Really loving this new computer. I am not used to how fast my games load without any issues. The only issue I have is I cant seem to get the application to change the LED lighting to work, but I have an inquiry out on that. Im still giving it 5 stars because the LED at least is working, its only mildly annoying that I cant change the colors. I am hopeful to get a resolution soon. The system is beautiful!

I am not disappointed at all with it, bought the BB990Ti the setup was simple and easy. The PC is fast, quiet and just looks badass every time i turn it on . for anyone wondering this one came with a TUF Gaming B460M-Plus AC Board. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great pc.

My 14 year old son absolutely loves this computer, it’s extremely difficult to get him away from it lol. Thanks Best Buy your sales guy that helped me and fiancé for 2 days was superb!

We really like the iBUYPOWER gaming pc that I purchased at Best Buy. The customer service was good as always. The RGB is really good. This was a better option than building one because of the current inflated prices.

I just purchased my first IBuyPower tower and it works perfectly. The tower is beautiful and super quiet. Easy setup as well.

Decent PC definitely upgrading graphics card and storage. Keyboard that comes with system is very badly manufactured keys are just terrible

I purchased the ibuypower BB990Ti and so far it works great. The actual PC looks amazing. The only issue I had straight from the box was a fan wire was covering the mouse usb port. The fix was easy enough but still gave me worry.

My pc randomly decided not to connect to the wifi and I have no clue what to do, I’ve tried every posible solution but nothing works, please help Best Buy.

Finally recieved my new computer , and first time starting it up , I followed all the sign in instructions and after loading the gigabyte disc it said to reboot and now my computer is stuck on the bios screen and can’t get out . Very frustrated, Best Buy doesnt take phone calls , and the iBUYPOWER support lines are all busy for 2 days now. I’d love to leave a better review if I can ever get help solving the issue

Very unhappy with the craftmanship of this product. Desktop arrived with the graphics card installed at an angle and jammed into the motherboard without a solid connection(pictures inserted). This is the only issue I see at the moment but very disappointed because the graphics card is very important piece. I have no issues with my experience through Bestbuy but iBUYPOWER has terrible customer service and I have not heard back from them. Bummer because the specs on this rig are phenomenal but craftmanship is sub-par at best.
