Asrock RGB Polychrome broke day 1. No solution from iBuyPower. Great looking case, but can't enjoy to full potential because of buggy software.

I originally bought the $1,100 model of this pc. I had a power issue where the entire unit would shut down, no warning, when playing anything about the graphical quality of LoL. I tried to play CoD Black ops Cold war on that one. It kept cutting power and crashing (aside from the game itself crashing of its own problems). SO I returned that model and got this one. I just tried to play rainbow six siege the other day, and cyberpunk last night (12/09/20) and the same issue occurs. All my drivers and windows are up to date and there is no reason this should be doing this. I paid (all together) $2,500 to no avail. I am deeply angered and frustrated by this issue and have not found any answers other than possibly a PSU issue. Honestly I would not buy another iBUYPOWER product in my lifetime due to the issue that is common in their items. I am going to return it next chance I get and possibly build my own at this point. Very disappointed in what I paid for. Otherwise everything else was fine, for anything not graphically intensive (not that it should be with this set up.)

Can’t figure out how to turn on lighting effects even with software, the processor in this desktop is i5 not i7.

Black Screens for 10 to 15 minutes on some startups. Locks up often. Started turning itself off and back on several times. Finally just quit! Beautiful design!

This computer did not work at all, had to order different computer. We ordered HP Omen we were told it was better. This was a Christmas present for grandson and the first day he got to use was in January 7th

great pc still work great 4 years later i play call of duty mw3 and the new diablo on it as well as my kids play tons of games on it and it handles well

I was in the market to get a PC because I've been on console forever and I really wanted to make the switch. This is one of the best PC's you can get for under that $1,500. It runs every game I've played Valorant, CSGO, COD, Halo, Rainbow Six: Siege on Ultra/Max settings and still getting a high framerate 150-200 steady FPS runs fast, and works amazing! If you are new to PC and don't know much/don't know how to build I recommend this prebuilt you cant beat the price and you get a very nice Graphics card and the hardware is quite nice for a prebuilt. As far as quality goes nothing feels cheap. The only downside I see to this PC is that the mouse and keyboard that come with it are not the greatest. Other than that this PC is amazing GREAT BUY!

This thing is a beast! I was going to buy the BB990ti because it was on special for Black Friday, but they were out. I looked over the specs and for a few 100 bucks more I was able to get this! Processing power is amazing, the GPU is fast and the overall system is quick and powerful! I've had no problem with COD Warzone or any of the other games i play. I switched over from XBOX to this and couldn't be happier! It's much less expensive then other machines out there and has better harware!

Durrng COVID-19, it has been very hard to find computer parts for a decent deal. This was the best deal for the hardware that I am getting and I plan to stick with it for several years. What sold this computer to me was that it comes with an MSI RTX2070 Super, a 10th GEN I7, and comes with a 480GB NVME ME SSD so it is super fast. It is a great deal even if COVID-19 wasn't an issue, and I highly recommend it for any Gamers.

I wanted to build my own pc with the RTX 3080, so I researched a lot of parts, but got impatient. Got a good surprise when I opened this pc box. I don't know if all parts are common for the buy: but, mine came with a MSI RTX 2070 super and an ASUS TUF gaming B460M-Plus motherboard. The RAM, in my case, is XPG (I don't know the specs yet.) 4 3.0 USBs with 4 2.0 USBs. I haven't taken it apart for the NVME SSD, but the HDD is a Seagate Barracuda 1TB. Also, not sure about the PSU, but I believe it is a 700W, which should bring me within power range for a RTX 3080. The i7 10700F is air cooled (and big). A little loud at times, but I enjoy the white noise. I did a test run with Steamlabs OBS, Internet Explorer, Steam launcher, Epic launcher, Discord, task manager and Destiny 2 running full screen. Ran less than half CPU, about 75% GPU (haven't messed with settings yet), and 8 out of 16 RAM (50%).

Recently purchased my second iBUYPOWER computer and I gotta say they are awesome. You won't find better pre-built computers and customer service. Haven't had any issues with my newest machine but I do remember on my old machine I had some trouble with the power supply and harddrives and they took care of me no questions asked. Would highly recommend getting a iBUYPOWER computer.
