This seems a good machine but fans are Very Noisy. I wish it was designed a bit different.

Literally lasted a month before completely dying and now they are giving us the runaround about a return! Best Buy said to contact them and after waiting on the phone just to talk to someone from their company they say to contact Best Buy so which is it?!?! Do not buy from ibuypower if you have any issues they will keep your computer hostage we will be lucky to have it back by the end of December in the meantime paying for a computer we don’t have!! Really just looking for a refund at this point instead of dealing with this nonsense!

Worked like a dream, but after 2 years, the CPU became too hot (99 degrees C when it should be 40-60). Two years is far too short a time to have to replace a computer, so I will not be buying iBuyPower again.

This computer hasn’t worked properly since I purchased it a year and a half ago. When you spend this kind of money on a computer, it should run well. It takes almost an hour to startup properly. An hour! And then all it does is freeze while playin games.

worse pc you could ever buy, i had this for over a year & for the whole year & half ive had problems non stop, exactly why id never buy a pre built, building your own is expensive but worth it 100%

I got this pc to play war zone but every time I play the pc over heats. I put the settings on low and FPS on 60 but it still over heats. If you are think about getting a pc. Plz just build this pc is not worth it

The PC died after only 6 months of use. Won't boot, won't run. Worst purchase ever.

I ordered the Intel i7-10700K-16GB Memory- NVIDA RTX 2070 8GB- 1TB HDD + 480 GB SSD and it is really worth it. It runs every game easily and is worth the price. I'm really glad I purchased this.

Chose this for my first gaming PC. I am more than happy with the choice I made. For the price you can't find much better unless you catch a great sale (which there is one right now that doubles the SSD and has 2080 Super GPU). But this more than does the job for me. I have been streaming on twitch using OBS and haven't had a single problem so far. PC runs very smooth and fast. Would absolutely purchase another iBUYPOWER product in the future and recommend this to anyone looking for a pre built PC.

With a 10th generation Intel CPU, it is a beast and can handle any task you can throw at this beast. Also with a Nvidia RTX 2070, you can run any video game with at least 150+ fps on high settings. 16GB of ram is the normal amount to tackle any task.

This is my first gaming rig ever. I have owned many different pc's over time and I find the the best one I have ever had. It runs quiet fast and plays the few games that I enjoy. It will also be my computer for school which will help me the most. The staff was great on when it would be delivered on time. It was of course.

This is my first PC I've ever bought, and it's honestly, awesome! The RGB lights are really fun to both look and play around with. I didn't buy the one that comes with an RGB remote, but I just use the Mystic Light application to change the colors and patterns around, and boy there are a TON to choose from. It's a pretty quiet machine, even when gaming, and that's also a huge plus for me. The keyboard and mouse that come with it, however, are pretty cheap quality and just bad; I hate every minute of typing on that awful keyboard, but this isn't really a new phenomenon and I wasn't expecting it to come with a good quality keyboard and mouse, so that's not really a big deal at all. Especially, since I had already ordered a new mechanical keyboard and mouse to my liking and comfort, so I didn't have to really use it for long. All in all, this PC was worth all the money, and I'm incredibly happy with it.

I needed a new desk top to handle multiple design software. I am not computer savvy and the BesyBuy staff were great in helping me to select this computer. It was easy to setup out of the box and ready to go! The speed is great and I am very impressed so far!

This gaming desktop is so fast and convenient for gaming. It came in so fast as well! I am having an amazing experience it and I think this is the best one I have had in a very long time. The graphics are great and the download is super fast and not difficult

I ordered from bestbuy.com on Monday, arrived on Wednesday. Great value for an i7-10700K, 500GB+1TB, 16GB RAM, RTX 3070. It would have cost me several hundred dollars more to buy the components and assemble them incorrectly myself. Very pleased!

Amazing computer for the price. Comes with a mouse and keyboard. Delivered in three days even with Covid. Unboxing and setup was smooth and easy, great gaming and work pc. Would definetly buy from them again.

This is my first gaming PC that I bought. It looks beautiful especially with the see through glass and RGB color fans. It also have a cool liquid cooling and the PC is fast and quiet.

Just purchased this beast, and must say it is really nice. Everything worked right out the box no problems, and installing my old SSD and HHD on top of the ones included left no issues. There are two things I should mention. First off, the keyboard in the picture is not the keyboard you get in the box. The one I got while decent, looks far cheaper than the one in the image. I also feel that while the price is good and the performance excellent, the computer should have come with 32GB of RAM, considering with shipping and handling the price will be just over $1,500.
