Lets start off by saying for the price you pay, this is an absolute monster of a rig. However, there are somethings that can be upgraded. Most of the cooling system is ehhhh. The CPU cooler is definitely the one that needs to be upgraded the most. For such a strong computer, you need to upgraded to a larger fan or a liquid cooler. But other than that, this computer is amazing.

At first I really wanted to built my own Pc, customizing it to my wants and needs however, didn't have the time or energy. I looked into it and decided this pre built would be perfect. when I got it, it was everything I wanted and more. It runs like a dream, has all the specs I wanted, and obviously looks stunning with the RBG. HIGHLY recommend!

My parents were able to pick this PC up in-store the day it was ordered and it was completely safe ! It is a very pretty PC visually and has so far downloaded and has run my programs at very fast speeds. I have never been able to play Valorant at high qualities before but now I can! (I was in the shooting range and had over 500 fps!)

Great product! Absolutely fantastic build design. Computer ran great on startup. I decided to replace power supply so that I could upgrade the graphics card in the future (not that it really needs that but I just am a power junky). Overall really happy. All of my games playing smooth.

This pc is killing it, super fast , i7 intel great graphics , nice keyboard, great mouse..i got it 3 days before thanks giving, and so far its working 100/100 my sister husband is so jealous. THANKS best buy for the great service and availability during those days! in Madison Heights MI.

This is an amazing And amazing product and I truly am enjoying this very fast computer, it’s very powerful and very easy to set up I love the lighting and the cable management I know this will last me a lifetime

Runs everything very well, but the cpu can get a little hot, so if you can get a better cpu cooler, that'd be best. Other than that, I run almost every game around 200fps, with no frame drops.

My first brand new PC and I love it. Had no complaints setting it up, really fast, quiet.. The case has a lot of room as well and everything looks to be easily replaced if I were to need to.

Love it! Purchased for editing photos and it works so quickly! No lagging at all. The keyboard and mouse are entertaining with the lights, I would think perfect for someone gaming.

Graphics card and Processor are great, all other parts are lower grade/quality. Bluetooth is horrible! Unable to use wireless devices or even devices with a dongle. They will connect but must be within 1-2 inches of the PC to work, which isn't functional for a speaker, keyboard or mouse.

This has been by far one of the best computers that I have bought. The setup was easy and the computer is very fast. This was well worth the purchase.

Very great pc, had it for a couple months and it runs smooth. RGB is very good with many features. Would recommend this to someone buying a pc.

The computer works great. I love it and have never had such a great computer. The reason for the 4 stars is, I shouldn't have to troubleshoot my computer out of the box. I had to reseat the RAM & GPU just to get my monitors to turn on. Best buy actually had it in stock which was cool.

Had this PC for about less than a week now and it is absolutely it is incredible. it can play games on ultra with never seeing game dip below 75 fps (Mostly because I play COD Warzone and it is a very demanding) COD plays on med to ultra mix at 130 fps. Valorant plays on all high at 250 fps. Minecraft plays at all ultra settings and gets 300 fps. Madden 19 plays at an ultra setting and gets 195 fps However, the fans sound very loud. this is a very good PC. Incredible packaging and easy setup. Thank you IBUYPOWER

This PC is worth every penny. I run Cold War at Max settings and pull 180 FPS. Has an amazing graphics card and runs at around 50°

First off, the packaging was great and nothing was scratched or damaged. I was very surprised to see that everything was already installed so it was just a plug and play experience. Mine came with an MSI video card that had RGB on it (nice addition), dual-channel RAM, and a GIGABYTE motherboard. So far no cons and this thing can run almost 500fps on Valorant, still yet to try other games. Definitely would recommend this PC for anyone entering PC gaming or just wants a great prebuilt for the money.

this is my second ibuypower pc. seems to work great with easy installation. rgb is nice. very smooth, no issues with games.
