Ordered this computer for Christmas and it arrived about two weeks later. That’s a little long but okay fine, we were still excited. Then took it out of the box got it all set up and it stopped working during the setup process. No support to fix it and after messing with it for a couple days we returned it.

It’s okay. Could be better for it’s price but it’s obviously a mid level pc or a budget pc. Can’t even run Dead Space.

Retuned this cheap, poorly designed PC. Don't waste your money.

Cant hardly open up call of duty with out restarting the computer and game 4 times dont know what the deal is but its super annoying..

As a first gaming PC, I defs like how it looks and performs so far. I haven't run into any problems so far. The packaging was handled very well and the instructions were very detailed. I am loving my new gaming PC and I can't wait to play it with some friends! If there was anything I would comment on, it's that I need more space for games! Haha

First time buying a gaming PC and so far I am very please with how fast it runs and the aesthetics of it. Would buy again.

Great prebuilt pc for its price, but it could have better ram and it has a decent gpu

The computer came in excellent condition and was easy to set up. I bought it mainly for school but I also use it to play some casual games and design a bit. I recommend this computer to anyone who is looking for an entry level PC.

I recently purchased this prebuilt PC, and I am beyond impressed with its performance. It has a very sleek case and the RGB lighting looks great and is very customizable. Very easy to set up as well, only took about 20 minutes!

got it on sale and for a first timer pc it does exactly what I wanted it for, would mainly upgrade the ram but other than that it is an amazing pc

i’ve had this pc for about a week now, it runs great. Average games on ultra settings gets about 200-300 fps

i have only had this pc for less than a year and ive had so many troubles with it. At first, it was a pretty awesome starter pc, and everything about it went smoothly. But after a couple of months of use, it would start freezing and crashing on me while I would play my games. It only happened a few times so I just thought it was a small bug. But then it started happening multiple times while playing one game. My specs were totally fine and I was all up to date with everything on windows. I was told by a friend that my pc has probably just been overclocked. I would say this was an okay starter pc but I would not recommend to anyone to buy this. I’ve never been so frustrated while just trying to run one game and having it crash on me multiple times in matter of minutes.

I havent bought this yet but anout 2 years ago i got a pc for Christmas its a dell optiplex 850 or something and couldnt run any games would i be able to trade that in and get maybe 70-100$ off becouse there is still salvagable parts

It works great! I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this computer to anyone that wants to upgrade. It has plenty of space to had onto it as well.
