I have never bought so expensive then having to upgrade it the processor is great the graphics card is great but you’re literally giving a power supply that can’t support it You don’t even tell what power supply it is. I’m never shopping here again the first time I ordered a pc the motherboard was fried and how to get a new one... THIS ISNT EVEN THE ONE THAT FRIED (the one that fried was better) you’re RBG doesn’t even work you don’t know how to hook it up.

Came in defective and cracks on back casing. None of the video ports worked. Disappointed that no testing was done prior to shipping this pc now waiting 2 weeks for refund.

It gets the work done. good job guys. It only came in with a loose wire on the graphics card, so be sure to check that it has a foam insert on the inside. If not, and the monitor isn't showing anything, take it back to best buy and they'll check if it's anything worse than my experience.

Keyboard that comes with the Machine is not very good, keys have to be pressed straight down or they do not move. Also the Ssd drive that came in the machine failed within 3 months.

So far I'm enjoying the computer however one of the LED fans was out when I received it. I will have to check the connections.

I would give this 5 stars if the GPU was a little better. The RX580 is a bit on the slow side but kept up nonetheless. I have since modded this pc to the point that the only thing left from this prebuilt is the cpu and hdd.

I had a few isues with the hard drive and ram but as soon as those issues were fixed it works great

Wow what can I say, this here is the future, my boys absolutely love it they can make their own games as well as play games make videos, looks so futuristic.

Spent all my money on this build thinking it would last and be a good starter only to have it crash on me 6 months later. Due to life I hadn’t been able to use it as much and only just started to play it regularly within like the last few weeks. It got light use through the months still and it literally will not start after me having just used it last night. I play a total of 2 games and have changed my background once. I don’t even use social media on this there is no reason for it to crash. We have taken the entire thing apart with no answers, and it’s too late for refunds or warranties naturally so now it’s a “throw parts at it until it fixes” game on my already $1200 PC.

Quick. Really cool with the lights. Exactly what I wanted. Easy set up. Tons of ports.

I bought this computer because a friend of mine had gotten it. Although many poor rated reviews I gave it a chance which was a waste of my time. Once plugged in I could not get any display output, I tried all cord configurations and searched the internet for help. After no luck and no troubleshooting guide included I returned the computer. Additionally I had chose to pick it up at the Best Buy store but the computer was shipped to my house forcing to take off of work.

Bought for my son who does a lot of gaming. He loves it. ....

this is a real good machine my son can not stop plaing

Had to return twice due to issues out of the box. First one the video would sporadically display. Second one crashed everytime you opened a video game. Ibuypowers customer support numbers are disconnected and best buy will not offer any technical support without purchase of membership with geek squad. I'm not the only person with these issues out of the box and the only action you can do is return and try again. I took my business elsewhere.

Bought this for my son. He loves it for school and gaming!
