replaced one I just bought and both were broken

I bought this gaming pc and trusted that this would be a good computer since it was by ibuypower. when the first one came, it was missing caps on the different switches and usb plugs, the top dust cover was scratched, it was missing the warranty card and some other papers, the keys on the keyboard were stuck, the cables in the graphics card were loose and didn't want to stay in. the computer turned on but it would not connect to my monitor worth the life of me (my monitor works with everything else.) i then returned that one, talked to tech support and someone who builds pcs and they said i probably got a bad one. I ordered the same one because it was getting good reviews at the time and when it came today, there was no plastic coverings on any part of the glass and the glass had scuffs all over it. the sheet was cut short on the front of the fans so there was a big magnet covering the right side of the fan. the fan on the inside was scraping on the side and there were plastic kind of shavings in the pc , the fan also made a ticking sound from hitting the side. when i plugged it in, doing all the correct steps it still wouldn't connect. overall this pc needs better quality control before buying

So far, so good! I'm actually very happy with this build and quality. Very fast, quiet and great for video editing. I did have an issue with the HDMI port at first but isolated it to the monitor settings from my previous setup. Everything was packed well. I followed the instructional video from ibuypower.com on unpacking and powering up your computer and all went as planned. It was hard to find a new build with such a great processor (Ryzen 5-5600X) and RAM expandable to 128GB (16GB comes with it).

Not a problem here, picked up at the Antioch Ca store, all ram chips were set and the processor was seated good. PC booted up just fine. there is a power button at the bottom that turns on the power supply then you turn on the power button up top. Very quiet computer.

Didn't have any issues as far as performance and everything was assembled properly. However, one of the fans ( RGB) wasn't lighting up properly. Overall this item performed at top notch and I am very satisfied with the product.

Above Average Price for Poor Quality

Case was not the same as the picture. LED software was not installed properly meaning you couldn't change the RGB color. However the LED issue was rather easy to fix. The new case they used was junky and the hardware is surprisingly cheap. While the motherboard was amazing (B550 is really good) the XFX company they used for the graphics card is cheap and poor quality. Ultimately it's pretty much a rip off. The price suggests good quality but the hardware and installation was third rate at best. Also their "gaming keyboard" is a piece of junk, even the cheap Dell hardwired keyboards are better, their designer has obviously never heard of ergonomics. I think when IBuyPower first came out with this machine it may have been better quality but it seems like they may have run into supply issues forcing them to use cheaper hardware. Unfortunately they haven't reduced the price. I know machines that cost 650 that have twice the quality of this machine.

Worst prebuilt I’ve bought. Fans aren’t working, LED is not functioning right. It will not detect any displays, so no monitor connectivity. This is so annoying, why are they able to sell this junk at Best Buy?

In the current market with the GPU shortage and limited prebuilt computers. Not a bad starting option. The tower is great looking with the RGB and quiet. The case had one screw holding in a panel bent but still functions. The stickers placed on the tower to remove, leave behind a sticky residue. The keyboard that comes with it is trash. They keys were stiff and difficult to press. Some keys would only press if your finger is in the right spot. Overall a good buy just a few things kept it from being 5 stars.

Computer came quickly but mouse was DOA and the keyboard is trash. Bought a new mouse, got the computer set up, then the next day windows killed itself. Waited on hold with ibuypower for 3 hours, but tech support was super nice and helpful and fixed my issues, now it runs great.

Not happy with it. It crashes with some games. One of the front fans doesn't light up. I was led to think it came with 16 gigs of memory it only has 8 gigs! External speakers will not work.

Big name, little return. I have heard about iBuyPower for years in the gaming community and figured this was a great PC to start with after 8 years of my previous one. I received my FIRST build of this PC and the graphics card was disconnected inside the tower which caused damage to the inside of the PC. The PC would not turn on so I exchanged it for the same model thinking maybe it was a one off issue. Nope! I got a PC that would turn on... but it couldn’t handle having two windows open at once. Multiple times a day the PC would reset or go to disk cleanup during routine work. Please... please do not be tricked by this PC/brand name. It is not worth it.

I just purchased this Desktop and Picked it up, I chose this one for the Ryzen 5 5600 CPU and so far I love it. its been pretty much smooth sailing since I unpacked it, the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the RX 580 was no connected. luckly I decided to look inside before hooking it up and noticed it was screwed into the case but not connected to the motherboard, but no big deal.

Well the tower and key board are great. The mouse did not work since day one from when we set it up. I reached out to iBuypower by phone and by email. I still have not heard anything from them, which is disappointing considering what we paid for the product. Your sells associate really did a great job selling us the product and it is an amazing gaming tower for sure,

PC came out of the box with one of the fans not completely plugged into the motherboard. Easy fix, but that is the only reason I would not give it a perfect five-star review. Otherwise, this is a great PC for the price (comes with an overclocking guide as well which was cool, but I do not recommend attempting without research).

I have since had to replace the Ram because benchmark testing online registered the cards as unknown. I expected sudden game crashes to have come from this issue. Upgraded and i am still experiencing game crashes. So i upgraded CPU recently and that has helped but even with Ryzen 5950 i cannot run Apex or Warzone. The games will run one second before crashing. I have a new mother board on the way, a new GPU and more ram. See where im going with this? Spend a bit more money on an Ibuypower pre build. Def do jot get this one.
