Bought my iBuyPower PC from best buy, and let me tell you, it is the single greatest investment i have EVER made for personal pleasure! Everything about this PC so far is amazing!!!! From Age of Empires II to CoD: MW and CoD: Cold War it runs it all flawlessly while I download other games/updates, have discord running, and Spotify all at the same time and it still performs flawlessly!!! IDK how the temps have been doing because during the summer my Comp Tower sits in front of the AC ALL DAY EVERYDAY, and in the winter it sits by my extremely poorly insulated window which keeps it basically outside temp lol! it is incredibly quiet no matter what i do on it! The RGB LIGHTING is beautiful, and the case itself is as well! I got the 2070 Super desktop so do what you will with that info. to me its more than enough to run anything i need it to! Only Con i can list about it, is it isn't water cooled but from what i read its a pretty easy addition if you're having trouble keeping your pc cool! All in all i absolutely recommend this PC.

    First Gaming PC

I bought my iBuyPower at Bestbuy in early October 2020. My configuration is equipped with an Intel i7 9700f 9th Gen, RTX2070 Super 8GB (Manufactured by GIGABYTE), 16GB RAM, as well as a 1000GB HDD and a 500GB SSD which is awesome. It also came with a pair of RP-SMA Antennas which is also always nice. So I've had the computer for almost 2 months now and have almost exclusively used it for gaming. If your wondering about a personal benchmark based off of MY experience, I play a lot of the Fallout IPs and can run Fallout 4 with 4k texture mods at 60fps all day with my CPU and GPU temps well within reason (around 65 degrees F monitored with Afterburner). I had to disable shadows though in the ini files because shadows specifically was causing screen tearing but other than that it was good to go. Anyway the computer also came with an iBuyPower branded Mouse and Keyboard. I watched some reviews on YouTube and many people were saying that the provided Mouse/Keyboard felt "cheap", which they do however, I have had zero issues with the keyboard. I cant speak on the mouse as I have been using an old Logitech mouse I had but I'm sure it works just the same. I hate wires and both the provided keyboard and mic are cable driven. The ONLY 2 issues I've had is 2 of the RGB fan lights are out. I've read many reviews about this and I'm sure the connectors just came loose (the 4 Prong connectors I believe) in transit as this is known to happen, I just haven't gotten around to taking a look. The second issue is early on the computer was making a noise that sounds suspiciously like coil whine but it seems to have subsided over time. As far as iBuyPower's customer service goes, not sure because I have not at the time of this review had to call them yet, fingers crossed. If you need to know, I believe Linus Tech has a video on YouTube reviewing pre built gaming Pc's brands. All in all this is my first "Gaming" rig and so far I am more than happy with my purchase.

Extremely happy with this purchase. I went from a custom built pc to upgrading to a better pc, but did not want to build a new one, plus this was a GREAT price for the specs. The RGB is beautiful and the PC is running so smooth. Can't wait to game on this bad boy!

I am really loving this pc. It starts up super fast and runs really smooth. We play world of warcraft on this and it runs really smooth. The graphics are great and it can be played on ultra settings with lag problems at all. This pc cost more than what we were really wanting to spend, but for what we got it is really worth the extra money.

I purchased this PC a few days ago. I've used it a fair bit and am quite familiar with it now. Overall, it's a solid PC and I'm quite happy with my purchase. I'll go into more details in a bit, but if you don't want to read a ton of specifics here are the highlights: it runs great, quick and easy set up, has wifi built in, the stock cpu cooler was not great so I replaced it, I also had to tweak the graphics card fan settings as it was running a bit too hot for my liking. I'm very satisfied with it now. Now for more details. I dont know if they put the same motherboard in every unit but mine came with a MSI 460M Pro-VDH WiFi board. The board has built in wifi and connections to attach attenas (included with the pc) on the back. Ive gotten great wifi reception with it despite the pc being on a different floor above the router. There are 4 slots to put in RAM on the board, it comes with two sticks of 8 GB DDR4 3000 Mhz RAM. The 4 case fans (3 intake on the front, exhaust on the back) are RGB and the lights can be controlled with software (Dragon Center and MysticLight for MSI boards) but I have not downloaded those programs. The included mouse and keyboard aren't great quality but if you're spending this type of money on a pc you probably have your own anyway. Set up was quick and easy, not really any bloatware; just a clean windows install. I had to download GeForce Experience and nVidia control panel as they were not installed yet (I'd gladly download programs I want rather than have to remove dumb bloatware though, so I quite liked this). The SSD is SATA 6, but the computer still boots up incredibly fast and runs great. Cable management was what you'd expect from a mass production prebuilt. Everything was plugged in and nothing came unseated, so it booted up just fine for me. There is an expandable foam insert inside to try and stop things from crashing around, it's very easy to take out. I installed afterburner and monitored the system vitals for a few days and noticed it was running pretty hot. The graphics card fan settings were very low and the card got over 80 degrees C while the fans were still only at 30 or 40%. I tweaked the settings in afterburner and the temps stayed below 70 easily though. My biggest complaint is that the cpu fan is pretty weak. The cpu temp was spiking into the mid 90s during gaming, so I opted to replace it. The computer comes with (I believe) a Deep Cool Theta 31 fan, which seemed really sub par. I bought a Master Cooler Hyper 212 RGB black edition for $45. After installing that the cpu temp dropped by about 20 degrees (low to mid 60s, spiked at low 70s while gaming), and I'm much happier. Overall its a solid prebuilt and I think a great value. I took a star off due to the cpu fan, but I'd give it a 4.5/5 if I could. I would recommend it to anyone as long as they know they may want to swap out the cpu fan at some point.

I bought this computer when it was on sale for $1,199.99, and for that price it could not be beat. I have built a PC in the past but because the great price I couldn't pass it up. I can run most games on full graphics without a hiccup, I am just so happy with my purchase. Plus it was delivered within a few days and was super easy to set up! Definitely recommend!

Everything seems to be in working order after testing everything and running Mechwarrior 5 on maximum settings. This is truly a beautiful machine which will keep being able to run the best games for years to come. I congratulate IBUYPOWER for making such an impressive yet affordable product! This PC is great. Originally, I had planned on building my own. The reason I went with this prebuilt instead of building one myself is because I was not experienced at all with owning a PC let alone building one myself. I have had laptops my whole life, but I had never owned a PC. It was so great being able to get such a great PC that I could order, pickup, plug into a wall, and I am good to go. No self troubleshooting, no waiting on parts to arrive, and best of all no screwing up anything since I did not have to put it together. Yeah, you can get this exact PC for cheaper if you buy all of the parts separately and build it yourself, but this way you get a PC that is gaming ready and you get the wonderful advantage of a warranty and customer service/technical support. This PC runs super well with any game that I have played. I am even able to easily run CyberPunk 2077 with Ray Tracing turned on (granted it will usually stay between 48-56 fps out in the open world). This thing is so perfect for anyone who is too lazy to build their own PC or for someone who wants to jump into PC gaming without having to figure out what the heck they need to buy. I should mention that the only reason I did not give this PC 5 Stars is because the mouse and keyboard that come with it are pretty terrible. They work, but they feel so cheap and any keys that are bigger than your regular letter/number keys easily get stuck if you do not press them dead center. Luckily for me I already owned a Razer keyboard and Logitech mouse that I use on this PC. I ended up using the mouse and keyboard that came with this PC for my work laptop, which I have setup in a different area of my house. Pros: - Just plug into wall and you're pretty much good to go - RGB fans look amazing and are pretty customizable - Case is so cool looking - PC is ready to easily upgrade in case you want to add/change out parts Cons: - Keyboard and Mouse are super cheap, but they get the job done if you can't afford to buy a new mouse and keyboard currently - No CD drive (this is not a con for me, but could be for someone else)

Awesome computers. Working from home for the past few months I decided it was time to upgrade from a laptop to a desktop. Originally I was planning to build my own system but when researching parts I found an iBuyPower system that had everything I needed to get started. It had quality parts, MSI Motherboard & MSI Graphics card, and the cost was way lower than if I were to part it out myself with similar specs. So that made the decision easier and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I do intend to eventually upgrade the RAM to 32GB and will be replacing the generic Power Supply with something that can handle a RTX 3080 card in the future. Otherwise this system is exactly what I would have built myself so I saved a bunch of time going with this prebuilt.

Truly wonderful. I purchased an iBuyPower gaming PC with an i7 processor and a Nvidia Geforce RTX 2070 Super GPU. The other components are pretty standard, but, overall, well worth the price. I had been dreaming of building a PC for 3D software and gaming of course, but didn't have the time and tools to sit down and build it. With many hours of weighing options, I decided on this model. When it arrived, I had some issues with activating the Windows 10, but the prompt customer service solved my problems very efficiently. I highly recommend this to anyone who would like to purchase a high quality PC for the right price. P.S. I know someone is going to read this and think, "Hmmm... I bet he was payed to say that or something." NOPE. This was a genuine review. Every time I do research on a product, I am always skeptical of the reviews. Well I hope whoever is reading this finds what they need!

About 5 years ago, I bought a fairly high end ROG desktop from Best Buy, and right around Christmas is started to fail. I didn’t have a ton of extra money to go all out on another pre-built, and finding parts to build my own was basically impossible. I found a slightly higher version of this PC for about $500 more, but it was sold out and the better specs were negligible for what I wanted/needed. So, I decided to go with this one and I’m very happy with my decision. I haven’t pushed it to its theoretical limits yet, but so far I have experienced no FPS issues, no extremely punishing load times for certain games (make sure you install GTA V on the SSD though lol), and no horribly long boot or install times. If you’re looking for a decent gaming PC for your average gamer today, or even a high end PC for productivity based apps, this one is pretty great and definitely worth the price tag.

I was looking at a higher-end system which included a 3070. After long debate, I pulled the trigger but decided I didn’t need a $2,000 setup for the Sim Racing titles I play. I’ve been happily gaming at max settings with this puppy for about a month, while 3070 machines are still out of stock and will be through the holiday. While I’ll likely upgrade parts in the future, the 2070 Super is no slouch and can pretty easily play most non-extreme games at maximum settings with little issue. I would recommend for anyone maybe tempted by machines closer to $1,000 to pay a bit extra for this one, or likewise for similar folks to me who wanted the top-of-the-line but know I don’t need it for my purposes.

I was hoping to find a PC that could at the very least come close to matching a rig that I could build myself. This little beauty has truly surpassed my expectations. Watching 4k videos at 60pfs is just mind blowing. The true use of my rigs is to play games and this desktop is able to play everything I throw at it at high to ultra settings without missing a beat. It also happens to be one incredibly quiet machine and the added lighting effects and control are just the icing on the cake. I recommend this build to anyone looking for a moderately priced gaming pc that wants to get as much bang for the buck as possible.

Bought this pre-built PC since my previous PC broke. For the price of this PC you won't find a better product. The 2070 Super is a great GPU capable of playing any video game whether it be newer or older at high specs as long as you have the correct monitor. The GPU has programs for adjusting fan speeds and everything else if need be. Would highly recommend this PC to anyone looking for serious gaming without the time to build a nice PC as well as finding a pre-built for this cost.

I needed a powerful PC to run Flight Simulators at the highest graphics settings. This PC easily does that. Now I can see the games the way they were designed to be seen and played. I would recommend this PC to anyone. My only con is that the RGB lights were not working after plugging everything in. From what I've heard, connectors may have become disconnected. I haven't had time to further investigate because not having lights isn't a deal breaker for me
