Love this computer. It's crazy fast and plays all my games at ultra settings. Looks great too. My only problem is the LCD screen on the side panel. I gave up trying to deal with it. They need to include a link to a tutorial. Like other reviews have stated, my panel came installed upside down. I worked my way around it but still couldn't get the video wallpapers to work correctly. I gave up messing with it though. It's just a feature that I will never use. I'd rather marvel at the awesome graphics. Saw other reviews complaining about the tint of the screen. There's no tinted film to peel off. Just display something bright like a white background and you'll be able to see inside the case.

Good but has issues out of box and after 3 months

Although the system is great and has many features it is missing one important one and after 3 months of using it, I have faced a few problems with the unit. The missing feature is a secondary HDMI female port for the transparent LCD side screen. On the CPU there is only 1 port so an accessory needs to be bought in order to use the side screen and your CPU monitor at the same time. After 2 months of use, the built-in wifi stopped working, most of the keys on the keyboard have worn off, and the rear fan makes annoying vibration sounds on occasion. I paid over 1K for this unit and should have those issues, especially early on. Aside from that, I am able to multitask various apps without lag, but I had to add on additional hard drives because the storage system it came with is far below today's standards for a game/art user. It is a step up from my cyberpower pc, but still just doesn't cut it in my standard for quality.

After researching individual components, it just makes sense to buy this prebuilt monster for less than buying each component and building one yourself. For gaming and video editing, this machine checks all of the boxes and the snowblind featured panel is just fantastic and eye catching.

I bought this pc in 4 July sales. This is the second iBUYPOWER PC that I am giving a try, the first one that I bought was in black Friday last year and have exactly the same problem like this one . I cant believe 2 iBUYPOWER PCs with exactly the same problem. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/reviews/ibuypower-gaming-desktop-intel-core-i7-8700-16gb-memory-nvidia-rtx-2070-8gb-1tb-ssd-black-gray/6292002?rating=1#customer-reviewslisting . See the pictures for my previous review. short history it is the graphics card again the firts one was Nvidia RTX 2070 and this one have RTX 2060. I contact Nvidia customer service and after one hour doing different updates the told me it is a hardware problem. I did a complete factory reset also. I didn't waste my time contact iBUYPOWER Customer Service since my last bad experience with them. I don't know what to do, I think it is just bad luck or I should give a try one more time, buying a third one. LOL. I bougth this product because even the HP gaming PCs have a worst review like this brand. I am going to return this product again. Please see pictures for the problem.

The back panel where we plug everything into was not placed properly. We had a hard time plugging our cords into it. The remote did not come in the box for changing the colors. There was a cord sticking out of back. On start up it crashed a lot. It's just weird that we had this problem. We've bought this brand before. The front looked awesome We ended up returning

    Good Pre-Built!

This is a great spec'd PC. The case is the real selling point with the customizable screen. Just note you sacrifice air flow at the expense of eye candy. With that said it still cools adequately enough! There is room to upgrade your components as well! Over time I have upgraded my GPU, RAM, Hard Drives and PSU!

I don't even know what to say here. I was so excited to get this and as soon as I opened it I was heartbroken. This is my first desktop, an upgrade from an Alienware Alpha. I don't know much about computers but I know the graphics card isn't supposed to be at that angle. This thing is out of stock everywhere and I don't even want to guess how long I'll have to wait for an exchange.

Almost 4 years of using this pre-built and have run into no problems since receiving it. It has been very capable of running different kinds of demanding games and has looked awesome while doing so haha! You can set any desktop background to shine through the LSD screen on the tower and customize it with Rainmeter. I will always admire how quiet the fans have been and I still use the RGB keyboard that the PC came with. Great job from iBUYPOWER!

Easy to setup out of the box. Although the side panel came upside down, easy to work around through the NVIDIA settings. Great computer to record, game, edit, etc. The side panel is honestly a really cool feature. Using Rainmeter, you are able to customize the panel to your liking.

Honestly this is my first ever gaming computer, everything came in slot, and it worked from the bat, you mount it, plug in whatever you need to plug and you”ll continue, comes with a cool sidepanel, and you also get a keyboard and a mouse with it, master performance, you can game, listen to music, plus it starts up fast, overall worth buying

    Pleasantly surprised.

I was a bit apprehensive about buying this pc for a couple of reasons. Primarily I was concerned about the price listed being cheaper than the individual parts required to build it. I thought it was going to be 2nd rate parts or refurbished... Needless to say, I was very pleasantly surprised, and glad I was wrong. The PC looks beautiful, required 0 set up (other than removing the plastic protective stuff it came with), and I'm currently playing rdr2 with maxed out settings (even the advanced ones), 144hz @ 60 FPS... Highly recommend it for both beginners and advanced PC enthusiasts.

I bought this to play some video games and it does just that (plus every day tasks). Set up was easy for a person who hadn't used a desktop in ten years. I dig that the mouse it came with lights up. I do wish I would have been more attentive to the description bc I didn't realize it didn't have a VGA port on the back which was fine and I just used an hdmi for my monitor. Also I didn't realize how big the tower was because it JUST fits in my desk. I still really haven't played with the side panel since it's hidden from my view and not really worth it. It seems like I would have to buy an extra cable for it since the graphics card only has one hdmi port which is the cable provided for the panel to work. There was a piece of paper in the box that said my computer was RGB capable but I don't think it actually is.

The pc is very wasy to setup. The side panel is also quite easy to work with. Pumps out at least 144 fps in high end games like Apex with low-medium settings. Havent tried with high settings yet. Been using it for 2 months now and it works like a beast. I can have multiple games open at one time and not feel any difference. The only downside to this pc is that it's air cooled instead of liquid cooled which makes me be very cautious while running games like Apex. Still it keeps the temperature way below the line so it's fine I guess.

New to PC gaming and was given a lot of input by friends on what is a good purchase. The specs of this computer are amazing at the price point. It will be a good starter PC for anyone to start playing any of the modern games right out of the box. It also has a great LCD panel on the side. My only disappointments were that it only has one HDMI port on the backside which the LCD panel has to plug into. So I had to buy another display port to HDMI cable to use another monitor. Also the switch that is supposed to turn off the lights on the PC doesn't work. Other than those two minor things it has been great.

Missing Screws and SATA Power Cord too Short.

I understand that things may shift during shipment but when I opened the case up, the mobo was being held to the case by a single screw and I was shocked nothing was damaged. I searched the case for the other screws and found all but two. Luckily, I have left over screws from old builds. I also noticed that some of the screws that came with the case did not have very good threading and some simply did not catch into the socket so they never tighten. I ended up replacing those screws with the ones I have and they were able to screw in just fine. I have a SSD data drive from my old desktop that I wanted to hook up with this desktop. I have extra SATA cables and there are open spots on the mobo so that wasn't an issue but the SATA power cable only has three connectors and with how the drives are positioned in the case (hard drives on the bottom, SSD behind the mobo) it is impossible to connect more than two drives at a time. I had to move the hard drive over to the second hard drive spot so it was closer to the SSDs and even then I could not connect the three drives. I ended up buying a SATA power extension cable. In addition to that, the hard drive was also missing a screw and one of the screws had poor threading so it would never tighten. Just as with the mobo, I replaced the screws with my own so the hard drive would not shift. The power supply is not modular so (from what I can see at least) you can't add additional SATA power cables and you can't swap it out for one that is because it seems this power supply has a special socket for the side LED screen (which is pretty cool!). So, if you want to add additional drives, you'll need to buy a SATA power extension cable. I'm a bit concerned if you want to add more RAM because the fan on the heatsink is REALLY close to the RAM sticks but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. Aside from those issues, the desktop works perfectly fine. Plug and play. I suggest going onto youtube and searching for ibuypower's "Snowblind Product Walkthrough" because it has some really useful information (like the display needing to be flipped and you can use Wallpaper Engine and Rainmeter for the visuals).
