10/10 PC to start for beginners and great introduction for the avid gamer. I bought the BB980 and without any external or internal additions, the PC itself runs so smooth and never crashes. Also the RGB features is above and beyond expectations and overall ease of setting up is convenient

Good early gaming pc the ability to upgrade it is amazing have had it since 2020

First time purchaser of an ibuypower pc and I can confidently say they have a life long customer. The ease of set up, the price point and the aesthetics of the pc in general all really have me sold. So far, I absolutley love it. I also love the tempered glass side panel. I know it's whats "in" right now, but like I said, this is such a great price point to have such a stylish rig! I don't anything super hardcore for my games (Genshin, Sims, League. etc), so their prebuilt Trace 4 MR was perfect for me. Super happy with my first "official" set up.

I've worked with 2 Revisions (Versions) of this same computer with the Gt 710 2 Gb and Gt 730 2 Gb. THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPUTER. The actual computer processor, cooling, fans, and keyboard are fine. You can use it for normal work like spreadsheets, school essays, and youtube. However, games do not run well on this Gt 710. 2 Gb VRAM is not enough to actually play most games, and even if it works, it plays super slow, laggy, and causes blue screen crashes. I HIGHLY recommended either a laptop for normal use, or a computer with a 1660 6gb or HIGHER graphics card to play video games. Otherwise you will end up returning this computer. I don't know if the other reviews on this computer are fake. But trust me, this computer is not good.

Shipped quick, received early. This is my 2nd setup in as many weeks. First setup had a defective video card. Best Buy did the right thing and refunded right away, ordered a new one and I'm all set. Can't blame Best Buy or ibuypower for the video card issue...who knows wherein the delivery process it may have been jostled and damaged. As my first ever entry-level gaming PC , I'm very happy so far. Tower is extremely quiet and has some pretty cool mesh vent guards to help eliminate dust, debris, etc. from being sucked in.

After having this pc for a few months, it is still doing an amazing job. I haven't had any issues with it so far. I am able to play all the games I like. For example, GTA Rp with my friends.

this was my first gaming pc, and im very happy with the results. it runs fast, smooth, and great for someone who wants to start pc gaming on a budget. also looks great

This PC was great. It runs the games I love like Call of Duty MW and Valorant real smooth and it just feels great overall. I love being able to play on this pc or even just for browsing the web occasionally. I definitely recommend this PC for anyone to buy its so great.

The computer itself was fine. I had some issues with streaming online for some games but overall, I was satisfied. The mouse, though, was not working when I received the computer. The left and right buttons work as well as the side buttons and the scroll wheel. But when I move the mouse, the sensor is not responding. I am not sure if there is another issue or something I overlooked.

Good starter. This PC was easy to set up and I got to using it quickly!

I think this is a great starter computer and would recommend having people go to this computer and want to be budget-friendly and I had no problems since I got this computer and want people to go to this company for starter computers.
