After a year everything works fine except for the display on the case which honestly stopped working for me very early on, it's the only downside but other than that PC is great no other major issues. The mouse and keyboard included weren't great either but I wasn't expecting to use them for long.

Highly recommend this PC, great specs and runs really well. 100% would recommend this computer to a serious gamer.

I have needed a gaming desktop for so time now the moment i saw this i was impressed with the over look and performance.

Geek squad did an amazing job installing my Corsair inner cooler and rgb ram will be getting more goodies later

Orginally bought the CPU in April. Brought it to Best Buy for an overheating issue November 18th. Geek Squad notified me the motherboard was installed incorrectly and exchanged it for a new PC. The associate said to leave the CPU and they would handle the transfer of data over to the new PC. Got the new exchange, opened the box, and immediately noticed the LCD screen was torn between the tempered glass. Also received a European power cord. Was told to contact IBUYPOWER for a replacement (still waiting on IBUYPOWER's response) Also, realized that Geek Squad botched the data transfer and I lost several GB's worth of pictures and videos that were backed up to the original PC after my laptop experienced issues right before I brought the original PC to be looked at. Overall, would not recommend a pre-built PC from IBUYPOWER. Build it yourself. Also, Geek Squad customer service was very nice and willing to help but the loss of data makes me very reluctant to want to work with them again. Always back up your data to a separate drive not a CPU. Partially my fault but a data transfer is not rocket science and figured they could handle it.

This computer is beautiful. It works great . I would recommend it. I can finally play games on a PC

This has power to spare. Up 128g memory. Top of the line Nvidia card. Intel I9 processor. What’s not to like?

I have never bought a computer that was custom built because I always build a myself so I can pick and choose! But I must tell you I was completely floored by how fast this machine was! The quality of the case was not all that great but the quality of the items that they chose to piece this together with was top notch! The CPU and video card alone was well worth the money and basically got everything else thrown in ,I am completely satisfied with this product!

First one had a messed up gpu but they took it back and sent another one perfectly fine works amazing

So far this PC is amazing. Extremely fast and smooth while playing the game. Highly recommended 10/10

Great gaming system. Light and easy to set up and use.

Yet to be excited with the overall experience of my new Ibuyerpower pc. We were under the impression that it would be a plug in and play. After unpacking the system we had another 1 hour and 30 minutes with waiting time and speaking with technical support to set up the boot up system that was not completed from the manufacture. Our Best Buy experience was not the best with their delivery promise either. We paid extra to have it ship on time to our son's birthday and the items arrived one two days and the other 3 days after the expected arrived day. We are still dealing with IBuypower technical support team to ensure all is working as labeled.

It is a good PC, but I have already had problems with the display monitor not working. They want me to pay a $189 deposit and ship the entire thing to them in order for them to look at it. They said that it will get paid back but seems like a hassle instead of shipping me a new side panel.

Bought this for my husband. He loves how fast it is and the way the tower has a LCD screen.

My first ever Gaming PC and I’m in love with it! Runs games flawlessly at max settings!

My son loves it. I had to go online and look up how to hook up the case monitor since it's not intuitive at all. But once I got figured out it works great. After the first hour or two, no one really bothers with the case monitor you only show it to people when you're having them see the computer for the first time. We got a different keyboard and mouse, although the ones that come with this are good.

This is an excellent system!!! I am pleased with the quality and performance.
