Initially had issues with Windows Installation that required some tinkering. I am unable to hard reset Windows "delete everything" but will be contacting support. Had no issues running Warzone, League of Legends and Fortnite on the PC. Going to install some more games after doing a full reset.

I bought i7 RTX2080 pc on best buy and it was a best offer on market

Blazing fast PC...run everything at max settings...until it gets a BSOD...which happens way too much. The actual error is Critical_Process_Died. Chances are its a driver issue...but everything is current. Once I figure out what its malfunction is and fix it maybe i will reconsider my review.

Great PC. Runs smoothly. Came packaged nicely. The only minor issue that I have is the image displayed does not equally match what you get. I'm referring to the mouse and keyboard. The keyboard that was in the package looks like its made of worse quality than the image you can see.

Ordered my IBUYPOWER PC online. I am happy with the quick delivery and the service provided by Bestbuy. This is my sons first PC and he is very happy with this product. I would recommend this product if you are a beginner to gaming.

Overall this computer is great! BUT THEIR IS NO ROOM FOR EXPANSION! You can't buy the 3080 rtx because the graphic card won't fit!

Been a very good pc for me. Everything works the only downside is the 2080 gets very hot and that’s due to the front mounted aio. I had to switch it to a top mounted aio just to get decent thermals.

Awesome machine. Only complaint is my 1 tb hard drive is not showing up. Emailed them and took a day to get back to me with something to try which I already tried it and told them in email.

Purchased this a replacement for a badly damaged PC during a move. Really nice quality out of the box and super easy to set up. Runs a 27" 1440p monitor at Ultra on almost every game, very nice

I bought this for my 17 year-old grandson to upgrade. As a daily gamer and technology savvy individual, he tells me he is extremely satisfied with this gift and "it's the best EVER!".

Everything is going good so far through the first start but upon opening the box the USB 3.0 on motherboard was broke but seems to work. The keyboard had loose buttons that kept falling out. I will update if something changes.

Great system for gaming. Glass case looks modern and cool. The 2080 super video card will keep up with the latest games on high resolution. Works great right out of the box.

So far so good. Everything that was mentioned was received in the packaging. The sticker covering the back ports left a little residue but other than that no complaints.
