Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I leaned towards this PC because of price, reviews (which is lies) and because Im new to the PC community and I wanted something starter like…..but this computer cant run any games I play without the gameplay looking blotchy and EXTRA LAGGY! I tried every thing in the book becus I really dont want to take it back. I gave it two stars because overall it ran smooth and I liked the design.However, programs were force closing on THE FIRST DAY! No real guidance for the computer. And its SUPER LOUD! If you stream you might as well forget it cause the mic picking up all that sound! And if you download games from Steam you might as well do it overnight cause it took about 3 hours just to download Apex && it was hooked up the the ETHERNET! Soooo yeah this long but I just wanted to keep it a band with yall cus these reviews had me thinking I had some good stuff and I dont! Smh so yeah…. Returning tomorrow! Probably going to buy the HP Omen they have on here. Toodles!

Idk if we are doing something wrong. Im going to set a appointment with geek squad so they can figure it out. If the headphones worked I would have rated this a 5.

I did not buy it for games however it’s still really slow for word processing. When I did the initial boot up Windows wasn’t even installed and I had to boot it through Bios.
