Awesome my child loves it . It was a Christmas present

I had to come back and buy a cable due to one of the cables being broken to the hard drive

BUYER BEWARE!!! I give this NO stars! This company sent BestBuy a unit that was not assembled. When I removed the glass there was no protective foam, wires weren’t connected anywhere in the unit, there was even some wires still in a bag. I waited for weeks for this pc, my daughter was so sad when I had to tell her I had to return it because it’s basically just a light up box! I watched several unboxing YouTube’s and none of them looked the way my pc looked. I figured I would call ALL the numbers listed for customer support for iBuyPower and to my surprise, NONE of their customer service numbers work! They are all giving a busy signal no matter the time of day and really have the nerve to have a “office is closed” voicemail. I then took my complaints to social media and iBuyPower did not reply. From viewing their social media there are several complaints about ppl not receiving their PCs yet or either not being able to get thru to customer support. Not only are they selling garbage to folks, they also don’t have any real customer support. They are taking everyday working folks money and sending them broken products. This is sad for any business to do. I returned the pc the next day to BeatBuy and the rep was shocked.

Have had this product for going on about 3 years now -- no complaints! It's great for casual gaming (Garry's Mod, any Valve games, a little bit Warzone'20-'22, and the Fallout franchise). Only thing I did was upgrade the RAM to 16GB in order to play some of the bigger games like Fallout or Fable.

My daughter got this pc for Christmas 12/25/20 and already there is a problem and its stuck on the BIOS screen. I attempted to call iBuypower customer service and its closed. I do not recommend.

Used this pc for almost 4 years now and cannot recommend Ibuypower enough still very fast and runs all the games I like to play have had zero problems

I bought this PCs because I knee and still know nothing about PCs and my knowledgable friend said it would be fine for me and it was affordable. Set up was extremely easy even for someone like me. The first few games I tried were Yakuza 0, Nioh, Spyro and Jedi Fallen Order. Yakuza and Spyro ran fine but Nioh and Jedi were unplayable. My friend suggested I upgrade from the default 8 gigs of ram to 16 so I accudentally bought 32 gigs of ram and now this is playing almost all big games perfectly fine. Recently started Lies of P and it runs justvas smooth as my ps5 but some games on steam run extremely poor and I don't know if its the PC or the cheap games themself and I am too dumb or lazy to figure out custom graphic specs. The game we play most on here is COD Black Ops 3 Zombies and it runs at pretty steady 60 fps. Except when we add some over the top mods to some rounds and it then it crashes but my friend shames me and says they work on his PC and I remind him that we are at my house on my PC so his opinion is not relevant. Thinking of upgrading my graphics card but I don't know what it does and everyone seems to always be talking about them. This PC is better than my Switch because Nintendo hates sales and makes mostly baby games and does not have Steam, but it is not better than my PS5. I hope this helped but I doubt it did.

So far ive been using this pc for about a week and I have not been disappointed. I both play video games, stream and make music and i was able to do all 3 without any hic-ups. The Leds on the fans are a nice touch and you can customize which is definitely a plus for a LED connoisseur. As with many of these Pc's theres much room to expand ram and more when one is ready to upgrade. Again as of right now I am highly satisfied and would highly recommend if your looking for something on a budget to start with and dont want to biuld a pc from scratch so to speak. Though it should be noted that with the current gtx 1650 grahics card it may not be VR ready so to speak but i have yet to try any VR games to test this. If I do i will update my review..

pretty good pc for beginners and casual gaming 0 damage to the pc its came with all the free stuff (keyboard,mouse) im playing at the moment cod mw wow lol fornite doom eternal overwatch with no problem

Computer works perfectly. It also came very early. It said it would have taken a little over a week to deliver but It can in about two days which is great! It was simple to set up. I am able to play the games I choose with little to no lagging at all. This computer is good if you are looking for a decent gaming computer for a cheap price. I also like how the keyboard has extra buttons that a regular keyboard does not have (caculator, increase/decrease volume, pause/resume.) The only problem that I have is that I wish there was an option to turn of the lights that the computer has. I do not want in on 24/7 and I can't seem to find any button or switch to turn it off.

Happy with my Gaming PC purchase! Great price and it came with a keyboard and mouse. It was very easy to setup. I love how quiet it runs. there's been no problems. I'm all set!

This is a great starter PC! You’re able to run a lot of games once you tweak the settings for optimal frames. The only downside is that it is NOT VR compatible. That’s okay though! You can always upgrade parts in the PC!

I have had this computer for about 2 weeks now and it is completely flawless. Super easy to set up , great for people who want to get into PC gaming. Highly recommend!!

I think this is a great PC if you’re looking to make the jump from console to PC and don’t want to spend a ton of money. I’ve been using it for a week now and it has ran pretty smoothly. I’ve been getting 150-170 FPS on Rainbow Six Siege (With graphic setting on low/off) and Valorant at around 120 FPS. I do recommend upgrading the ram to at least 16gbs. I upgraded the ram today. The PC booted up and ran with no issues.

A great computer desktop easy to set up it looks AMAZING with the lights on in the dark the colors on it are stunning. Fast server I will definitely be buying more stuff to add on. Best place to buy it is at Best buy they have good customer service associates that are good in explaining the features.

I bought for some WOW with my brother. I got way more than I bargained for. Apparently this pc, even at its crazy cheap price will run much more than just that. Got it fast and it lit right up and was ready to go. All cables included. Came with a sick mouse and keyboard. LOVE ITTTTT

For the price this is extremely good. I bought this because I don't have the time or money to get the best stuff on the market but I don't regret it at all because this pc is probably just as fast as a built one and is great for gaming, for reference I play siege, Minecraft, and rust (NOTE: Rust does not run perfectly as there is occasional lag but it isn't enough to ruin the gaming experience)

This was an amazing pc it is worth it. I am a gamer and it helps a lot nothing has happened to it and i have owned it for a couple months. I would defiantly suggest this to a friend it ia a bit expensive but it ia worth it.

I bought this pc a couple of days ago and i really liked it. it runs fasts and i get enjoy all my games. they run very smooth and i really have no problems. i feel ibuypower is the best company to be buying pc off of. if you are thinking of buying a pc then this would be the most affordable budget pc to get.

Fast PC, Smooth game play and FPS. Great mouse and keyboard.
