Expensive Piece of Junk

My son saved for over a year to purchase this item. The first order was shipped directly to the store (curbside) nice service from staff. We got home and there was next to no instructions, it was supposed to just plug in and basically ready to play, but nothing. Called the 1-800 # for assistance and they told him to check a few things and when that didn’t work was told to return to store and exchange for another unit. This time we had the system delivered directly to house for round 2. This time he got a little closer then the first unit, but again nothing. It was at this time that we returned it back to the store for a full refund.

Pc messed up straight out the box

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My daughter got this pc for her birthday and straight out the box it was crashing and kept having the blue screen, we picked it up a week before her bday so it was wrapped until then and upon opening on her bday and connecting the problems started so the day she opened it was the last day to return it and it was already minutes before the store was closing, so she is stuck with a messed up PC. I do not recommend.

Stop Code: Critical Process Died

I start using it 2.5 weeks ago. I don't know what's going on, Was working fine and yesterday just gave an error in the blue screen saying Stop Code: Critical Process Died. New Computer. Horrible!

Bad quality!

The RMA process from Ibuypower is the worst part. It will take you months to sent you a replacement, after you paid for this process.

I Power Review

For something I bought because it was plug and play it was really disappointing . I returned the computer and I will not buy an I Power brand again.
