      unit overheats, sleep mode doesnt work, the image of the keyboard is not what is provided... bestbuy said contact ibuypower, i did, but they then told me to contact best buy.

      This computer replaced a non repairable earlier model of an Ibuypower computer. Last computer they forgot to put the thermo paste on the processor and this new on now has a problem where the Adata SSD overheats to around 150 and the entire computer slows down. Fortunately I did purchase the extended warranty and will see what happens. Next time it won't be an IBUYPOWER computer that's for sure!

      Not a bad desktop but the Wifi network card was absolute garbage and couldn’t get me anything above 15-20mbps when I was pulling 300mbps on my phone located in the exact same room. The mouse that it comes with is garbage after about 1 day it started squeaking on me when I pressed the mouse buttons. Ended up with a Cyberpower PC with more capabilities and a slightly cheaper price...
