RAM was installed in wrong slots, they were loose, the gpu was loose. I placed the RAM properly in the slots it told me to and clicked the gpu securely in place. After all this I had the CPU running, I went to change the rgb and the program kept crashing. I just ended up returning it.

My brother decided he wanted a PC for his birthday, so I had to help him find one. Having bought a pre-built PC before with no prior knowledge I had only focused on the basic components, mostly the processor (intel i5) and the graphics card (AMD Radeon). My basic PC set-up had cost my mom about $850 a few years back. Now knowing more, my brother was also too impatient to build his own PC, so it was a good thing I was here to help him. I had helped him settle on an i7, NVIDIA GTX GeForce 1660 Ti in the Trace 4 MR case. Being his first pc I decided to get him two games, Dishonored 2 was my choice and Modern Warfare was his. Both games run fantastically on this pre-built which was only about $250 more than my own PC had cost a few years back. That being said, both my brother and I are extremely satisfied with the results of iBuyPower's pre-built PCs.

This computer started up quickly and nearly silently not to mention that it looks awesome. While I wasn't looking for RGB, this rig still managed to be powerful, cheap, and have amazing coloring. While it's missing USB-c ports, it's well worth the price.

excellent gaming pc. brought this for my son for Christmas he loves it. no problem with set up. the worked fantastically right out the box. An amazing buy for the price. the system is upgradable if he desires in the future too. very fast works fantastic

Only had for month but so far it has been great. Easy setup and was a good price for the components it contains. Wish they would have packed internal components with foam inside to protect better during shipping but seems to be ok so far. Bought upgraded mouse and keyboard instead of using one that came with PC.

I upgraded from some REALLY outdated lenovo office computer and the difference between my new computer and my old one is astronomical I got a 1660 ti model with 240 gb ssd 1 tb hdd, I got this for about 1000 usd I can run all the games I want at least at 60 fps so grateful to be able to have a pc so much better than my old one, they also put the ram in correctly as in 1 slot apart from each other making the sticks run as dual channel:)

My Old Computer wasn’t a gaming computer it ran like crap, When you turned it on it sounded like It was about to explode smelt like it was burning!! BUT When This Trace MR Gaming Computer changed my gaming career! I ran GTA on The Best Settings It runs like a “Snap” It’s an Overall 4.9/5 I say 4.9 because I didn't get it fully installed, I'm not a Gaming Computer kind of guy I mostly did play on Xbox! So I didn't know how to set it up, I had my mother's Friend who is a Gamer and played on PC! He said himself “What PC IS THIS IS AWESOME” which shocked me! When he helped me he said “It Wasn’t installed properly.... The Graphics Card Wasn’t installed”! P.S if your pulling an all nighter with this PC you can do it it’s really quiet!!

I bought a Icore7 GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6gb 16gb DDR4-3000MHz memory 480 GB solid state drive from Best Buy for $899. It is a very good smooth running computer and it lights up with amazing colors and the performance on it is remarkable. For my first pc this is a great computer and I’m looking forward to using it more. I would definitely recommend this pc to anyone looking to buy a gaming computer. 5/5 stars.

I recently purchased an ibuypower gaming desktop. It is an amazing machine. This computer is runs smoothly, quietly, and I enjoy the the colored fans. I have played Final Fantasy 14 and WoW on max settings with no issues. The system itself boots quickly and no lag. Highly recommended if its your first gaming desktop.

Really good pc for a reasonable price. It came in merely two days and was exceptionally easy to set up and use. It even comes with a keyboard/mouse so you only need a monitor to start using it out of the box. it even has a wifi antennae. Its extremely powerful and has run all of the games I have wanted with ease. I'd recommend it to anybody who wants a good gaming pc. It's a phenomenal upgrade from my clunky old gaming laptop. Only complaints are that the default keyboard is a little sitcky but after I used it awhile it got a lot better. Also it doesn't come with the software to adjust the LED settings so I can't change them or turn them off which has been a little annoying but this is quite minor.

I purchased this computer when I could not upgrade my old one. I am not a gamer and use this one for video editing. So far so good. It runs SOOO quiet that I wondered if it was on! The only thing negative I can say about it is that it shuts itself off without warning. Not sure if it is because I upgraded the 16GB or RAM to 32 or something else. This is the only reason I gave it a 4.5/5 rating. Overall great system!

This was my first gaming PC and I couldn't be happier with the product both visually and performance wise. It is so well organized on the inside with plenty of room for upgrades as needed. Considered an Alienware product from dell but online reviews pointed me towards iBUYPOWER. I am glad I made the decision I did.

The design is pretty solid. So far, I haven't encountered any issues while playing and even while editing videos using this PC. The specs matched with what was specified in the ads. My only concern is that, I was supposed to have a dual monitor set-up but there is only one HDMI port in the graphics card while the motherboard HDMI is being disabled. I understand that if there is an installed graphic card, the system will automatically disable the HDMI in the motherboard. I also thought that there will be an option in the BIOS on how to enable it but unfortunately, there is none. Thus, I would say that this PC works great. It would restart very fast and the internet connection is excellent.

So far, so amazing. It runs so fast. Been playing Halo4, GTA, and City Skylines like there’s no tomorrow. Love my first PC. So happy I got it on Black Friday before it sold out, feels like a steal.

I was so close to giving this a five star rating. However, there are a few bones I have to pick. First, the keyboard is absolutely awful. The keys stick and you'll get halfway through a line of typing only to realize that half the letters didn't register. On top of that, its loud. So loud. Like you can hear it a floor away loud. Second, the mouse actually has sharp unfinished edges on the plastic that will rub your palm raw. Next, the RGB lights. They initially turned on, but then they turned off and I couldn't get them to turn on again after the computer slept. Then, I tried to restart the computer to try that. I ended up having to open the computer then unplug and replug them in. The same issue persisted the next time the computer slept. The instructions state that the software is installed on your computer prior to you receiving it. That didn't happen. So following their directions, you go to their website and I tried each of the options they list for the software they use. I had to ultimately contact IBUYPOWER support, who were wildly unhelpful. I finally found a software that controls the lights, but had to unplug and plug the lights back in to get them to register with the software. The entire experience has made me want to return the computer and buy a different brand. Overall, the computer has run fine and handled the light gaming that I do well. I typically play world of warcraft with few addons and watch netflix or stream music at the same time. This computer has handled that beautifully.

I was going to leave a review after a couple days of use but I decided to wait a while longer to give a more fair review, so far the PC has been great, I can run Warzone on high/ultra 1080p settings at around 100-140+ FPS depending where you are on the map. Only one time while downloading a game I had the pc shutoff then turn back on a second or two later and continue downloading where it left off, I’m still not sure what caused it but it hasn’t happened since. Another issue I’ve had is the RGB application that came preinstalled on the system refused to open, I had to search the internet downloading multiple different ones until I finally found one that worked, not a big deal but kind of annoying for a brand new $1,000+ system to come with an application that doesn’t work. The I7-10700 is very fast and if you’re looking for a good starter PC to play games on 1080p I’d say this is a great place to begin, I think the value is decent but I would’ve honestly paid $150 more for an RTX 2060 system if they had them in stock at the time as the 1660 Ti isn’t the newest card out but with the inflated prices currently I’m not too worried about it. The fans seem to work pretty well, running around ~30 degrees Celsius at the Home Screen with little programs running in the background, the highest I’ve seen it hit so far was ~72 degrees Celsius while I was running GTA V FiveM on high/ultra settings driving through the city. The only issue with the fans I’ve found is them pulling dust in through the front, making it difficult to get the dust out because of how the case is designed but that’s pretty low on my list of concerns at the time.

I wanted to wait a while before I left a review. I LOOOOOVE this PC. Games run smoothly. I play a lot of steam games & they all run smoothly. Most of my games I play on Ultra. I also decided to add an 8TB external hdd. Easy to add just plug in the cord. Can do so much on here with no problems at all. This is the second pc I purchased. The both are running great. I purchased this back in January.

Thanks to the pandemic my 6 year old son and i got into gaming so much that it was only write to purchase a PC. Been our first time buying a gamer pc the sales rep at best buy was able to answer all out questions and was kind enough to recommand a pc to stream and play games.
