Great pc but why the Bluetooth and sound dont work

Purchased this prebuild to replace a 10+ year old work computer. The build has great value for the parts you're getting. Came securely packaged and undamaged. The order was shipped and delivered at an earlier date than estimated. Had free goodies included in the purchase as well. This is my 3rd time buying from iBUYPOWER and i highly recommended them if you're looking for great quality and value. Would definitely purchase again.

Item came a day earlier than scheduled. Easy to pay and hassle free. Solid spec computer for a decent price. Packaging was easy to read and directions easy to follow. Easy to pickup and no problems at all. Purchased the slate MR with an Intel i7-12700F, GeForce 3060 Ti and 1TB SSD

It's ok not the best tho but it is worth the price

Great looking tower, love the RGB LED fans and RAM, nice touch. Keyboard is a bit to raised and "clicky" and the mouse could be a bit nicer, but over all this is a great system and able to run VR games and CoD on Ultra

unfortunately i cant give a positive review of this product its not what i originally wanted but got stuck with it. i bought a BUYPOWER - Gaming Desktop - SlateMR289a - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X - 16GB 3200 Memory - NVIDIA RTX 3070 - 1TB NVMe SSD - and it malfunctioned and the only thing they could do is this product which isn't worth the money it was made with.

it worked fine the first day we received it but the next day it blue screened twice and throughout the week it kept crashing applications. after a windows memory diagnostic test it turns out there was faulty hardware the entire time.

easy to set up. looks great. quiet. would reccomend

Great price great graphics easy to set up right out of the box

I received my I7 12700F 3060ti a week ago and I was amazed of the quality and time they put into this PC. wire management was perfect i couldn't change anything and parts are not some brown motherboard. quality parts. i will be buying again 1440P balanced setting on call of duty 2.0 is giving me 100FPS in the benchmark.

Bought this PC to do some streaming, as my laptop couldn't run games and the streaming software without crashing. This goes above and beyond what I need it to do, handles everything I need it to and all my games run smoothly.

I use many software's so compared to my previous computer, this PC has made my life 10x faster and runs all my programs smoothly. Highly recommend!!
