This machine has great specs (eg I9 chip, 2080 Super graphics card, etc) for the money. The snowblind case is also a great addition but is definitely eye candy (rather than functional). TIP: if everything is not working correctly out of the box, you need to open it up and check all the connections. I spent a couple of hours trying to figure out why inside led would not work and eventually found a loose connector inside.

It’s a beast. Gigabyte UD motherboard. 1 free M2 slot, 1 free Ssd mount, 1 free 3.5 inch bay. Mine came with an MSI GeForce 2080 Super and 16 GB of XPG 3000DDRAM. The snowblind monitor is neat if somewhat pointless. It will need to be flipped in the graphic settings. I’m getting 130 FPS on COD MW with all settings on Ultra. System is stable and no heat issues. Very solid system.

I purchased this to join the world of windows 10 and to continue creating video primarily using Adobe Premiere and Photoshop. it handles everything I throw at it smoothly and efficiently. The crew at Best Buy was extraordinary with their knowledge and patience. Best Buy is my new favorite store:-)

Great gaming machine. Initially they didn’t have the WiFi card installed so it took another week to get it back. It is a beast. Gamers galore

Bought this a few weeks ago great spec amazing pc it’s a workhorse, the first one I bought had a broken fan and the lcd screen panel didn’t work would have given better review if worked as intended... I was also missing the WiFi antennas so it obviously a returned product that BESTBUY put back to sell

easy set up. no problems. runs great, no cooling issues. haven't hooked up the side panel yet because you cant really see it anyways.

Excellent value for the price. Components are also worth the price. Unique side lcd panel acts as a screen extension which connects via hdmi. Video card only supports one hdmi and 3 display ports. You need to purchase an adaptor to either hook up an hdmi monitor to a display port or the side lcd to a display port. No cd drive included. Cons: The Side lcd is a little tricky to operate. Also, the exterior case came with chipped paint on one edge. Also, no software disk or software usb was provided with the unit.

Just got my system came in when they said it was going to come in the only issue I am having is for the lighting on the tower. Will call customer service to get assistance. but overall the system is super quite. Amazing easy set up,

very fast and easy to use. not hard to get used to and easy to setup for streaming. highly recommend this product for gamers.

This computer is Insanely fast. Top of the line parts and built for gaming. Wish it had more space on the SSD. Haven’t figured out all the features yet. You will need to get a monitor with a digital port 1.4 and the cable to really take advantage of this amazing machine. The pretty LCD smart side panel requires using up the HDMI slot on the video card. I have not figured out how to get it going but they have a good technical support team that should be able to help me out

The specs speak for themselves but the case and manufacturer of the hardware they chose makes it that much better. Setting up the panel screen is super easy and is super cool to have on display. For those that don't know the i9-9900KF is one of the best gaming processors from the 9th gen chipset and the 2080 SUPER is the next best standalone card behind the 2080ti (which costs over $1000 by itself) Cooling is great and its super easy to get inside and check out.

There were a couple roadblocks to get through before I was entirely satisfied with my purchase, but after those had been surpassed I was able to fully enjoy this PC build. First of all, the PC I received the first time seemed to have issues in shipping. The I/O ports were shifted badly enough that it seemed like you would have to re-seat the motherboard entirely to make half of them usable again. The side panel screen/monitor was half covered in "Newton Rings" (an effect that forms an oily rainbow sheen that is due to two glass layers touching). The Newton Rings issue distorted the picture somewhat when viewing it from the other side. Because of these issues I took it back and got a new one. I suggest to anyone else that has these issues, they should take it back and get a replacement. My replacement had none of those issues. The shipping process is probably hell on a pre-built like this. So far I've used the machine to play Doom (2016), Jedi: Fallen Order, and Control. For Doom, with all settings maxed and playing at 2560x1440 res, I was getting a consistent 144fps. Jedi: Fallen Order, same settings, 90fps - 144fps. Control is the first game I had to tweak a bit. Utilizing DLSS and the res being downgraded by that a bit I was able to get 90-100. I turned ray tracing to the lowest setting. The side panel is gorgeous. You can download apps (Wallpaper Engine) to make it look even better. Brightly colored images do it more justice though, make note of that. This is a high quality machine right out of the box. I may do some modifications to it (more RAM and NVME storage). I'm quite satisfied with my purchase and I think this will be a good system for years to come.

The computer itself is working great. Not a gamer, I got it to use for photo and video editing. Haven't stressed it yet but seems great for what I've done so far. My issues have been with delivery of the computer. First one I got , several of the internal parts were bent in transport and did not work properly. IBuy customer service said it wasn't their problem that it worked when it left there. Wasn't to happy with their attitude. Best Buy took it back no problem and I got another one. It also had a broken piece internally when I got it. I fixed it myself rather than wait another 2 weeks for another one to arrive. I would say the delivery companies are probably to blame as it seemed to be well boxed and protected. Also I don't like the keyboard fell. Keys are clumsy and uncomfortable. No speed typing on this thing. Will be replacing it.

Looks and runs great, screen on the tower is awesome! Runs very cool under loads and is very fast!

I bought it for doing graphic design. It loads fast and runs all my programs without a problem. Setup was easy, no problems there. I miss the DVD drive and also wish the c drive was larger. I filled up both drives before I knew it and had to remove a lot of files again before everything had enough room to run properly. I expect that I will be looking into trying to get a larger SDD drive, but other than that, I am thrilled.

For the price itd be hard to find a better PC or build your own! No issues soo far and its able to play whatever you throw at it! I have a 4k monitor to go with it and everything looks great with no lag. The keyboard and mouse aren't great but they work. The packaging was good for mine, no issues or damage. I would definitely recommend this PC
