Purchased this desktop online and picked it up at my local store the same day. I got exactly what was described in the description and everything worked great once I got it home. I plan on upgrading with more RAM, but beyond that, great PC for the price point and runs very smoothly upon first operations. Definitely recommend.

very big!. 4 fans in total so it never gets heat up. fast processing. lot of storage. no lag. no hardward problems. got delivered in perfect condition. with a cheap price, got good deal of reasonably good mouse and keyboard for gaming. no lag when gamed.

I bought a gaming model PC BB994 from Best Buy. I really love the way it looks and how fast the computer runs. It is a great PC for gaming or running programs. It also came with a keyboard and a mouse which is a great addition. The shipping was also very quick.

As a beginner entering the gaming world, I wanted a decent gaming desktop that is good for the budget. My boyfriend and I were both amazed at the quality right off the bat. The tower is beautiful with its colorful LED lights and the set-up was easy. This is perfect for anyone who is just starting out gaming. I bought this for COD and WOW and I don't see a problem so far. I love it!

I bought this for my grandson for Christmas the price tag fit my budget It’s fast enough to help him to win games he plays. He says it’s really good gaming PC the multicolors lights are fun,bright and colorful. He has no complaints

This PC is performs pretty well for the price point. It can run most modern games at 60+ FPS on medium settings, and it runs esports titles such as CS:GO, Fortnite, Valorant, League of Legends, etc., at well over 144 FPS.

really impressed with how cheap and good this product is and the performance is very impressive I would buy it again and very good packing and good quality and very impressive graphics would 100% recommend gifting someone this.

I originally purchased this computer and had it shipped directly to me - it worked GREAT out of the box. It had speed, it had connectivity.... until a month later when I attempted to turn it on and it said the hard drive couldn't boot. NOTHING worked to revive it. So I exchanged it. The new computer... same thing, it worked great on applications... but it never connected to my wifi properly - defaulting to the original connection name (which shouldn't have even been broadcasting). It would cut out every couple of hours, not recognizing the name. After two weeks, I just couldn't take the frustration anymore and returned it. It seems like it should be a good computer - maybe I just got two lemons.
