Great gaming Desktop

This is a great gaming computer and my son loves it. Also we this as a family computer for Microsoft Office, pictures, music, searching internet, etc. The packaging was protective enough. It did arrive in the actual packing box so it's a good thing we brought it inside right away as you can clearly see what it is on the box. We unboxed it and the setup instructions were very simple

Best Buy is great, Ibuypower customer service is top notch. If your looking for a god gaming PC, look no further

Terrible

Get home to open the box and come to find out that the entire accessory kit is missing along with the mouse. You figure for 1600$ everything would be in the box after nearly 4 weeks, like come on you guys can better than that.

Returned it for refund not paying 2k for a computer that blue screens on everything you do.
