GPU died literally 2 weeks after purchasing. I was playing Final Fantasy and Overwatch, very old and non-demanding games. I want to say that this is just bad luck but based on some other reviews here BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN

GPU went out after less than 6hrs of use. After reading the other reviews and talking with geek squad, I just returned the product versus dealing with the hassle of replacing and getting another lemon. Computer was nice while it was working but I wouldn't waste your time. Another thing I noticed about this pc is most of the parts were low end such as the motherboard, your basically on paying for the graphics card (which will probably be a dud). I did research the company prior to buying the PC, the reviews weren't great but I figured whats the odds I get a bad PC, turns out pretty good.

the GPU died on me within a week, looks like the pins were damaged? Build quality is questionable at best - how did they test this thing? the HDMI and DP ports on the gpu were partially covered by the case!

Dead on arrival. Not even gonna deal with the hassle.

Best Buy sells many branded computers: Dell/Alienware, Lenovo, HP, among others. This computer was the worst decision I ever made for myself. I would not recommend this computer at all. Stick with a reputable vendor with good warranty. This brands warranty is by the piece. Not the whole computer, because they take aftermarket parts and put them together. After 2 months, the fan started making a noise. Now, if that happened before than, during the return period, I would have instantly returned it. But then I was stuck with it. Don’t do what I did. Reconsider purchasing this computer if you are thinking about it. It’s not worth it.

No signal from GTX 3080 ti. Exchanged for another PC - same issue! Tried different cables (both HDMI and DP), monitors that work on my other PCs. Moved GPU to different OC, etc.

The desktop lit up fans turned but that was it. Did not even post Tried Ibypower fixes and none of them worked. I had this idea it should boot up when the power button was pressed. Ibuypower disagrees ;-) The gigabyte eagle 3080ti it came with had a big dent on the case probably why the computer did not post. It would seem that these graphic cards are seconds. Caveat Emptor ... let the buyer beware. BTW Best Buy returned my 3500 bucks no problem

Was great for 3 mouths now and time for writing it loses power at random and i cant even get a hold of Ibuypower for an RMA.

PC defective upon arrival. GPU or mobo one or the other has problems. I'm returning this to the store.

Had the same issue as the four other 1 Star reviews. Unit arrived turned on, lights and all, but nothing happened. No post. Black monitor nothing worked.

GPU DOA, No place to put an Hard drive, or SSD. at least it looks nice-ish?

Motherboard came dead and didn’t plug into the tv which was annoying.

When I first got the delivery, I set the windows and then downloaded furmark app to test the GPU. 15 minutes later the whole screen just stuck and dead which proved that this gpu is defective. When I start pubg the game just crashed in 5 minutes. I guesses the gpu was used for mining virtual currency before and then was put in the desktop for selling.

I WANT TO ENJOY THIS BUILD BUT THE GPU DOES NOT WANT TO WORK.

Started out great but after less than 2 months the video card stopped working. Contacted company for an RMA number and now I have to pay to return the entire computer to be evaluated and repaired. Very disappointed having paid over $2700 for this computer and then having to pay to return to be repaired under warranty.

Spent 2800$ just for a dud, doesn’t work out the box no signal to monitor. Save your money and a headache and get something else.

After 10 months of use the computer water pump went bad and I’m having to return it back to the factory so they can try to replace it. Don’t waste your money on this!

Everything was going good until I booted up red dead 2.. Really hope ibuypower makes this right before Christmas!!

All the lights turned on but once I plugged my monitor nothing happens, just a black screen. No post.

Graphics card was dead on arrival. System would power on but card would not display anything.
