Crapped out after 2 weeks, Major harddrive failure. Lost everything. Returned it for another like it, and that one failed as well. I went with an HP after that.

On paper this computer seems like a deal too good to pass up on. However, upon buying the PC, I started to get blue screens. I tried my best and realized the armoury crate loads an older version of BIOs and upon trying every alternative I kept blue screening. Went back and exchanged for a new one ( I assumed faulty hardware was the cause),but upon arriving home and booting up my newly replaced computer the same issue occured. Really wanted this work out but I think I'm going to have to return for a full refund.

Used for one month then video card went out, still waiting on ibuypower to help.

trash computer. dont recommend. this computer sucks. blue screen. countless errors. if you run into ibuypower products your better off just running into a glass wall at full speed for entertainment than to spend money on this trash product. respectfully

Horrible product. I haven’t had the item 6 months and it’s already broke. $1800 and didn’t work 6 months. Won’t even power up. No power at all and bestbuy refuses to fix or replace

Trash.. turned on pc, stuck in bios loop.. no bootable drives detected.. no windows installed, wouldn't let me install on either the ssd or hdd.. returned asap!!!

The computer crashed within the first 1/2 hour of getting it home and almost every day since. I plan on returning the computer for a different one!

This one had. A bad batch recently ship to store ssd internal boot drive fail on 3 replacement..stay away until its fix

This was available in stock per the website with the 8-core Intel i7-10700K at 3.8 GHz(5.1 Ghz Turbo) and the NVidia GeForce RTX 2080 Super 8 GB, 16 GB DDR4-3200 MHz RGB memory,, 480 GB SSD, 1 TB SATA III HD, 802.11 AC WiFI as well as 10/100/1 G Enet and Windows10 Home Edition. It was easy to set up and all the contents were there in the box just to be sure as the store clerk helped me with opening the box. I didn't wait too long to be waited on and I was in and out within 15 minutes. The Gaming PC Runs fast and replaces my 2.5 year old Dell i7-8700 Desktop that had slow access internet issues. I'll be using more for video and slideshows editing than just games . The only thing that I might miss is a mmSMD slot for my camera memory interface. ( no big deal).This is actually our second iBuypower PC as I also upgraded my wife's PC back in July and found that it ran so much faster. Overall, it meets my needs for both speed and performance.

Have had this for 4 years now and have had no problems i love it.

I just received my desktop yesterday and I love it! This is my first gaming PC so I am not an expert but it has run games smoothly, is very quiet, and was super easy to set up. The keyboard and mouse that it came with aren't bad either. Super excited about this!

Very fast, sleek looking and powerful. Quiet and can run normally taxing games at ultra quality at a minimum of 60FPS. I had a MSI before this and prefer this computer substantially. Easy access to the components is also a big plus.

I recently bought the IBUYPOWER BB993 and this thing is a beast! I am a live streamer on twitch and this is not shy of maximizing gameplay while streaming! I play games such as Dead By Daylight, Warzone and Apex Legends and this PC does not have any problems with any of them! The specs are great and expansion is easy. I was easily able to add corsair 89 gig ram sticks (2) and adding an additional ssd is really easy as well.

This computer is absolute workhorse. I was worried about BIOS issues or any of the components not playing nicely with one another but haven't had a single issue. The number of PCIe slots allows for expansion, plus having the ability to add RAM is nice for anyone using this for more intense software. I am looking forward to putting it to the test with 3D modeling and a lot of sim racing.

The best desktop gaming ever, very quiet and cheap for the performance.

Just got this PC in a couple of days ago. And I couldn't be more happy with the purchase. Got the box and everything inside was perfect. All of the cables were in and everything booted up perfectly. When done setting up the system, everything was really fast. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking into PC gaming.
