My original one would not start and I had it exchanged and then the second has always had issues with performance. At one point my SSD friend and I had to have it replaced.

Additionally the system will boot up however will not connect to the monitors. I’ve check the monitors which work perfect just not with this PC. Upon checking 3rd party complaints and solutions it does not work. I’ve tried every solution and completely unsatisfied.

I turned on my pc and it was restarting at first i thought it was just booting up but then and error message came up and my pc kept restarting over and over again. I tried to updat windows and drivers but couldnt because my pc would restart every 15 seconds i was logged in.

The keyboard it comes with is super loud so I'll be getting a new one but the colors are gorgeous on it. The PC itself is very quiet and works for what I need, which is very light gaming and mostly digital art. Storage might be a problem in the future but it's a very fixable problem so I'm not worried about it. Everything is already installed on it and it's ready to go right out of the box. I'm happy with my purchase, I would recommend it to someone who's looking for a PC.

I mainly use it for online classes and games like Genshin impact (which it can run on the top settings effortlessly)! The one issue i’ve found is being unable to control the rgb on the pc fans. The PC comes with RGB Fusion 2.0 pre installed but when I run it, the system just shows it as gray. Not sure if this is just my PC or if anyone has faced these problems as well but I’ll be sure to contact customer service to ask for assistance! Overall this is an absolute steal for what you get I’m very happy with it so far.
