Great machine, AMAZING for the price point. I would highly recommend at this price range. It does everything you need it to do and some. Was able to stream, run the game, several tabs, highly recommend.

A great gaming rig! I’m pretty happy with this PC, considering the fact I was going to build my own PC. Decided to just go prebuilt as a beginner since this PC was on sale for a great deal during Black Friday. However, I’ve had a few issues along the way. PROS: - FAST! This thing’s a beast. It runs CS:GO, Rainbow Six Siege, Red Dead Redemption 2, and GTA V with barely any effort. According to NVIDIA’s GeForce Experience app, running Red Dead on pretty high graphics and 59-65 fps, the temperature stays fairly low around 62°C. (143° F) - COLORFUL! I love the fact I can change the RGB lights within the fans. Fully customizable and I haven’t tried it yet but you can have the lights sync to your music or games. - Keyboard + mouse included. They are kinda cheap feeling but considering you’re blowing some money on a PC, it is nice starting out with a keyboard and mouse that you can later replace with a better one. CONS: - Okay, I’ve had to exchange the same model of this PC. The first one I got which wasn’t even a week old, the graphics card was going bad. I had the PC for one day when red lines would show up on my monitor, which I know the monitor is not the issue. They only showed up with the screen was booting up or when a new window was opening in full screen (like a game). Luckily, Best Buy has good customer service and willing to exchange it for a new one since they can’t just replace any components on prebuilt PCs. Bummer. - It happened again. The current PC I have, the second one of this model, is having the same exact problem. Instead of working with Best Buy, I’m working with the iBuyPower company that built the PC. They’re willing to just replace the part OR repair the entire system if I am willing to send it in which means they replace any failing parts that they can see. (I’m getting a replacement part in). Overall, I have no real issue with the PC. It runs great and pretty fast. Handles games like a beast. It’s just the graphics card issue I keep running into. Thankfully, iBuyPower also has good customer service just like Best Buy.

I needed at powerful computer to fit all the requirements for 2020 design software and ibuypower did not fall. the graphics is awesome and the downloading times are super fast! love this computer...

Everything about this PC is amazing. I've never had a PC and I'm not a serious gamer but it runs my Sims game with mods and custom content with no problems.

Great, I’m a beginner to pc gaming and this was better than I even imagined

I have been gaming on consoles all my life because i always thought pc were to expensive but got this one sale and was pleased with how smooth and fast it ran compared to a xbox series x and a ps5. Gaming is better sloother and faster. Keyboard and mouse that come with it are basic but will do the job if you like keyboard gaming. I have had no over heating problems with mine all ports work easy to clean and dust off. Everything is protected with little dust screens so all you have todo is open it uo take those off and and wipe them off and your pc will stay clean.

This is my first gaming desktop and I have to say THIS THINGS ROCKS! It's plenty fast for the games I play and the price couldn't be beat. To say I'm happy with my purchase would be an understatement.

Love the computer so far. I only play Sims and so far it is way quicker than my gaming laptop.

I received my computer yesterday and so far, its running great. I had no issues setting it up, installing windows updates, or my data from my old computer. I like that it has plenty of fans and a lot of ventilation.

As many of the previous reviews have explained, this dude is beast and for the price.. If I knew it existed it would have already been mine! Zero complaints, still in awe of the 12 GB RTX capability. Thanks!!

still works after a year very amazing easy to set up

I have had this system for about 3 weeks now, and I have absolutely no complaints. It's a beautiful machine, and it runs amazingly for the price. I would definitely make this purchase again.

I've never had any issues with making my game look good along with good performance. Along with visuals, I've never had any storage problems. One thing to note though, this computer doesn't have a display port, so you can only get a max of 144 frames at 1080p

As my first "gaming pc" this has blown my expectations out of the water. After 4 months, everything has been running rather smoothly on the competitive FPS games that I play

New to owning a pc but from what i can tell it runs everything ive been trying to run very well. There was no issues with the shipping either. The only reason its not 5 stars is that there has been a few quirky issues that even my friends who are well versed in computers cant figure out. Nothing detrimental
