When I received the computer, both SATA cables were unplugged from the motherboard. Had I not checked over it, this would not have booted to windows. The GPU rests on top of the SATA connectors, should probably look into using a different combination.

This is been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any store took forever to get the item and then when the item did show up it quit working and it's taking them forever to pay me back I would never ever buy another item at Best buy and word of mouth I will let friends and others know what kind of Dillons I had to deal with through Best buy and it wasn't very good

Worked great at first and now it won’t turn on. I’ve only had the PC for one week! It has power and all the lights are on, but it won’t actually turn on. I’ve tried 2 different monitors, different cables, and nothing. So glad I spent so much money on a PC that doesn’t even work. This is why I bought a new PC in the first place so I wouldn’t have to deal with this!

Wow I don't think they could have put in a cheaper motherboard or PSU. Looks like everyone else who was getting these recieved way better ones. Not sure why they skimped out on mine

I have purchased an iBUYPOWER intel i7 10th gen desktop and have owned it for a couple of months now-- feels like a year. So far I have no problems no complaints with the pc. I was always a laptop user and transitioning to a desktop took a lot of research and word of mouth from friends and desktop owners. The research is well worth it and I'm glad I could turn to a brand like iBUYPOWER-- I'm really happy with the results. I play games from triple-A titles to indie games and they all run fine. I've made edits for video and make a lot of digital art, which is usually heavy on computers, but this one handles everything well. I don't know how many people care about this but the desktop is super quiet, it turns on sounding like a breeze in the air and after that brief moment, there's practically no sound. The best way you are going to tell if the pc is on is by the multi-colored led lights. iBUYPOWER is my first desktop and I love how great of a buy it was, definitely a good brand to buy in if switching, gamers, artists, or a person just needing a fast and powerful computer. Also, you can see all of the components through the glass of the desktop pc and it comes with a keyboard and mouse with led lights-- sleek design by the way.

First time PC user and this thing blew my expectations out of the water! Siege and GTA Max settings, high FPS, amazing refresh rates. From a Series X, felt like upgrading from a 360. Just insane how beautiful this machine is an insane how it performs. Can’t go back to console. GTA alone makes a massive difference.

Easy to set up, swapped the ram and got right to it! Incredible that it was available especially in this market. Wish it had more info about RAM, Power Supply, and GPU but this was a great buy!

Excellent, capable PC. The setup process was easy thanks to the instruction sheet provided by iBuyPower. I had it up and running in less than 20 minutes. I experienced a minor inconvenience due to the wrong unit being shipped. Overall it only took 1 month to get, and the product is absolutely worth the price.

First of all, I am impressed with how fast they were able to get my PC assembled and shipped out! , When I first made my order for my computer I was told by their site It would take up to 5-6 weeks before It would get shipped out.. It took 2 weeks to get it!!! so far it has been running beautifully, I ended up customizing It on what I wanted and they finessed It so perfectly, the set up and wiring of the case is spot on, Overall so clean and amazing! I highly recommend Ibuypower.. If you're planning on getting a really nice gaming computer these guys are the way to go!! You won't be disappointed.
