I purchased this pc nearly a month ago and I must say I have been very impressed with the overall quality of the build. No issues whatsoever and the packaging is perfectly done to ensure there is no damage. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a solid gaming pc. The only downside is that the keyboard that comes with the PC, unfortunately, is not the keyboard in the picture advertising the PC.

This system was good for a while, then after just around a year and a half it started making a buzzing noise. I did some research and found out that it is the liquid cooling system is clogged. If you search it, you will find out that this is a very common problem with iBUYPOWER. Called them and they said that only labor is covered under the warranty, that I would be better off just going buying my own cooling system and installing it myself. I would just expect out of a quality company that if you know you have known problems with your hardware, that you would make them right.

I bought this pc as an upgrade from my older one I purchased several years ago and it is amazing. This is the best Pc I have owned to date, would highly recommend to anyone.

This PC is fantastic for anybody starting to get into the PC universe! From the Solid GPU to the elegant RGB lighting this system is a great upgrade!

Just finished setting it up and everything loaded fast. Setup was done in minutes. Very nice case and fast system.

Powerful PC. Running PRO Presenter with no issues to Multiple DVI monitors. HDMI/SDI inputs (added card) for cameras to run OBS for Live streaming. So far has exceeded expectations.

Just bought my husband his gaming computer and he loves it! Looks amazing and overall just great for gaming and what he loves! Plus it came in 2 days earlier than expected!

I got this pc like a week ago and it has fans and liquid cooling but I just want to know why my pc is 30 degrees Celsius plus while idle and when playing games like csgo max settings which isn't a very demanding game my gpu temp goes up to 70 to mid 75 degrees Celsius

This actually looks like an amazing desktop, and it is! From the review I've read this is an amazing desktop for people who don't want to build it on their own, but the amount of stories I've heard of pre-builts being defective made me sway away from trying to purchase one. But in fact I put faith in Ibuypower to ship a product that wasn't defective, but here we are. When I opened the box to the product and removed the protective foam (I didn't expect the foam to actually be there, so props to that.) I saw that the screws holding down the motherboard weren't even there and that it was quite wobbly and when I looked at the back the ports weren't even aligned with the io shield, and it seemed like scraps of the io shield were inside the few ports that were aligned. Currently I'm in the process of ordering another of this product and I'll see if it actually isn't defective, but seriously how did they forget to screw the motherboard into the case, I'm high disappointed and I have to wait an extra 2 weeks to get the desktop because of this stupid issue. Ibuypower has an immense quality control issue and from what I've heard from my friends and people online I shouldn't have purchased one in the first place because of this absurd quality control. They didn't even give me express shipping at the counter although it should've been offered. The value of this computer is already quite overpriced as the Ampere RTX 30 series is coming out in a few weeks making the rtx 2070 in this system a mid tier graphics card although it's the same price as the over performing 3070. Even if I do purchase a 30 series line of graphics card upgrading to it would be hard because the psu included in this system doesn't come with another 8 pin connected required for the 30 series gpus. This is the last time I've ever purchasing from Ibuypower or purchasing any computer companies that sell pre-built desktops.

The basic computer is great and very fast, but the keyboard is terrible. The multiple color LED backlight combinations are incredibly distracting. You can choose from several pulsating color programs, but the only solid backlight color is dark blue which makes it hard to see the symbols on the black keys. The functions to increase or decrease intensity do not work, as well as the off function. Additionally I can not wake the computer using the keyboard (or mouse) even thought I have Win 10 set up for it. I asked if I could trade in the keyboard for another one and was told the only option was to return the whole computer. Unless you really like this type of keyboard, you will need to buy another one.

Great computer as of having it for a month so far. Games run great on it even on highest settings. Only thing is the ssd is quite small but still a good PC

Son loves it. Maxes out FPS on teenage popular games like Fortnite. Boots almost instantly and multitasks extremely well. Liquid cooling is a bonus.

Received item on time. First experience with SSD. Awesome! I am an experienced PC user (I used to build my own) so my ratings are skewed in that direction.

From it arriving 2 days early, to the packaging, to setting it up and using it this is by far one of the best purchases I have ever made
