The first one of these I got turned out to be defective - motherboard issue I believe. Best Buy did a return and exchange and I got the replacement unit in 2 days. Serves my needs well. I upgraded the ssd and memory and transferred most of the programs from my old computer using Ease US PC Transfer with great results. The parts quality is good and the performance is very good. For the money, you can't beat it.

I recently just bought this PC. It's cheaper than my previous pre-built PC with way better specs. Definitely worth the payment, and a very good pre-built. Would recommend.

This computer is the most powerful computer I've ever owned. Coming from a 3 yr old gaming laptop, this thing is night and day. The PC should last me for another 5 years easy if I keep up with the graphics card upgrades. Computer was well packaged and arrived without damage. It booted right up and and I was off to the races. Will definitely buy from IBP again in the future.

found this very good gaming PC at the lowest price I could find in last 2 weeks. PC looks great and well made . On receiving had some errors on bootup indicating some software licensing issues. Called the listed 800 number in the sticker , called 3 times and number was came up as busy . Gave up and googled and fix the issue by myself , since then working great (PC little bit noisyfor my comforty.) I called customer service for the some upgrade questions and I am on the call for 1 hr still in the que (glad line is answering this time) , hopefully they will answer my questions .

Computer is an absolute beauty. Running smooth on start up and exceeds my expectations on how it would be out of the box. Internals are all working and the pics of the pc i used when buying don't do it justice. The computer is packed very well when its shipped to make sure everything stays how it was when they put it together. Very impressed!

After anxiously and excitedly waiting a few days to receive my sonś pc, it was delivered! While happily working on the set up, we were very disappointed to find the computer was completely stuck on the Bios screen. We had to take it to Geek Squad after three tech support guys (two from Best Buy and one from iBuyPower) could not solve the issue over the phone. Turns out, according to the Geek Squad agent, the cable management was a nightmare as all the cables were unplugged and sloppily arranged. After two days of waiting for GS to properly fix it, my son finally had the pc of his dreams running smoothly. We couldn't have done it without the GS agent Christopherś help. He is a real jewel and Beavertonś GS is lucky to have him on their team. My son now loves his high quality gaming system. I can safely say it was worth the inconvenience and wait! For all of that, I give 3 stars for the inconvenience of the computer arriving in a messy cable and disgruntled fashion, but I give 5 stars for the quality and beauty of the machine and Best Buyś Geek Squad agnet Christopher. I would definitely recommend iBuyPower gaming PCś from Best Buy and purchasing the protection plan from Geek Squad.

Bought this for my son, as his first gaming PC. After purchasing, we were assured that we had chosen one of the best available. Happy son bc he loves gaming system...Happy mom bc of the price! Totally recommend!

To get an i9 and 2070 Super for under 2k is amazing.

So far so good! Easy to get running, well packaged and fast shipping. Good bang for the buck. GPU was Gigabyte and not MSI as I initially thought, but it's a very good 3-fan GPU nonetheless. One could argue some Gigabyte models are even better.

Great Pc this pc was a great value at the time when gpu prices went up but unfortunately after using this pc for 2 years aio cooler decided to fail on me so I’ll be getting a new one but still recommend this pc to somebody who can find this for 1,200 dollars

This PC has worked perfect for the last 2 years for our son who is an avid gamer. For his 15th birthday this year we are going to upgrade to a new version but this PC is still great and we will keep it as well!

a real review I promise you lol so far its a pretty good pc from what I can tell since this is my first pc I wouldn't say im an expert lol but from all the research ive done it seems to be pretty solid for the money. easy to set up even for a first timer but then again ive done a lot of research.

This was my first ever gaming pc and it works amazing! It only took a few days to ship from BestBuy which was pretty fast. I don't know much about pcs but it gets the job done for any task I throw at it whether it's gaming or heavy multitasking. All in all it's a solid pre-build.

I like ibuypower products and I was going to build my own PC as I've had an ibuypower pre build before but the price for building with these same parts was more expensive than the pre build itself! Good competitive prices and I've never had an issue with a product from this brand before.

Upgraded for new flight simulator. Getting the I9 processor was a definite boost. Great value for the price.
