I had this delivered to my house brand new, the pc was very good, especially for its price. But I had mixed feelings when it arrived because the box looked banged up and looked like it was opened because it was taped shut. So that there by itself got me wondering it was brand new to begin with that was a red flag for me. Then when I started it up it did not have the windows 10 home on it. Second red flag. I took it to Best Buy, they didn’t know what to exactly so they just gave me a new code for windows 10 home. But at the end of the day, I got the problem resolved and it’s working pretty good.

... and it has not disappointed! I haven't owned a desktop in some time so have been quite impressed with this machine over the past few days I've had it. I just wish I had picked it up earlier in these COVID days. Didn't take long to get set up, just a few minutes to download updates and drivers and was playing games in no time.

Have been always wanted to build a PC but with the lack of good graphics cards on the market a prebuilt is sometimes a good alternative, in this case with the lowered price and given the characteristics of the components this really has been a great deal, only been using it for around a week however have been very happy so far.

Overall Power is a good product and everything works well. Except for thing that had to done to make it work to my needs. This CPU came with 16gb RAM, specifications said at 3000mHz, however the RAM brand is not on the compatibility list for the motherboard. So the speed of the RAM was actually clocking at 2400mHz. (Over clocking) The motherboard highest speed is 2999mHz on ANY tested brand, now I have to purchase (need 32gb RAM) 2 pairs of RAM to meet my needs. But, I will only get/need 64gb of RAM at 2400mHz. So, don't expect 3000mHz speed with this computer/motherboard.

We are happy with this purchase for disappointed that it did not come with speakers. It was very easy to set up and it has great graphics.

I love this computer. I use it specifically for a home golf simulator/skytrak. The GeForce RTX 2070 Super works great dual connected to a 4K TV and HD ceiling projector (working at the same time) which projects a golf course onto my hitting screen along with the 4K TV.

The computer I purchased is more than I'd hoped for. I'm able to play all my games at max settings without the GPU going over 60 degrees c. I would recommend iBuyPower to anyone looking to buy a gaming PC.

I needed to buy a new desktop to do some video editing that my laptop (w/dedicated video graphics cards) could not smoothly process. So, I did some research and decided to buy the gaming desktop from Best Buy and so far the it has met all my expectations.

Powerful, fast, quiet and reliable. My son purchased this computer about a month ago so far .great He use it for youtube, Great computer for his animation, graphic software and artwork. led lights are awesome.make the computer look cool and hi-tech.

Purchased this for my Grand-daughter in Maryland for Xmas. She says she couldn't be more pleased with the performance and ease of picking it up in a different state than it was ordered.

Very nice especially for the price at the time of purchase. Very much future proof. Also considering the fans are basic stock it still runs pretty much anything played with no issued what so ever. All in all decent buy.

Purchased Jan 2021 as replacement x-mas gift for my son after his x-mas present cyberpowerpc garbage crashes. The ibuypower has been working excellent almost nonstop for a year so far. Nice computer.

Great PC, it came super fast. The graphics are awesome, the loading speed for all my games are ten times as fast as it was on an xbox. I would highly recommend getting this. The PC's lights are adjustable and looks really good.
