Freezing then crashing often

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a really good pc parts wise but for some reason and i only use it to watch videos and play games (at the same time, while alt tabbing alot), it freezes and crashes repeatedly. Updated all drivers and windows update but doesnt seem to solve the issue. Read about potential lose ram so took case off and just to get ram on properly again (waited for click sound and even moved the pieces around). Seems to freeze and crash less often now but this is ridiculous! If this keeps up, I'm returning this by end of the month.

Great build quality but poor OS/Bloatware

A big jump from before but my PC has issues updating drivers and i fear the OS is corrupt out of the box. Tried to fix it and install fresh OS but it will not work. Windows updates always crash and I am asked which version of the OS i want to load when i enter. Occasions of games loading extremely slow, even on an SSD. Not sure what is the problem.

Case fans failed 6 months after purchase

Cons: 1 month in, 1 case fan bearing died. Now 6 months later 3 of the 4 case fans bearings died. Have to replace them all since they want me to send the whole thing back for replacement. Summary: Would not recommend due to fans failing and lack of warranty options.
