It was ok wasn’t the best put together system and had some issues so it was returned. Don’t know if I just got a bad one. But now that 30 series systems are out I would just get one of those if you can.

the only problem i know is the OS is not legit.. i checked it with microsoft validation tool and it says OS not supported.. planning to upgrade for Windows 10 pro..

Not happy with this computer we have had it for 8 months and it's not working. We have had issues for months now which means it pretty much had problems after 2 months of owning it. Not what you want after spending so much on any item. It has what seems like a software error first windows store didn't work then certain games and apps now we just get a blue screen. Seems like a waste of a big chunk of money :(

The memory in this system is falsely listed as 3200 speed. It is not. It is 2666 speed. I believe the motherboard supports the higher frequency, but the 2 x 8GB sticks in the system are clocked at 2666. I have verified this in the BIOS and in Windows. Pretty frustrated.

Computer Straight Out the Box came Directive I started getting error codes Every time. Contacted The Company they just said it was a defective hard drive. You are playing so much for something to come defective is insane the lack of remorse companies have this days.

The computer works correctly - BUT, mine came with a username and a password already, so had to contact iBuyPower support to get it fixed (Had to install another Windows OS on a USB drive from my old pc, then install it on this new one). Eventually, I fixed it - only to find out that it ONLY has an SSD - NO 1TB HDD as it claims. Very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail during this purchasing experience. I understand it is not necessarily Best Buy's fault - they are just the middleman. But heed my warning about iBuyPower rigs - it's not all rainbow and butterflies getting this thing up and running.

This computer has been the biggest upset. Bought, set up and twice it crashed during installation - Figured to push through. Issue after issue, talked to Ibuy and they stated, hmm must be just a bad video card. Great customer service with ibuy. Took computer back to Best Buy - Got another one (hey sometimes thing just are broken). Same DANG ISSUE - Turns out - The power banks for this computer do not put enough juice out to compensate for the amount of power needed to run games. Had to return and just get something totally different.
