Purchased PC on 12/19/2025, just open PC does not power on, Took back to Best BUY they provide Zero support! spent 1K plus taxes to find out now im on my own to fix this junk!

Bought the first one and BSOD after 24 hours.. had it replaced and the second did the same after a week. I dont know whats going on but i definitely wasnt anything i installed or did. I say poor computer.

This hunk of junk isn't worth the price. Serious lag on the simplest of games like Roblox. Do not buy this piece of it for any reason.

This computer does exactly what I need it to do. When we first set it up we had to tigten some of the internal plugs but thats pretty normal with transportation.

Paid $1200 for this. Chrome will not open. Only game that works is Roblox. Best Buy support said the problem with Chrome not working is with Chrome and Valorant not working is also bcz the game? Happy to update this review if I can get more than 1 game to play.
