I ordered this tower for my sons birthday and right when we unboxed it I noticed a noise inside the tower... Parts of the computer were disconnected laying inside the PC. After resolving this issue, I finally got the chance to get the machine set up. When I first started using the PC the screen would blackout frequently and within 24 hours when trying to open a game that was downloaded. Thinking it was a hardware issue, I tried finding a solution. In the meantime, the screen starting artifacting and the dual screen function was malfunctioning as well. When rebooting the PC, both screens wouldn't work consistently. The final straw was when I called tech support number mentioned in the instructions. Calling on a weekday I wouldn't have expected to have a 1 HR 45min wait to speak to someone. MSI is the parent company for Ibuypower and I've had other quality issues with MSI products so I returned the PC 2 days after buying it and went with a Cyberpower PC instead. I immediately noticed differences in the packaging and higher quality of materials for the price. I could have received a bad unit but the lead time on a Monday mid day from tech support with the "artifacting" (see photo) was the final "turnoff" for me.

Looked forward to using this product and it would be my first time using and purchasing a gaming PC. Unfortunately, it was not what I was expecting. I would find out there was a problem with it after troubleshooting multiple time for the visual issues. Ultimately, returned. The search continues for a PC.

I picked up this system today and began setting things up this evening. The SSD, which is stated to have 480 GB of storage actually is showing only 111GB and of that only 75.5 GB free. Unless I'm missing something here I'm short over 300 GB. Not much space left to install apps defeating the purpose of having an SSD for faster app access. The HDD is in fact showing 1 TB storage. Otherwise the machine booted-up fine. I will change the rating if this issue is resolved.

I really was excited to get my first gaming PC in years. I wish I had good things to say, but it didnt work right out of the box. Bad GPU apparently. Purple lines across the screen almost as soon as setup was finished. Somehow this one fell between the cracks in quality checks. A real bummer. Returning today.

I just Purchased this amazing Gaming desktop yesterday.I must say that I was highly impressed with my purchase.Not only does it run games like Fallout 4 on Ultra with zero lag,Minecraft With Seus Shaders Renewed with over 150+ FPS,GTA 5 on High with some mods.I Highly Recommend this to someone who is looking to have great value gaming desktop.One slight Issue I however was the caution sticker itself on the glass.I would of Preferred if it was on the peel off plastic.Nothing just a quick wet wipe couldnt fix.

Finally made the switch from console to pc and I buy power is definitely a good place to get started especially if your like me and have no idea how to build a pc and with pc parts being so hard to buy and more expensive right now. I got the iBUYPOWER - Trace MR Gaming Desktop - Intel i7-10700F - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660Ti 6GB - 480GB SSD + 1TB HDD from Best Buy and I’ve had no issues with any games and get over 100fps in all the games I play. I play games like rainbow six, rust, apex legends, warzone, and escape from tarkov with no issues. I have a 144hz monitor that can over lock to 165hz and I easily get around that many frames if not more in most games. Runs smoothly with everyday tasks and runs games perfectly even when watching YouTube or streaming movies to my second monitor. Switching from console to pc is definitely worth it and I highly recommend at least looking into I buy power PCs. And make sure to get a higher refresh rate monitor to take advantage of your pc. Switching from 60 to 144hz is a huge difference and way smoother and you will never look at 60 FPS gaming the same again.

Our first PC we bought had blue screened after only TWO DAYS. We returned it and got the ibuypower PC. We’ve had it for 3 months now, and out of the blue, we started getting orange screens, and BSOD. Geek squad cannot seem to find the issue. The PC is not reliable for any use other than crashing. I’m not sure what kind of tests geek squad runs on PCs that are in for repair, but it seems to be under par. I think it may be time to bring my business else where when it comes to PCs.

I just got that yesterday. shipping very fast but the fan is not working.

This is my first PC so it was hard for me to decide the best fit for me since I was going from the Xbox to this absolute monster of a challenge of constantly looking up specs, reviews, performance, and the best price. I was also anxious as to wether wait for Black Friday for some deals, but when I saw this and how scarce it was I knew I had to get it. It took me going to a Best Buy about 30 minutes away and I don’t regret a single thing. The monster specs and hardware are amazing. For instance, I played Arma 3 on ultra settings and got a solid 40 FPS and no stuttering as well. If you want a beast of machine that can handle what seems to be any game get this absolute troop. Only problem I had was the memory was not in the optimized positions, but that was easy to fix which required only moving it one over so it wasn’t really a problem.

So I made the switch to PC from xbox due to wanting something more powerful, also i wanted an At home work station for school, so I killed two birds with one stone. I'm very impressed with this PC. It runs call of duty around 105 fps on medium/high settings. I would recommend this to a friend. Great PC for the price and a great starter gaming PC for a gamer. One con is I seem to not be able to manually control my RBG lights, I would love for someone to help me out with this, it looks like I did not get the software required with it. So if anyone can help please let me know!!!

Amazing.. This pc is overall great.. The specs are GREAT for the price. I HIGHLY suggest this pc.. GREAT JOB to iBUYPOWER. I run about 200+ FPS on most games (low settings or higher) Never overheats... Good amount of storage...Good amount of Ram... case looks AMAZING. And it come with WIFI antennas. There is also a magnetic piece on the top, very high quality.

So far so good. I had a 10 yr old HP Pavilion desktop who's motherboard just died, so I upgraded to an iBuyPower Gaming PC. It was a bit of a struggle getting the package from UPS and then once had it was a struggle getting an HDMI adapter cable that'd work with my DVI monitor, however once all setup it's like updating from a beat up Honda to a rocket powered sports car. The machine is quiet, and the RBG fans are really pretty. The computer arrived without any damage or loose components inside. The machine has very excellent performance from what I'm used to. It can handle adobe and animation software easily. The price for it is fair and better than paying for lesser quality all in one machines from box stores. So far it's been a good buy.
