I really wanted to like this pc but it was showing artifacting on startup and in recovery mode. It just took so long to boot? I called tech support then I went and got another one of this pc and it did the same thing. This time consuming experience is pushing me to build a pc

It’s a decent computer but mine arrived slightly damaged and it refused to connect to my monitor as well as continuously crashing when it was actually connected. It’s cheaply made and I’m sure rushed at the factory

It’s a pretty decent pc. A little low on the ssd storage imo, but an easy upgrade. This processor is in the f family and not the k, which is specifically for overclocking. In reality it doesn’t matter all that much as it’s still a beast of a cpu. I’ve upgraded its ram, video card, power supply, and storage since then. Another little disappointment is it’s completely NON modular power supply unit with only 2 - 8 pin gpu power supply cords. If you plan on upgrading the video card to a 3080ti as I did you’ll need a new unit. I’ve been out of the gaming pc scene since the GeForce 260 so I’m a little rusty and definitely made some rookie mistakes out of the gate, but dont let me stray you away from this machine. As it was stock I was able to play cyberpunk 2077 on high settings with an average of 45 fps. Not too shabby. Extremely fast and so far very reliable. One more thing to add DONT PAY EXTRA FOR GEEK SQUAD SUPPORT. I cannot stress this enough. Let me give some back story. Had some pretty bad screen tearing when playing games and figured out it was simply because the pc didn’t recognize the monitor as 60hertz and was hammering every fps it had in it making the games very unpleasant to look at and play. Changed the v sync setting on the nvidia control panel to on and was well on my way to a smooth 60 fps. This is where the fun begins. I then decided to turn v sync back off and call geek squad support and see how well they could handle such a silly problem. I made the call and began to simply explain my screen tearing problem and wow … four different people later and over 2 hours of my time. It. Was. Embarrassing. Most tried to get me to pay them by the hour as a completely separate charge, because it was a serious software problem that needed to be addressed immediately. After 30 minutes of one gentleman messing with my mouse settings and hanging up without saying a word. 2 agents at 30 minutes a piece simply telling my pc needed upgrading because it was obsolete, and finally the last agent telling me I need a new monitor and to make sure I purchase the absolute top of the line geek squad Ultra Mega Super Maximus Extreme package or I was forever doomed. After that conversation I had enough and called it quits. I turned my v sync back on and continued with my gaming. In conclusion, don’t fall for the geek squad malarkey. Still! 5/5 nice PC! Haha

I had wanted a PC since a long time ago, and I wasn't sure which one to buy, but I can now say that iBUYPOWER was an amazing decision. I wanted a fast PC to take my gaming to the next level, and the iBUYPOWER PC that I got exceeded my expectations. Everything from the quality, graphics, and overall smoothness was amazing. I also loved that it came with an iBUYPOWER designed mouse and keyboard, they looked really nice. If you're looking for a PC like I was, iBUYPOWER is a great decision!

    Great base build!

Great base componets and can run most games as is very well. However i reccomend buying an Water CPU cooler such as the H100i or other radiators. This keeps the notoriously hot i7 cooler and performing better. As the air CPU cooler that comes with the pc does not do this good of a job under load. With this upgrade you can smoothy run pretty much anything. Im able to run MSFS on ultra quite smoothly. And call of duty at around 120-140fps on 1080p. The only other things i would upgrade after about 6-8 months would be the PSU and if you want to maybe up the ram by 16gb. The only reason you would want a new power supply is if yours comes with one that is underpowered for your upgrades or not gold certified. This is just based on my experiences, but this is a great deal and a good Pc!! (The picture shown is after i upgraded the CPU cooler and PSU.)

I got lucky and bought the very last one in stock in the New Orleans metro area and I am happy I did. I bought this as an exchange to another brand I ordered online that arrived damaged and I returned. It turns out that this computer is fantastic for the price. I am able to play every game with no issues. I have played Fortnite and Warzone with no problem. I do plan on upgrading some of the components, but I can tell you out of the box it is ready to go. It does seem like it will be easy enough to either replace or add components with available slots for NVMe, ram and PCI cards. My wife loves it because of the lights and she like that it gets through basic tasks smoothly and quickly. The LEDs can be modified from within Windows, which is good because if it came with a controller it would be lost in no time. The airflow with all the fans seems to be adequate cooling as well. The included RGB mouse and keyboard seem to be of good quality. Overall very happy with my purchase, would definitely recommend.

I've always used a laptop until getting this PC. I wanted a pre-built to avoid the stress of collecting components and building my own. It was pretty much just plug-and-play; I didn't have to fiddle with anything. Easily handles schoolwork in Excel and Chrome. I haven't tried many games yet, but it runs Elite Dangerous: Odyssey on high settings without issue. My only complaint is that the included WiFi antenna has a really short cable, but that isn't much of an issue, especially if you plan on using an ethernet cable.

There were a few hiccups in the beginning but I was able to get help easily and the computer runs smoothly! This is the nicest tower I have ever had. I was concerned about ventilation with the side panel being super thick and nice glass but the mesh design on the other side and tops make up for this! I am very happy with it so far and am excited to see what new games I can run on it!

I recently purchased a gaming desktop (Slate Mesh) from iBuyPower, and I am beyond thrilled with the performance and overall experience it delivers. As an avid gamer, I had high expectations, and this desktop has exceeded them in every way. First and foremost, the processing power of this gaming rig is nothing short of impressive. Whether I'm playing graphically intensive games or engaging in resource-demanding tasks, the speed and responsiveness are unparalleled. The combination of cutting-edge hardware, including a powerful graphics card and a lightning-fast processor, ensures a smooth and immersive gaming experience. The sleek and modern design of the desktop is another standout feature. It not only looks fantastic on my gaming setup but also reflects the attention to detail put into the aesthetics. The RGB lighting customization options add a cool and personalized touch, allowing me to create the perfect ambiance for my gaming sessions. One of the key factors that drew me to this desktop was its expandability. Knowing that I can easily upgrade components in the future gives me confidence that this investment will last for years to come. The thoughtful design of the interior allows for easy access to components, making upgrades a breeze. The cooling system deserves a special mention. Even during extended gaming sessions, the desktop maintains optimal temperatures, preventing any performance throttling. This attention to thermal management ensures that the hardware operates at its peak performance consistently. In conclusion, the iBuyPower gaming desktop has truly elevated my gaming experience. Its powerful performance, sleek design, expandability, and top-notch customer support make it a standout choice for any serious gamer. My last computer broke and upon that revelation I was left with a few options, the first of which would be to wait a few weeks and slowly build my own PC, but when I decided that I didn't want to go through that whole entire ordeal I looked up some strong prebuilt ones and saw iBUYPOWER over and over again so decided to give them a shot. It's only been a few days now, but this PC is great as far as graphics go and as an added bonus is quiet. It's really one of the best computers I've ever owned and I would reccomend it to anyone looking for a cheap prebuilt that works well.

So far so good!!! It was very easy to setup. I was a bit worried that something was up since one of the two cables for the PCIe was sticking out. But a google search later and all was well. Was able to get my settings configured and had no issues or errors while going through setup. Mouse and Keyboard looked OK. I'll be keeping them as a spare since I already have a dedicated keyboard and mouse that I like. I am a console gamer, so PC gaming is very new to me. I haven't attempted to run anything yet, but I'm sure it'll perform wonderfully! I think this is a great starter PC and would definitely recommend!
