It was not packaged properly and the ram was loose and allowed to fall around inside the computer. The keyboard has a key broken off from the keyboard itself. I plan on replacing the keyboard anyway for a windows keyboard or i would have called to find out what to do about replacing it. The computer itself has been fine as well as the mouse but the packaging and shipping was poorly executed and all could have been worse during shipping. Im assuming it was purchased and sent back or opened at store and taped back up.

The PC has been working for the games well. Would have given it 4-stars, but the keyboard and mouse are cheap, flimsy and worthless, so plan to buy new ones not long after.

It is terrible, I had to contact Bestbuy as well as the company that manufacturers it and they couldn't fix it. The light source worked for a nanosecond and then it wouldn't come on again. Geeksquad couldn't do anything for me as well.

Got a new pc to actually play games on, this only seems to only want to boot up in a resolution of 1024x768 and restarts when I try to use it to play games when it does boot up in 1920x1280

Got this PC home after waiting a week for it to arrive and returned it the next day. I could not get this PC to download any updates or anything successfully. Tried downloading updated drivers for the video card and a Game lancher that was just 4.7MB's and all it would ever do is say "Cannot Download - Network Issue". I know this was not due to the network because all the other PC's in the house had no issues downloading anything. Spent 4 hours trying to get it to work right with no luck so i took it back to the store the next day for a refund. Very Very Very disappointed with the quality of this machine.

Awesome pc still gaming and playing on it after couple years no complaints

I got this PC as my first ever and I have been using it primarily for gaming (Destiny 2). It runs well throughout my playing time even as I go into the 7th, 8th, and 9th consecutive hour of gaming. It does everything I want it to for the time being, however, I would have liked another 8GB of RAM, but I assume that as prices for everything begin to lower that you can get a PC of similar price with that extra RAM.

This was a Birthday gift for my son, he's playing FFXIV a video game and I hear this is the best running game for it I just might get one for me . This runs perfectly on Steam games, Microsoft games like Halo. There is no lag, oh and it is huge.

honestly a really good pc, so far no problems with it and it runs pretty good too. only thing I would say is to add another 8gb of ram to make it faster. other than that its good quality for the price

Bought for my son who loves gaming. PC is fast and has a lot of space allowing him to play all of his games with ease. Also love the customization options of the lights in the tower.

Have had this for about a week and so far have had no issues playing any game I have installed in my opinion excellent value for its price
