Product was delivered to me and had cracked side glass panel and 1 fan didn't work. The company was hard to deal with having very long holds on phone. many steps to get problems resolved. Still in process.

Item arrived September 3rd, followed all the instructions and booted the system up. It would not connect to wifi, therefore it could not update windows or validate my windows product key. It was early enough in the day that I called customer service, I was 4th in the call queue which took 1.5 hours before speaking to someone. Told him my wifi said it was connected but not working, he instructed me to use a USB and another computer to download drivers, delete the current ones, and reinstall. That failed. He stated that is all he can do over the phone and that he would send me a new network card that I would install myself. Before hanging up he said I could take plug the network card out and back in to see if it fixes it. Keep in mind I am quite a technical person, so I did that. Booted it up only for it to keep kicking me into the BIOS and every time I tried exiting it would kick me back in. Would not load windows. Finally I figured out in the bios that my storage device (aka my SSD) sata connection was not detecting. Opened the back up pushed some connectors in and turned it on and worked, but my network card was still not working. At this point I did not know what the issue truly was, so I returned it. That is not to say this PC SPEC WISE is bad, because it is really good for the price, that is why I went with it. But the build quality or whatever it was that I experienced was bad. You can't beat that price point for a i9 10900K and 8GB of VRAM. Not taking into account the new RTX 3000 series graphics of course. Which on a system like this you can just buy and upgrade and you'd be pretty much good. That and maybe a m.2 ssd but that is pretty cheap. I will give this company one more try re-purchasing it, I haven't owned a PC in years, but I wanted one for gaming and flighsim2020. So hopefully it will not disappoint this time around, will update the review once the second one arrives.

It’s a lot of money for just 1 TB of hard drive and it don’t run as fast as it should in my opinion

Missing screws and cables from the tower. 5ghz wifi will not hold and always drops the connection and goes to 2ghz wifi. Is was totally hosed and needed to be reinstalled. This is a total Friday afternoon when it was out together and was sloppily assembled and no one QCd it at all.

My computer was defective and had issues since the beginning. Random shut offs, wouldn't shut down, the lights went out, stuck in bios, wd ssd wasn't recognized when putting a new m.2 ssd in another slot. I'm giving it a two star because bestbuy support was helpful and hopefully the new computer they send me as a replacement will have no issues.

I have owned this computer for over 4 years and let me tell you it was worth every penny. Although the GPU is a little outdated as of 2024, it still works great and is very good value for its price. The Intel CPU is very powerful and works well with the 2070 Super. These two parts coupled with 16 GB of ram can assure you that you can run pretty much any game you want and get good FPS. Overall, I would recommend this computer as it has very good value for its price and will last you a long time. My only issue with this computer is that it can get very hot and heat up your room if you are using it in an enclosed space.

Not really into computers, dont know why I bought it

I ordered them to shipped to my house. Box show core-i9 but Desktop show core-i7. I got so confuse so I went to store and ask sale rep. She recommend me to return and reorder them. I would give sale rep a 5 star but not for all I have been through about the deal. Now just have to wait for the new order and hope I got the correct one this time. Lucky I order them month and a half before my son birthday and he really want core-9

I have never had a pc before, and let me tell you, iBUYPOWER did not let me down. This is an insanely fast computer that runs fortnite at 240 fps and up to 600 in creative. For anyone looking for a really good pc that has a good price, this is what to get.

Don't buy this garbage unless you can afford to just get a new once it breaks because they will not fix shtt for you or like always you got to just like 20 hoops

I have owned this PC for a little over a week as of now, and it is amazing. Im not the most knowledgeable on PCs, but I wanted to future proof as much as possible which is why I knew I needed this CPU. Gameplay runs great it is miles ahead of the Xbox One I was playing on. Im not too sure about the fans, they seem a little bit loud, but this is my first high end PC so maybe its normal. GPU temp stays around 50-70 degrees which I assume is acceptable. The sale price was another bonus, after I bought the machine for its original price it went on sale. I called and they honored the price match and sent me back $100 the customer support was one of the best. I continue to comeback to the list of PCs just to see if there is a better deal that comes in. I have yet to see that and actually I have noticed worst specs for the same or a higher price.

Best PC I ever had . Lets be honest , one of the best specs for 2020 . Its 2024 and the PC almost runs every game , everything fast . It is amazing ! 00% recommended

This is my first PC I've ever bought, and it's honestly, awesome! The RGB lights are really fun to both look and play around with. I didn't buy the one that comes with an RGB remote, but I just use the Mystic Light application to change the colors and patterns around, and boy there are a TON to choose from. It's a pretty quiet machine, even when gaming, and that's also a huge plus for me. The keyboard and mouse that come with it, however, are pretty cheap quality and just bad; I hate every minute of typing on that awful keyboard, but this isn't really a new phenomenon and I wasn't expecting it to come with a good quality keyboard and mouse, so that's not really a big deal at all. Especially, since I had already ordered a new mechanical keyboard and mouse to my liking and comfort, so I didn't have to really use it for long. All in all, this PC was worth all the money, and I'm incredibly happy with it.

My first and it's really amazing for a beginner like myself

The PC has been great since I've bought it (2020) and only recently have I started having a small issue of getting hot. Which is seems a pretty easy fix. It's done great on all types of games from Shooters to RPGs most recently BG3 which looks amazing and runs smoothly in High Quality and Decent in Ultra Quality. The keyboard wasn't my style so I kept my Razer keyboard. So overall, it's a great PC as long as you are taaking decent care of it and well worth the money. The only problem other than overheating is being able to change the color of the lights, which I could've missed while going through the manual.
