trash had to return twice do not buy, you will regret it

Dead after two weeks of use. Wouldn’t recommend…..

The "Trace MR Gaming Desktop" is a very nice, fast running and well built for any gaming setup that you have or you are thinking about making. This is perfect for any type of games I play like Albion Online and Ark that will make any other devises heat up so fast and so bad that you could probably use it as a stove to cook things on. But when you are on this it stays cool and runs well for very long periods of time unlike the others that I have used and have sadly failed me in every direction possible.

Desktop can reach 2K and can run smooth at a lower resolution without maxing out the graphics card. Great buy for a first time PC user. Costumer service at best buy was top notch. I would recommend if you aren't trying to build one from scratch.

I refrained from writing a review for a few months to test the system and make sure everything worked flawlessly. To my surprise, everything is working fantastically. As one reviewer wrote, the thermal paste application on the CPU block is less than stellar. I noted temps in the 75c at full load, which lets be honest, isn't horrible and completely acceptable however with a fresh coat of higher quality thermal paste I got the temps down to 67c with the CPU fans rarely spinning to full speed. Something I recommend other users do when receiving the system. Other than that, I have not had any issues with the system whatsoever. I am bummed with this market and not being able to build my own system, but this is what we have to deal with right now and if you get this on sale at $2,699, then I can recommend the system. If it is not on sale at that price then I wouldn't be able to recommend it.

Bought one of their computers via Best Buy. I was extremely happy to see that the quality of the product is higher than what I was expecting it to be. I have always been concerned with buying pre-built computers, and this time around due to the state of the market I decided to give it a try. I have no regrets, and would definitely recommend.

To have an RTX3080 TI 12GB before they were even officially announced by Nvidia is pretty sweet. Performance is excellent and game performance unmatched in my 30+ years of gaming experience.

As someone who normally built his PC for the past 10+ years... this Trace MR has blown me away. I was able to catch it on a massive sale and now I have an 11700KF and 3080TI!!?? - Liquid cooled -ASROCK Z590 board with great features - A good 750W PSU Normally I had the idea of a pre-built being short handed on a few things... but this PC for a good price is outstanding! There's always an outlier and DOA parts happen you can't let those reviews back you down from a great product, and even then customer support would get you fixed! Only recommendation was changing the 16GB ram out for something better, which I did. Corsair Vengeance pro 32GB (16GBx2) 3600 Mhz.. perfect fit and recognized by BIOS for correct speeds off the bat also picked up from Best Buy at the same time!

[exchanged for new pc - identical] Will update rating upon new PC arrival! Upon receiving, the pc powered on, but no there was no signal to monitor. Called ibuypower, when through the troubleshooting, and ultimately found that either the motherboard or gpu was dead. I brought it back to BB and had their geek squad try and get signal, they agreed, motherboard or gpu was dead. Giving two stars for now because exchangimg for new unit was easy. It is currently shopping to the store. I will update this rating upon receiving the new unit within the week.

Computer runs really well straight out of the box. Easy to finish the windows setup to personalize your profile. The computer was shipped and arrived really fast and for a prebuilt, I couldn't be happier.

This is my first gaming PC. First I have to say it is easy to install and with great instructions. Still need to test it to its limit for a proper evaluation but plays well w/o lag both COD and Halo.

So far so good. The system appears to run smoothly and quickly. The mouse and keypad are a joke. Very cheap and useless. I will update my review as needed over the next few months.

Perfect PC, quality above all other competing prebuilt companies on the market, little to no complaints nearly half a year after building and purchasing a TRACE MR prebuilt off of iBUYPOWER (through BestBuy). Hope to have several more years of beauty and straight up enjoyment off this rig before needing to upgrade. THANK YOU.
