Let's get the bad stuff out of the way....iBuypower has the poorest Customer Service of any company I have ever had to deal with and at my age, that's saying a lot. They don't answer the phone. Recorded messages go on for hours and no one answers. It takes several days to get an email response, and when you finally get one the information is useless. I tried to contact them with one simple question about the 3 fans not working in the front of the computer. I get the feeling the company is a couple of California guys working out of somebody's garage with a answering machine and a sharp looking web page. The PC works fine. It's lightning fast and will run the new Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 beautifully. And that's saying something! The price point is good for the hardware you get. It just seems that they have no quality control and don't pay attention to details.

I really like the colors and the overall way it looks. The computer runs very smooth and it is very fast. Very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it to others!

This a great prebuilt for gaming compared for the value. The only reason I gave it a 4 star because I had a defective GPU; however, the manufacture replaced it with new one within a week. Great product overall, very happy with the customer service. Also, purchased 3 year warranty for a peace of mind.

This is my first PC in years, and it is outstanding! Fast and quiet, I’ve contacted support a couple of times for general questions and they responded quickly.

Second time's a charm.. First computer came and went, 100% disk usage bug, then forced into MSI BIOS. Returned and ordered a new one which has worked perfectly since start up. Great performance on any game at ultra settings. Would recommend, just hope you get better luck than me.

Really good pc being a prebuilt. Runs amazing, did upgrade ram and power source to 32gb and 1000w. Comes with 16gb and 650watt

One of the best computers I ever owned!! Super fast, great for video edit and graphic design and looks cool too!

Pros: Excellent processor, graphics card, memory Cons: SATA SSD, weak wifi card So far it is performing up to par besides the weak wifi card, which I use a netgear USB wifi stick instead now. For the deal I got on it, it is worth the money.

Used this PC for about 2.5 months now with no issues. Runs most games I play at 60 to 90 FPS on ultra high at 3440x1440.

It looks super clean and works very well. Mine came with the following hardware. iBP case iBP aRGB fans iBP AIO CPU water cooler MSI Z490-A Pro Motherboard Intel i9-10900K CPU (10th Generation) Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super GPU WD Green 2.5" 1TB SSD ZADAK 16 GB Ram @ 3000Mhz Not sure which brand PSU but it's 650W Also came with Keyboard and mouse but they're not that great and I would recommend upgrading. The PC runs great, plays any game you throw at it no problem.

this would be my second ibuypower pc, this is an upgrade for me 100% recommended.
