    Not able to upgrade to Windows 11, because it is not TPM 2.0 compliant, the add said it was Win 11 compliant. I have searched to see if there is a way to turn on TPM in the BIOS, but no luck. Customer service never responded to my request for help, so that is useless. I gave it a fair for ease of use, because the BIOS does not have an easy way to turn on TPM 2.0, which should have been turned on anyways.

    No POST. Turned the computer on and there was no signal to my monitor. I tried trouble shooting per ibuypower's instructions, (RAM, GPU, CMOS battery, checking everything was property plugged in, no issue with my HDMI cable that i use everyday for work). Must have been an issue with the GPU getting damaged during shipping.

    Dead on arrival. Taking in tommorrow for a replacement. Will update review if the new one works. Still Very frustrating after spending this much on a machine. MOBO or GPU must be out…. Troubleshooted everything. Took the whole thing apart. No luck.
