My wife and I decided to purchase this desktop after doing some research on different gaming desktops as the specs and price point were ideal for what she wanted (i.e., to be able to play Cyberpunk and some older PC games). We got it home and unboxed it and immediately had to look up videos about set-up because they failed to include a quick start set up guide in the paperwork that came with the box even though it says on the website it should be included (there were guides for the ASUS Tuf gaming motherboard and the graphics card which aren't particularly helpful for new owners out the gate). There was also no backup disc for Windows 10 which was pre-installed, but could be a significant issue (see below). My wife set it up and started up and ran fine including setting up the user profile and windows 10, etc. When she later tried to restart the computer after the initial set-up, it kept going to be BIOS with a message that "No Bootable Device Was Detected". Unfortunately, there was no customer service available over the weekend (kind of sad considering other competitors offer this), so we tried to troubleshoot this issue based on materials we found online from their website,YouTube videos, and even recruited help from a few of our PC gamer friends, but all to no avail. Whether the bootup issue was due to something corrupting with the Windows 10 updates after the initial setup or a bad SSD is a bit beyond us. We didn't have any power outtages or unplug anything, so there really should be no reason for this issue to occur. But for whatever reason, we returned this product the next day and purchased a different device from a competitor due to the amount of frustration we experienced and general concern about even trying another product by iBUYPOWER. Overall our experience could be a fluke, but when you buy something brand new, you expect it to work and not to spend hours trying to troubleshoot problems in BIOS literally on the first day you get a PC. The computer looked pretty especially with RGB lighting, but it wasn't functional which defeats the purpose of buying a gaming computer. Sure, it may be an easy fix possibly, but seeing the issues we encountered and the fact that basic things were missing from iBuyPower packaging content makes me a little leery about the overall quality of their products and service (especially if they cut corners on basic things).

The first one can't turn on my monitors, I tried 4 of my monitors(all work good on my old computer) none is on. the following next day went to best buy exchanged to another one, it looked like open already, the computer finally was turned on after push the on button several times, can't use the USB port to connect to a monitor, can't wake up the computer after sleep mode ( 'Allow this device to wake the computer' is selected Under Power Management tab), I used this computer for 1 hour and found so many problems, will return and get different brand

I had to give a lower than acceptable score for this product. I made the mistake of purchasing without knowledge of it not having a dvd drive. That was my mistake. I'm sure it's a fine product that lives up to it image.

SSD died after only 4 months. pc ran well before that but only lasting 4 months for a $1100 pc is a joke.

After using a laptop equipped with NVMe SSD for a long time, it feels like I have been transported to an old era when I am using this product. It comes with SATA SSD. It takes years (figuratively!) to load any application. Even loading emails seems to be a difficult task for this machine! I am not sure why there are so many good reviews here. The makers should consider upgrading the system with NVMe SSD. Then it might worth its value.

Not satisfied at all. The motherboard was installed incorrectly so the windows were not coming up properly and it was giving an error, knowing about computers had to open the case and diagnose the problem reinstall the motherboard in order to come up properly, they were supposed to be some program installed already for instance the program to control the fan colours but it was not. Very disappointed fo buy a new pc with lots of problems.

It lasted me a year and now is broken, geek squad will charge u a insane price just to look at it.

So I just bought this pc but my ssd is only showing 111 gb and my hdd is only 335 gb. Has anyone had this problem and if so is there a way to fix it?

Had this vomputer since october 2020, now getting blue screen of death messages and memory errors. Definitely not worth it.

I do not recommend buying from Best Buy due to some settings not included at purchase,you better off buying directly from I buy power

This is probably the best pc you can get for the price, the specs, rgb, keyboard and mouse all are a really good deal. The keyboard and mouse aren't loud and work well. The keyboard has media keys and a volume dial which is nice. The mouse has weaker rgb but it's an alright mouse. The rgb isn't too bright and its a nice touch. The pc is VERY silent. Even when playing a demanding game its no more than the sound of a ps4. The graphics card is a beast, on low settings I usually run 200 - 300 fps on Valorant/csgo. Around 100-200 fps on other demanding games. There have been no problems with the graphics and it runs smoothly. The storage is more than enough, i was able to download new games over night for a few weeks and still haven't scratched the surface of the HDD. Thanks to the 16gb ram downloads and uploads are fast, as well as browsing in general. Very happy with my purchase, I really recommend this computer if you want a powerful computer for gaming.

Please do not buy. I upgraded the entire PC only after a couple of months and only kept the original CPU! All the components in this PC are garbage except the CPU. I basically built my own gaming PC. I recommend to people to build your own gaming PC rather than buying pre-builts.

Nice computer but I have only had for 2 weeks and one of the fans has already stopped running.

At first, PC looked great. Started up to play games such as League of Legends, Rust, and Battlefront 2 (all games the PC is capable of running) and would CONSISTENTLY crash. PC would freeze and audio would cut out, only way to fix it is holding the power button then waiting 5 minutes for it to reboot. The keyboard was stuck one time and I could not move in game, only way to fix it was unplugging it and plugging it back in. The iBuypower customer service team is the WORST I have ever dealt with. Gave little to no help aside from a confusing form to fill out, and STILL a month and a half later I have had no help. They will take 5-even 10 days to reply to ONE e-mail. Ridiculous.. I spent money on this hoping it would be worth it, returning it this weekend I do not recommend this product at ALL unless you want to deal with headaches with their customer service because you are bound to run into a problem.

Love the towers ,although it was missing the mouse that was suppose to Come with it !!

I returned this one and went with a better one msi branded

For some reason we could not get this computer to work We kept getting an error message about windows unable to finish installation - Disappointing and ruined Christmas Day for a 10 year old!

Motherboard failed in 6 months, and Best Buy says have to deal with the manufacture, Good luck with that, lines are always busy and they don't reply to emails.

Well my son was liking it until it quit working. Have had it for 9 months will no issues but now will not work. Looks to be a CPU issue since the EZ Debug CPU light comes on immediately when computer is powered on. Now trying to work with iBuyPower to get a CPU sent to me so I can replace. Hopefully that will correct it but looks like my son will be without a computer for over a month. First computer we've ever owned that ends up having a bad CPU. Not what I would expect for a computer over $1000.
