I did not realize that the side glass is a LCD screen. Had a some issues figuring out how it works and after doing so realizing I'm not a fan of it nor will I ever use it due to my current set up. If I paid extra for that... that sucks, but other than that this pc came with some solid specs and I have had no issues on my second run. 1st run the PC would randomly turn off ALL THE TIME! I returned it for a NEW one and have had no issues since. (2 weeks). I do believe in was sold a used one due to the box and condition of pc I brushed off as shipping damage. This pc stays cool all the time I get great fps!

Delivery: Fast Set Up: Not Bad (had to check connections because monitor was not connecting out of the box, once I tightened some connections we were good) Everything Else: Very Very Not Bad - its a great PC can run Online Shooters at 200-240 FPS on High Graphics, when I go ultra it will dip to high 100's though. I usually play on medium-high settings to get a consistent 240 FPS. LCD Monitor is stunning, it can be used as an extra monitor but it is not practical, mainly use to put a cool animation on to look like more of a cool gamer for your friends, it becomes forgettable over time though Stock Keyboard and mouse are trash, they should just have an option to not ship it cuz I threw that trash out right away, what a waste It is also a quiet PC , which helps cuz I used to have an HP Omen that was just as loud as my lawnmower , this thing is quiet which is very very not bad It has 3 display port inputs and one HDMI, but you will use one of those for the monitor (You can run three monitors max into it unless you daisy chain more) Makes sense why it is out of stock, I have been enjoying it ever since it got delivered, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is tasteful, and values a juicer gaming experience XOXO

I agonized for awhile which new PC to get. I wanted this one but was hesitant due to many reviews saying it arrived damaged or didn't work, etc. I almost passed it up. Ultimately this is the one I really wanted and I decided to roll the dice. I'm glad I did. I had it sent to Best Buy for pick up rather than shipping to me. Not sure if this helped, but it arrived with no problems or damage. Everything worked right out of the box. The LCD screen is cooler than I had though. My biggest problem is choosing a background for it in Wallpaper Engine now! I'm enjoying it more than I thought I would. You'll need to invert the screen in your setting once you set it up. Also don't forget to turn on the internal lights with the little black button on the back. If you don't the screen will look really dark. I was very disappointed until I figured that part out! It really shines in gaming. I'm getting great frame rates at ultra settings. It runs whisper quiet and the CPU and GPU both stay at cool temps. This thing doesn't even break a sweat with anything I throw at it. The mouse and keyboard that come with it are crap, but if your buying this odds are you have your own already. I'm so glad I went with this one and took the chance.

I give this a 4 star for 2 reasons. 1st, because my first one was damaged and it was a hassle to return. 2nd, the MSI graphic card will make an annoying electric buzz noise playing high demand games. But it's the fastest machine I have ever used and plays all my gaming library without overheating. This was a concern of mine with the unit being air cooled vs liquid cooled. The pc has an extra slot for a second graphic card for future gaming upgrades which I love having that option. Overall worth the investment. (My family loves the built in screen, it brings the whole pc together for me)

I usually always build my own machines and have built several for others. I was just browsing around on the website and came across this machine. After looking at the specs and seeing the price/sale price I could not turn this down. Bought it yesterday and while iBUYPOWER is notorious for having crap instructions out of the box, the computer is incredible! A few YT vids or some general knowledge and you'll have this thing set up in no time. And it DESTROYS anything you throw at it. I do wish the SSD had a bit more volume but that can always be changed out later and still this would be an incredible machine for the total investment you have in it. Currently running it with a 36 inch curved 1440p monitor and it runs Destiny 2 on max everything at 300 ish FPS in orbit and 130 ish FPS solid in game play environments.

Got to the store a few days earlier than expected. I had a little trouble getting the video output to work, but I unplugged the NVIDIA card and plugged it back in and it works fine now. There was probably a cable loose. The PC is whisper quiet, and lightning fast. It is also aesthetically pleasing.

Just about everything in the world you could imagine. Super fast processor (tons of cores), potent graphics card, killer case, and yeah it is just as good as you could imagine. Oh that screen on the case, just as cool as I dreamt it would be. Setup was pretty easy - had to reseat the memory modules, it wouldn't boot. Not a huge deal really. Otherwise, the build is fantastic - super neat, extremely well done. Very tidy build (even down to the white fans, white cable covers - although they did use a white twist tie on one cable, not a plastic zip tie). It is reasonably quiet, not silent, fan noise is not bad at all. OK - you need the real tech specs. Just be aware, iBuyPower might change the parts - I can only speak to the box I have in front of me. Motherboard - ASRock Z390 Phanton Gaming 4S. That's the critical piece you really need to know - everything else drives from here. DDR4 3000 memory, 2 sticks of 8GB each (Crucial). There are two open slots for more memory. The ASRock site has a heinously long list of certified memory. This is the thing I don't understand - they went with a tiny 480Gb 2 1/2 inch SSD. The motherboard has an M.2 slot available - why they didn't use it is beyond me. That's the first upgrade, a 1Tb WD black drive, M.2 NVMe type 22110 with heat sink. Oddly, in the parts bag - they include the M.2 screw (go figure). There are two locations to screw down SSD's on the side of the case (covered by the solid back panel). One is occupied by the 480 Gb drive, and one is available. And there are plenty of power connections. The motherboard has tons of available SATA ports. The mechanical drive is fine, a 1TB drive. Sadly, there is only one open bay for another 5 1/2 inch drive. I'll have to figure something out to piggy back a third drive. Not sure about the power supply - it is extremely well hidden, buried deep in the case. I'd guess probably 750W. The motherboard has a thunderbolt header available. However, the case only has USB 3 ports. The graphics card has three Displayport and one HDMI ports (be prepared - the monitor on the side of the case uses that HDMI port - so you need Displayport cables for the real monitor). The case is beautiful. That big side monitor panel snaps off easily. There are no wires to disconnect. The interior lights can be turned off or on with a button on the rear panel. There are bright white LEDs on the rear fans that cannot be turned off. The keyboard - maybe I'm not used to "gaming" keyboards. It just feels cheap to me. The key strokes are super long and silent. I expected buckling springs given the size - but no it is membrane silent switches. The feel is somewhere between satisfying long strokes to annoying no feel. The keyboard has a sweet braided wire cable. The mouse is super lightweight and wired. It is serviceable, not really to my liking. My perspective is a big heavy wireless mouse. I'm guessing these two bits are throwaways anyway - you probably have exactly what you want for gaming. They both glow red even when the computer is shut down (power switch on the power supply is on). IBuyPower did a great job with filtration - all the inlet air is passed through removable filters - bottom of the case. Airflow is impressive. You know I wish there was a white motherboard - the thing would be over the top amazing with that. Bottom like, I'm buying more memory and an M.2 drive. Otherwise, this thing is just about perfect. And of course I had to marry this to a white Samsung monitor. Sadly, I couldn't find a good white Displayport cable, I've gone with a red braided cable instead.

I've had it for a few months and it's been nothing but great. RAM is pretty cheap, so I bought 16 more gigs just because I could. The side panel is pretty neat. It runs any game I throw at it. I work with a lot of data and it crunches through that like nothing. Definitely recommend if portability isn't an issue for you and you're looking for something you can upgrade without buying a whole new rig.

Over all machine runs well. Down side is only the one HDMI port so if you want to have your display showing on the computer you should invest in a usb to HDMI connector. I also upgraded the ram due to the fact of streaming and the types of games I play.

This is my first gaming PC purchase in years and I've been really happy with it. No issues right out of the box and the performance is screaming fast on Far Cry 5 (looks amazing) and other games. The computer itself is very quiet. Ports on the top are handy and the side panel screen is super cool.

This computer can handle every game you want to play and can handle majority of every game on the highest settings. The computer is super quiet and sleek. The only thing I don’t like on this computer is that it doesn’t have a clear tempered glass and is a tinted led glass that shows what’s your computer sees. I like the feeling of looking at the hardware that’s inside.

I will admit I was skeptical to purchase an 'iBUYPOWER' machine - lots of negative reviews made me think this way...but I then realized those reviews were old. From what I understand, lots have changed with the company, and they are committed to providing excellent products - and they are delivering. I considered building my machine, but after the Snowblind gaming desktop's specs, I was convinced I would spare myself the heartache. The unit arrived and it worked beyond expectations, without any hiccups. I am using very demanding graphics and video editing applications for animation and trailers for theanukchronicles...and this machine is keeping up. I highly recommend.

Perfect for my needs: fast with expandability for memory and monitors. Required PC that supported 4 monitors min with expandability to 6+ for stock trading. Bumped up to 32G with more room if needed. Was running 4 monitors on 2.60MHz, 8Gb ram. + StarTech USB3DOCKH2DP...BIG jump in performance! Use for stock trading so can't comment on gaming performance.

The sad part is that the CPUs not water cooled. it was pretty fast out of the box but I did a few upgrades including doubling the ram which is only 16 GB and installing a new SSD card with 1 terabyte of storage. That really spent it up

woulda given this excellent but for the snowblind screen uses the only hdmi port on the video card. for those who don't know, snowblind is the company that makes the see though panel on the side of the tower that u can use as a video screen. u can display videos, use it for another monitor, set it up to display cpu running parameters. it's a great addition to impress newbs but not useful for me and the software to set up the display was awkward. also sometimes when i closed a window then browser then next time i opened it would appear on the snowblind display and was hard to get cursor there to navigate it back to normal display. i ended up unplugging the snowblind panel and it worked fine after. still the best priced unit with i9 and rippin video card offered by Best Buy

My PC died at the beginning of the pandemic, and while I really wanted to build my own, parts availability was going to make that very difficult, so I looked at what was available. Out of the available options this caught my eye. Would have loved it if this was packing an AMD Ryzen 9 3950X, but the i9 9900KF isn't a bad compromise, the RTX 2080 Super works well, the i9 is also treating me well, the only downside I can point out is no USB C and the interior lighting leaves something to be desired, so eventually I'll be replacing the case fans with fans that will add to the interior lighting. Already added an additional 16 GBs of RGB ram for more internal light. Case looks amazing in a dark room though.
