When i got this pc the box was all destroyed. When i started the pc one of the fans wasnt working.The keyboard that comes w this is not good at all and the volume was broken too. Honestly i expected better. Im very disappointed.

Order this item online and opted for a in store pick, item arrived late from the delivery day. Upon opening and booted the computer, I noticed it had the wrong graphics card on it compared to what the description said. It had a 1660ti besides the 2060. Best Buy won’t honor and exchange it with the correct item. I just want the correct gpu which I paid for.

So i ordered a brand new pc and instead get what I order for, I got something completely different than what I pay for. the foam inside the case was missing, GPU are GTX 1660TI instead RTX 2060 like the advertise on the website. Window 10 product key is no where to be found (seem like it been already been registered by previous owner?). The box seem to be little bit damage on the right bottom corner and look very old.

Garbage computer crappy customer service. Do not buy. Black vertical lines on every game.

Overall, I literally have no complaints about this PC. From the minute you plug it in it runs up to speed and never fails to impress. Came with a decent keyboard and mouse. Average 200fps on fortnite with no stutters. Don’t think, just buy!

I need a new computer badly, and my wife surprised with a new iBuyPower i7 Gaming Computer. I'm not using it gaming though. I have a recording studio and my old Mac Mini had run it's course as far as performance. The salesman at BestBuy recommend I get this PC because it met and exceeded the specs I need for FL Studio and all my plugins, and video editing software. Off top I notice the difference in speed. My only grip and I saw this in other reviews, was the keyboard is not all that great, but it's not a deal breaker for me. I can't wait to get back to making music......Signed: Happy Camper... I had the computer package sitting in the garage for 5 days and was not opened until the 25th of December as it was given as a gift. I did the setup myself and since it was prebuilt, it was quick and easy. My son needed an RTX GPU so he can play with the ray tracing and DLSS that are now demanded in the latest games including Minecraft and the 2060 that came in this package is right there at the bottom of the scale in the Turing architecture GPU listing but good enough based on the previous research we made on the benchmarkings available in some review sites. We road tested this computer right after setup and it was very impressive and it is already a week since we started using it and it is performing as expected. Though iBUYPOWER would install a motherboard available at the time of their build, I am glad to know that this one came with an ASUS TUF GAMING B460M-PLUS. All the fans are very quiet and the computer is really fast and tested already with various games including the flight simulator 2020. It is working as expected for as long as you have a matching gaming monitor that can handle the performance of the gaming computer. We are using it on a 1080p ASUS gaming monitor with a response time of 0.5 ms (GTG) and a rapid refresh rate of up to 165 Hz and with NVIDIA G-Sync to be compatible with the RTX 2060. What is there not to like is the cheap membrane keyboard. That one went back to the garage. The mouse was fine and so we are using that. We already purchased a much better gaming mechanical keyboard.

I love this PC!!!!!! I've connected my rift S to it and it works flawlessly! The best part, excellent parts for an even better price! My only concern is that i have no idea how to change the RGB settings as it had no driver installed for it. The mother board it came with is the ASUS TUF Gaming B460-Plus (WIFI) if any one can give me a hand on this it would be perfect!!!

This was my first pc ever and I just wanna say it was definitely worth the money. I've been able to play all my favorite games with high frames and good graphics. This pc is amazing!

I bought this through the BestBuy website for store pickup and it was ready for my to come get it later that day. I thought the pick up could have been better. There's an area that seems reserved for store pick-ups and when I stood there waiting the girl called someone from the regular checkout line over. So then I had to go to the back of the regular checkout line just to pick up something I already paid for. Better lines and marking for the lines would have been useful and less irritating. Now onto the computer. I am really happy with this purchase. My previous computer died after 10 years and finally upgrading after all that time I realized I was missing out on a lot. Everytime I use this I am surprised at how quick and easy everything is when I would fight with my old computer to get it to do anything. Whether I have it on ethernet or wifi it is quick and runs so smooth. Plus the colors are so pretty and look amazing at night. I'm not super techy and can't tell you all the details about what does what but for what I need it to do it runs flawlessly. I do think it was a little expensive but I hope it last me as long as my previous one, and if it does it'll make the purchase completely worth it.

Waited a month before I posted this. This computer is good for a starter pc, especially given the state of gpu shortages lately. With that said, the components themselves aren't top of the line as IBP needs to make profit. Be sure to check the inside as well to make sure you have the components as advertised. You'll definitely want to buy a good cooler, especially if you're pushing north of 70+ fps in games. Otherwise it'll get hot and fast. Games run really well though. I can easily play on high settings without trouble. Keyboard and mouse are cheap, so if you're looking to game a lot long-term, it's better to invest in quality peripherals.

This pc is absolutely great, glad the best buy customer service crew could help recommend this gaming pc to me. Great graphics for the games I play and it keeps up with them.

Intel i7(10th Gen) 10700F 16GB RAM(2x8gb sticks) GeForce RTX 2060 6GB graphics card 4GB SSD 1TB HDD Model #BB984V2 Very good beginner gaming PC setup. For the price, you get a pretty good value. Now, obviously you could get a comparable spec PC cheaper if you built it yourself, but you pay a higher price to have it prebuilt and with a warranty. This PC was purchased for my son, who primarily plays Fortnite, Roblox, and various other online games. He doesn’t get into the extremely system-intensive games, but this PC was spec’d by myself to be able to handle it in the future, should he wish to do so. Pro’s- -Aesthetically pleasing(the case is a nice, decently built one) -The lighting is very nice -Airflow seems to be very adequate(temps are staying within good ranges) -Wire management is pretty decent Con’s- -Fit and finish left a little to be desired(couple loose screws/connections, one of the back fan screws will not tighten all the way-so you get a little vibration from that until you solve the issue yourself, “tempered glass sticker should be easy-off type instead of ripping off and leaving residual material which has to be cleaned off(nitpicking... I know) -Keyboard and Mouse leave MUCH to be desired-I know they are just “included” items. So, not much to be expected, but the mouse was actually glitchy to the point of it malfunctioning and the keyboard keys are just kind of funky, as they kind of catch/hang up as you depress them.(I replaced both with some MSI branded items, as to sync up with the MSI branded motherboard) All-in-all, this is a very nice PC and worth the money spent. I would recommend it to anyone looking to either get into the gaming world or for a first-time purchase for a would-be gamer. I will add this... stay away CYBERPOWER!!! I purchased TWO towers from that company, only to have the same issue on both(faulty graphics cards) as well as the second one having other issues(defective case lighting). I know these two companies are EXTREMELY similar(iBUYPOWER and CYBERPOWER), but trust me... iBUYPOWER is the superior brand when it comes to their products.

The computer is great. Very fast and extremely easy to setup. I received it faster than expected. The only reason I'm not giving it a perfect score is because the keyboard and mouse aren't the same ones in the picture. They seem to be a lower quality, but still light up with multiple colors. I think Best Buy did a great job at offering a very powerful computer at a considerably low price. I shopped around and this same computer cost hundreds of dollars more on other sites. I definitely am very happy with this purchase
