCuda Hard Drive 1TB
https://www.seagate.com/internal-hard-drives/hdd/barracuda/#specs-3-5
It's an HDD can't say much other than use it for storage.
Power supply:
Is 650 watts, I haven't looked into the brand of it as it's really concealed in the case. The one I have has a lot of additional connections.

Really happy with this system so far. Runs super quiet, the RGB software is a bit tricky to figure out, but power and speed are all there. I rarely buy pre-built systems, this is changing my mind!

My old HP desktop bit the dust recently and I needed a new desktop with upgraded graphics to work out of my home with during the current emergency. I purchased this model iBUYPOWER from Best Buy because of the combination of reasonable price and performance.
So far, everything has been great. The system was shipped and, when I opened the box, well and securely packed. It was very easy to set up and it took very little time to run the set up routine, hook up my printer and two monitors and everything has run without a hitch. It is a very quiet unit and appears to run very cool (though, admittedly, I'm not a gamer or heavy graphics user at this point).
I would say that my only disappointment with the system has bene that there wasn't a DVD drive or media slots; I've already purchased an external DVD/RW drive and will probably get a UBS 3.0 hub to hook up other devices as necessary. Those, however, are pretty cheap additions as things go.

for the internals on a pre-built pc, the price point was there. RGB is glitch, and works when it feels like. Bought this mainly to run MSFS 2020, and so far, running speed is good. Will probably upgrade graphics eventually as the game is in depth with detail.

This computer has run everything I've thrown at it on ultra settings at 2560x1440 144hz and run it all flawlessly.
My only complaint was that the fans would quickly ramp up very loudly and it would get very hot. The front panel is poorly designed and was extremely restrictive in the amount of airflow it allowed through. I found by pulling off the front panel, it improved both the CPU and GPU temps by almost 20 degrees C each (measured with MSI Afterburner software), and I no longer hear the fans sounding like the computer is Taxi-ing for take-off somewhere!

I purchased this computer on February 19th and have been using it since then. I've been in love with how quiet this pc is, the RGB effects are gorgeous, I've been able to run Apex Legends and Overwatch easily without a problem!
The only nitpick I have over this PC is that the keyboard isn't my favorite. That being said, it does the job just fine and I'll upgrade it at a later date whenever I get the chance.
I highly recommend this PC for anyone who doesn't want to build their own PC but wants the ability to upgrade it at a later date. I will definitely buy from iBuyPower again!

I picked this up recently as an upgrade from my HP Omen laptop. I still love the little guy but he was getting tired. I haven't had a desktop in about 7 years and it feels great to have a big monitor and little extra oomph again. This PC delivers the oomph! It's so satisfying to go into settings and just max it all out. Thank IBP!
Note: The upper front RBG lighting on the fan was off on first start up, but I found a guide on IBP's website on how to check the connections and I found where it had come out during shipping. It went right back in no problem.

It only took me about 30 minutes to unbox my PC and monitor and set everything up. The GTX2070 super is amazing and I'm running newer games like COD: Warzone and Valorant at 144fps. It can reach higher frames but I have it capped at 144 since I have a 144hz monitor. It was at a really great price too. The keyboard and mouse are also RGB. I would most definitely recommend this!

A Great Out-of-the-Box Option

I switched out a defective ASUS laptop for this guy, which cost less and was unsurprisingly more powerful. While I won't get the mobility to my film editing and gaming I'd initially looked for, I couldn't have chosen a much better prebuilt desktop if I'd tried. It's a low price for some great specs, including a very high-end graphics card and exceptionally quiet fans. Adobe has yet to slow down or crash as a result of rendering 4k footage, and Blender is as smooth as can be. Similarly, highly-demanding games can be run at 4k on high/ultra settings with great ease.
Full disclosure: This is only after having brought home a defective version of the same model. Anticipate the possibility of your power supply being dead and needing to exchange. This likely boils down to my terrible luck with picking computers, but once I brought home a fully-functional model with no issues, I knew my patience had been worth it. I can work on my film projects for hours trusting I won't run into performance hitches, and spend my break hours having fun with a beautiful display and stellar frame rates. You have a total of 1.5 TBs of storage initially installed on this guy with the room for more, which will serve me well for the foreseeable future. The light-up internals and keyboard are a great bonus. The only downside I notice so far is that the cable management inside is passable, but leaves room for improvement. Altogether, though, this is great for when you lack the patience to compile parts and put a model together yourself, as it's in a very close price range to the compiled components themselves and has more flair to it than I likely could have gotten on my own.

All good after a year of use. Was a decent buy at an on sale price of $1.2k Built in GPU was a nice ASUS model, but RAM was a lower end product with s slightly lower clock speed.
Had to manually re-connect some of the plugs in the case on arrival, to get all the fans to light up. Colours can be configured easily with RGB Fusion (Gigagbyte motherboard).
Have since upgraded the GPU (sold the 2070S and got a better 3060 Ti in this crazy market) & also the RAM. Had to sort of squeeze an extra SSD in that now rest at the bottom of the case.
So it definitely seves as a nice base to upgrade from. No problems with the cooling yet. Haven't yet figured out how to access the PSU though.

This desktop has been amazing to use so far. For the price, while it may seem high, it is definitely worth it. The specs in this pc are very good and can do about anything. While I have only used this pc for gaming and college, it can handle heavy workloads very well. My two complaints so far are the keyboard and an internal fan. The keyboard has a finicky spacebar but the rest is perfect. It can be stuck on one side so to avoid this just hit the middle part (not a big deal tbh). My major complaint is that one fan inside the system cooling the motherboard is kinda loud if you are not using headphones. I think it became loose during shipping so I have to check myself. All in all a great product definitely recommend.

So much power for such a good price! Plug & play! I bought this after a CyberPower computer horror story and I have not been disappointed. I upgraded the ram to 32GB as soon as I got it and I'll be further upgrading it up to 64, but this baby runs like a dream! I use it for 3D modeling & rendering, 3D animation, game engines, all of that. I have had no issues. Due to the requirements of those programs, this rig also runs games at max settings with no frame issues. Highly recommend.

I've had this for almost a month now and the only issue I had was that the fan light inside the tower wouldn't work. I contacted ibuypower, they walked me through it & it works again! The PC is great! It has no bloatware like other pcs. It gets a little loud when running certain games and there's also this weird beep that I'm not sure about but other than that I've had zero problems. Runs PUBG, Dead By Daylight and DayZ like a beast so if you play any of those games then you're golden.

Best Gaming System I've ever owned

This is system is rock solid! No issues, no extra unwanted software that is often found in pre-built systems, and no issues getting it up and running. It's been a while since I've owned a desktop gaming system primarily because I didn't have the time to build it myself. I found this at my local Best Buy and decided to give it a try. It had everything I would have used had I built it myself and it did not disappoint me. Absolutely recommend it! Less time building more time playing.

Very nice computer for gaming - getting > 100 fps playing wow at 4k resolution.
As far as the actual computer goes - I will give this five stars for sure. I ordered this one for myself and a comparable CyberPowerPC for my son (he wanted AMD). My GPU and CPU temps stay lower than his, despite his system coming with liquid cooling. This Intel / nvidia box runs much cooler overall as well. I think the hottest my CPU cores have seen is about 61 degrees C (this is running at 4k). I had read about the i7-9700f having cooling issues, so while I was waiting for this, I ordered another CPU cooler and had it ready, but I'm not going to install it for little to no benefit. I think iBuyPower installs a pretty decent cooler onto the CPU - because there was a name brand stamped onto it, other than Intel.
That said, the components seem good. The mother board seems good, and it came with the user manual. From what I understand, the lighting is controlled by the mother board, so it's pretty intuitive to change, dim, brighten, etc - as opposed to my son's computer that came with a switch on the top where you have to cycle through the settings manually.
That said - i *almost* gave it 4 stars because the keyboard is absolute garbage - what a shame. The shift key wouldn't press, depending on the angle. Two of the top keys had fallen off during transport. The mouse was semi-ok - but I changed to my Logitech because mouse buttons 4 and 5 just felt better on my Logitech.
In either event, we aren't purchasing a keyboard and mouse. We are purchasing a computer - and as far as the computer goes, this one is definitely a 5/5, and if future proofed for a number of years as well, which is reassuring.

This is my first pre built Gaming PC and I’m loving it. I was always a little on the no side when it came to prebuilds but this was amazing. Usually makers skimp on products so they can give you a lower rate. Well, iBuyPower did not do that with this machine I got. I am freaking loving it. I got it on sale so it was cheaper than usual price but still, try putting together this computer for less than $1200 then come talk to me. End review; Love it!

This PC is not a low end gaming PC, its almost in the high ned spectrum of gaming PCs. For its value its a great deal, since it inludes an extremely good processor and and extremely good graphics card. The only bad thing it has its the RAM, since its the slowest type of DDR4 RAM, but can be fixed easily since RAM is removable. I would recommend this PC to anyone looking for a strong PC that can take on any kind of workload.

Bought this PC while it was on sale for $1200. All of the parts were quality brands and have been running very smooth over the past 2 weeks or so. For air cooling only, this thing works great. Haven’t seen my temp go over 60 on modern warfare with ray tracing enabled (1080p) and ac odyssey looks fantastic. Definitely happy with iBUYPOWER!
Ps. The mouse it comes with is very nice, but the keyboard is not too great and I will be replacing that soon.
