System was known to have problems with liquid cooling pump. IBuy Power and Bestbuy still sold the system with no warning to customers. Had the tech package but got a runaround from bestbuy to send it back to IBuy.

Really good for my first pc. It being a 3080 ti which I never had feels really good to have.

PC is a powerhouse and runs my games on the highest settings. This is especially a good deal when you catch it on sale! 3080 Ti's are hard to get, so I am glad I was able to get this build.

Really liking this prebuilt. Nice features and has the Gigabyte 3080ti. But tonight while playing Halo, the game froze and the video card fans went super high speed. All i could do was power off the PC. Now it seems to boot, but theres no video. Ill be heading to Best Buy tomorrow and see their verdict.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Original pc died while playing World of Warcraft. Pretty sure it was the gfx as the monitors stopped displaying a picture and the fans started screaming. The pc would turn on after rebooting but would not display any picture. 2nd one sent had a broken clip that secures the gfx to the motherboard. 3rd pc had the same thing as the original happen however the gfx didn’t seem to be damaged and everything worked after rebooting. However despite the 3rd pc still working after the scare I am going to attempt to return this for a full refund as I do not wish to gamble away $2,599 after the experience with the 2 prior PCs shipped to my home.

I bought my first iBUYPOWER gaming desktop and was very impressed with the air flow & fan design to keep everything very cool and yet still look great. Very nice, would definitely recommend.

PC is excellent. The only downside is the RAM but I can go ahead and purchase more. Overall satisfied with it currently. It powered on and everything is in working order.

Very clean and nice. Worked for about 2 weeks before the gpu failed while gaming. I have to send it in to iBUYPOWER for a replacement gpu. No telling how long it will take before I can use it again.

product was good. But they forgot to put the ram in correctly so i had blue screen errors for about 3 and a half weeks and in order to fix it i had to open it up and violate my warranty. the computer parts are good but the re assembly was lacking.

Great PC! The graphics card is amazing and the picture is very clear. I recommend this PC to any gamer that wants to take their game to another level.

Nice case, many lights. Fans spin quietly and keep things cool. Graphics card very powerful. Can run simulations for my research with ease.

started randomly shutdown after 2 months, been back and forth with IBUYPOWER tech support. Nothing fixed :D still randomly shut down, freezes, and blue screen. so great.
